Really bad experience with this jeweller, and very poor customer service. Repair work undertaken was not as described, and no refund offered. Work was then done by a different jeweller without a problem, but at additional cost. Still no refund or compensation offered. Will never use them again.
I also totally refute the response from the owners. The work was not done as described. A friend collected the piece of jewellery and as soon as we saw it we challenged what had been done. They offered to reinstate it to it's broken state, and we then took it to another jeweller. They immediately understood what was required and the repair that we were seeking. The work was done by the second jeweller and is perfect.
I maintain that we will never recommend or use Williamson Brown again.
