Myself and my parents purchased vehicles early January through Jake the Sales Manager of Williams Mini who passed the sales down to Kathryn and Abbey who took great care of us throughout the sale.

My car recently went back in for a few minor repairs under warranty and yet again-the service was outstanding. The booking was arranged through Kathryn and Jake who sold me the car and Sophie the Service Advisor who gave me regular updates when my car was getting repaired. Jake took great care of me to ensure all the warranty work was carried out and was 110% satisfied when I got my car back.

I highly recommend purchasing vehicles from Williams Manchester Mini if you are looking for quality customer service, ease of buying and friendly staff.

They dont answer the phones, keep you on hold operators busy then leave a message, however I called BMW Mini Chesterfield and Sheffield and they answer every time.

Recently purchased a Mini from Williams Manchester. Cannot fault the sales experience, responsiveness and friendliness was great and our questions were answered quickly. We had a couple of issues with the car after purchasing, not all down to dealer but we needed the dealers help to resolve. Initial aftersale experience was poor, however, once it was escalated by ourselves, it was dealt with professionally and quickly. Despite the challenges after buying the car, we would recommend Williams to others. We love the car we have bought. Also, the showroom in Manchester is nicely presented and well set up with a lovely selection of cars to view.

Not only have they just saved me a substantial amount of money due to confirming what I was told at another garage was incorrect but also took the time to educate me on all the new models whilst making me feel like a very valued customer. after I left my car with BMW service to reapir , all my coins which worth more than 20p got stolen by the staff. that is disgusting

Brilliant service from Sam at Williams - Mini Manchester. Organised sale and delivery of a used approved Cooper S over phone and email. The service I recieved was flawless. Highly recommend the team here and would definitely purchase again. As I was purchasing remotely I was sent multiple videos of the car and if I asked to see something a bit better a video was sent really quickly. The best video being the "reveal" of my car I got 2 days before delivery. It really felt like I was viewing in person even though I wasn't. The car exceeds all expectations and is just brilliant!
