A nice hotel the service excellent , just 4 stars because 15% is added every time , also there is a line for tip. We didn t realize that we added the 15% . In Mexico is illegal do this since the article 10 of the consumer protection agency said that nobody can obligated you adding the service. The workers said that the program for the restaurants was like that. For a programmer that is a easy fix. So no excuses on charge the service.
Very nice boutique hotel, very intimate, excellent spa, excellent food and excellent service. This hotel is a jewel in the Mexican Pacific. Highly recommended.
Everything from the booking process to the service on sight just simply outstanding! Gabo/Louis provided exceptional service answering any questions regarding activities and dining options on-site. The view is honestly second to none and they make it so you never forget that. Basically everything faces the ocean. So grateful to have found this gem - and hope to continue coming back
Excellent spot for couples looking for a long weekend. We normally love to get out a sight see, and while we did get lunch in Ixtapa, we spent our entire time at the resort. The facilities are excellent, the Romance Deluxe Ocean front suite is well laid out, and all of the staff are just amazing. I'd especially like to say thanks to Adrian for an amazing couples massage, and to Antonio for a phenomenal Mezcal class. Given the ease of access from Houston we will absolutely be back.
Staying in a penthouse suite. It is AMAZING! The service is impeccable. We have drinks and chips served to the room at 5pm daily. The spa is top notch, coed lockers though.

Amazing experience staying here. All rooms have their own personal little pool, 5 staff and service, restaurants and room service are open until 11pm and epic views and sounds of the ocean. So peaceful and relaxing! Playa Quieta is one of the closest beaches- very quiet, great for swimming almost deserted. Playa Ropa was my favorite beach
Gorgeous setting, great food, friendly and fantastic service! We were reluctant to come due to some reviews that mentioned subpar service and food. It's hard to believe we were at the same hotel. The service was some of the best we've ever had. The staff is friendly and helpful and did their best to help us out with our poor spanish. Our room was cleaned and attended to as much as we wanted with the switch of a button on the wall. Candles lit at night, flowers in the pots by the pool, complimentary happy hour beers, and chips with guacamole at 5pm every day made our stay feel special. We never heard the word "no" the entire stay. The grounds are spotless and very beautiful. My husband and I travel often, and we highly recommend this hotel for a quiet and relaxing time. If you are looking for nightlife, this may not be your place. They did have live music Friday and Saturday night, but it is a smaller boutique hotel so it's not quite a party atmosphere if that's what you are looking for. Cheers
