I was shopping around for vehicle insurance & I was given your name as a referral.
WOW! I spoke with a bright, cheerful woman named Kristina. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, & her overall caring disposition was definitely reflected in her voice. Kristina was outstanding & exceptional!
While the rate was a bit higher financially than a few other insurance companies, I knew right then, that this was exactly who I wanted to deal with!
My career was in Call Center management & I was/am impressed with the above & beyond services you provide.

Kristina Silva is the best insurance agent at accredited insurance. Had a major problem and she was the only one to fix it. 5 stars for Kristina Silva very professional and knowledgeable sweet and kind hearted. She is always willing to help. Terrible Insurance company and Insurance service, the owner and the employees don't take responsibility for they mistake. they left me without home insurance for four months and never called me to notify me. after i spent back in December over an hour with them and the bank that holds my loan in phone to make sure they would get the check for the policy, i only find out that i was with you insurance because the bank sent me a letter notifying me, than i called Joanne the owner that is never available, and one of her Employees Jeannette that messed up big time, she told me that the bank sent them a check with the wrong name, and she sent it back to the back to have the check redone correct, but never told me or call me to ask for help, and she told she forgot to contact me. now they are trying to redo my policy and the price is 5 times more. I am telling you all, do not do business with this people. you will have problems and they wont take responsibility to the mistake. I have already hire an attorney and contact the division of insurance to open an complaint against them. DO NOT SEND BUSINESS TO THIS PEOPLE! YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEM WITH THEM.

The worst home insurance I ever had. They sent someone to do a home inspection while I was not at home and determined from the outside that my home was hazardous because of the cosmetic improvements in was doing to my home. They ask me to cut down over hanging trees and I did but they still canceled my policy. I guess this is what they do during hurricane season smh. I would NEVER recommend them, waste of time and money.

Horrible experience I sold my investment property on December 2020, request a policy cancelation 12 days later. As of today my policy still active. Cancelation form has been sent multiple times ;however, there is always something wrong. Customer service is terrible, nobody cares to fix and do the right thing.
