Evans Halshaw Peugeot Blackpool Review

Myself and my husband recently bought a Jaguar F Pace from this garage. We have used this garage for years and for good reason as yet again the service was faultless!!! We were lucky to get Tom Mcleod helping us and he went above and beyond in ensuring we got the car we wanted and was incredibly patient when I had delays in producing the log book. We also had the pleasure of meeting Warren who was the floor manager I believe. What a lovely guy who built genuine rapport and made us feel at ease. There was no sales bull and we trusted them to help us make a good decision. Thank you Tom, Warren and the team. We will come and show you the puppy when we get him!

Flew from Southampton and caught a train to blackpool to go buy a car from here site unseen. Jamie the salesman was good at resolving any issues and keeping me informed on any updates with the car. All went quite smoothly and they even gave me a full tank for the 5 hour journey back.

I have never used Peugeot Evans Halshaw before.
My experience has been excellent with regards to directs customer service for all in this dealership.
A pleasant welcome from Lewis in sales, made it an enjoyable experience when test driving especially (dancing away to the music).
I was offered assistance with putting my reg plate on and taking the old one off.
I had taken the car on to have a few minor bits done to it as agreed and the service from the service department was fantastic. Work was carried out on time and I was kept informed of when to collect it.

The down side of my experience was the admin. I had finance on a car that I gave back and it took 10 days for it to be paid off. This was not the fault of branch though as they were very keen to help sort the matter.

Great garage. Great customer service. Bought our Peugeot 2008 SUV here. The staff are fantastic at looking after you and nothing is too much trouble. Even arranged to collect us to pick up our new car as well as followed up with courtesy calls to see how we were getting on with it.

We needed an MOT and service, we were kept informed of every stage by e mail and video . Lynda who dealt with me over the phone was really pleasant and helpful. A pain free encounter, apart from the reckoning .. thankyou all.

Outstanding service by Evans Halshaw. It was such a smooth process which made the experience a lot less stressful then I imagined it would be. The price of the car was also cheaper than what I d seen at other places! Lewis was absolutely amazing in helping me find my new car and there was no pressure whatsoever. Couldn t fault him at all! He s extremely approachable, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted.

Traded in our old car for a newer second hand car. Lewis Gregson helped us, he was exceptional.
