Poor communication. Have a active claim going on and try to reach the agent but never received any respond. Will never choose this company again

Bristol West insurance is the bottom feeder of all insurances. They get you with these "affordable" quotes and then do shady tactics to raise your policy. They are absolutely TRASH! The quality of insurance is trash. They'll give you a good quote in the beginning and two months later it increases 2-3x of the initial quote. I never had any accidents or tickets on my car for the price to increase through the roof. I voice my frustration of the lack luster service and was met with attitude and cutting me off. It was the unprofessionalism for me so I canceled my policy and signed up with State Farm. If you have time and money to waste, feel free to give it Bristol West.

Best prices on car insurance. They offer multiple discounts and always quick on the phone.

Not only claims department is closed on Saturday... but when I call to speak to someone today I was placed on hold for 30min so they can transfer me to my adjuster which didn t even answer and they gave me a run around talking about they can t give me any information because it s his job as an adjuster and he can t even call me back it s 5pm now so that means I have to wait another whole day without a car.. ohh and I can t even get a rental without me talking to him to put the cherry on the top.. I normally pay in full for my insurance so after they take care of me I m canceling my policy, Also I m an insurance agent affiliated with Bristol definitely not recommending them to my customers any longer

Side swiped last week by one of there customers. Damaged rims and tires. The adjuster Angelo Duval who has taking a week to get back to me only goes off the pictures and cosmetic damage. My rims are bent and who knows what else he says the only way to determine more is once the work is started. Not the suing type but a would love to join in on a class action lawsuit against this low life insurance company. Either way I will not be going away easy. There adjuster and his supervisor claim you can't see a bent rim. Either they are blind or incompetent

Well. I was rear ended December. Got my car fixed without issues.(they only paid for aftermarket parts, not oem). Paid my deductible; and now we re going on April and I still have yet to see my deductible being reimbursed. Not to mention I have better chances of seeing a unicorn than getting a hold of my adjuster. This company sucks to say the least.

Worst insurance company I ve been with. I signed on thinking I turned in all the paperwork, turn out I didn t , they kept sending me a link to sign more paperwork. However the link would say you ve already submitted your documents . Well, time goes by and I noticed my $467 a month payment goes up to $1196 A MONTH. So I talk to them and turn in the paperwork and they said I ll get a prorated amount but since I turned In the paperwork after the DEADLINE! the amount would still be higher than the $467, which the agent was pretty much trying to avoid saying. So as of this review I m currently looking for something else. It s not worth the money, time or patience. Imagine paying $467 only to be told u still have a $730 remaining balance for the month cause the lack of communication

I don't even give this company 1 star but only way I could leave a message. This is the WORST insurance company I have ever dealt with!! My son was hit by one of their clients over 2 weeks ago and we have YET to have car inspected. No estimate as of yet. They except pictures for them to give an estimate. It took 2 weeks to get a rental through them and have to make multiple calls to get ahold of our adjuster. This is a joke of an insurance company!! Hope you NEVER have to deal with them!

I don t know what kind of circus these people are running, but I definitely question this company s integrity. They tell you what you want to hear and then ever follow through. My girlfriend spoke to someone named #Robert Long and he assured her that she would have a check in her hands no later than Monday. Well it s Friday and still nothing. I guess my next move is to notify the insurance board and the Better Business Bureau. Y all think this is a game? Watch what happens on Monday.

This company is a complete SCAM And I will be reporting them to the BBB. Your policy premium be one amount ( which I make sure to screen shot everytime I log onto THEIR SITE) but days before it's time for them to take the money from your account, they change the amount due and take out more than they are suppose to and when you call customer service they're no help and come up with excuses why you're being charged more. This company is a scam and needs to be investigated for FRAUD
