Wildhorse Resort Review

Fun place but i didn't like all the smoke. Walked out smelling like an ashtray.

Visit 1 or twice a month. Casino, movies, child care, night club and comfortable rooms. Good place for 2day vacation

Room nice, paid for suite and room ended up being next to room with barking dogs all night. Asked for discounted rate for inconvenience and was informed that we should have called security. Not sure customer service is a top priority for this hotel/casino. Food in cafe was ok/ average.

This is only a review of the casino. Hotel and restaurants will come later.
If you are a smoker, this place is for you. The entire place smells of smoke, you have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get to the smokeless areas, that still stink of cigarettes. The slot machines are NOT new, think generic Vegas machines. I am not a huge gambler, and never expect any winning. Honestly, I couldn't stand the smoke to even attempt to play, so if the slots are loose or tight--I have no opinion.

The older rooms are run down but clean for the most part. The casino is awesome. I especially like it right now that there is no smoking. I hope they keep it that way.

Fun games, good payouts, food, movies, entertainment, stuff for the kiddos, atmosphere, coffee drinks.

Nice place. Has a movie theater. Has two bars and you can drink on the casino floor. Has many food choices. You can get coffee drinks as well. Very clean and safe.

My advice to you is not to waste your time going to this casino now,the machines are not paying nothing, they keep announcing people are hitting jackpots but i was there for 5 hours and never seen anyone win anything decent plus alot of machines are turned off when they clearly say they are not supposed to be placed out of service because they are progressive machines,my guess is they are going to rip people off untill they make up all the money they have lost over the months,i have never trusted indian casinos and especially when they have construction going on cause they are not paying for the construction you are!

It's pretty much a smoke filled casino, with overpriced food, and sleep filled rooms.

Dealer pulled two cards and fliped from the bottom on black jack to take my $60 bet.

Things are really good the employees have great attitudes and help a lot when needed but I wish I could have got more money out of the machines! Greg

Due to covid didn't like it...smoking is outside and no handicap doors to assist handicap with walkers, canes or wheelchairs.

Staff on the main entrance very helpful and professional. Providing mask and gloves.

the resort was an amazing experience. The service was on point and friendly. it was a little bit out of town so I had to drive a little way to get into town but it was so worth it I will most definitely be staying again.

The staff were right on with the awesome customer service. Great security, very fun environment and lots of games. Cards. Food drinks and very clean bathrooms. Whole casino was very clean and very professional, I plan to go back again.

This place has grown golf theater, food buffett, fun place

This complex has a lot to offer, not just gaming. Movies, fuel stop, fast and slow food, lovely hotel, RV park golf and close by one of the best Native American museums.

I won some money on the slots. Had a real good time

It was smaller than I thought and the staff aren't very friendly. No big winners when I was there and it's kinda confusing to find the same door you cane in when you leave.

It's pretty cool there's a theater inside and a pretty good museum near by, but other than that it's pretty sublime. Didn't eat there because the food semmed a little better than okay and the smoke smell from the casino made it hard to contemplate having lunch at the buffet. Arcade is fun but pretty small.

It has lots of good food if you dont like gambling you could eat or watch a movie

Went there for a wedding in Hermiston and it was a nice place to stay, sort of in between the wedding and the reception at the Winn Homestead. The staff is very courteous and didn't have a bad experience.

I didn't stay in the tower, but I had an opportunity toto look at a room, and if given an opportunity to get a tower room for roughly the same price, it's totally worth it.

The room we stayed in was a nice simple room, however it was very dated (built early 80's?) and could use some updating. Bring a power strip because in our room we had no available outlets next to the bed to use for a phone charger.

Large selection of cable channels to choose from. The TV was in a wardrobe-like cabinet, which was inconvenient if you wanted to watch TV from the desk, since you were unable to turn the TV towards youyou. The doors would also rattle as you walkwalk by if they were open.

Overall though I had a great stay. My complaints about the outlets and the TV are a non-issue in the more modern tower rooms

We have had dinner several times out at the golf course at Wildhorse Casino. Fantastic place to eat. The food is scrumptious oh, and the service is excellent. The cook is five star. Angie is one fantastic waitress. Very helpful with information about Pendleton and the casino area. Beautiful view of the golf course.

People are very nice

Convenient location right off the freeway. Always clean in the casino. It's a nice place to take a break and strech when traveling on I-84. I've never eaten at the restaurant but it sure looks good. The only place in Oregon where I can pump my own gas too. I like the Wildhorse and will certainly come back.

Waited a while before going back. It is still a money pit. Better off with the lottery games. Better pay back. Everyone around me list there a**. I saw none of the regulars there. I see why.

Fun place to stop on the drive to Portland, easy access and right off the freeway

Casino buffet is worthwhile. RV park clean but clearly an afterthought. "Upscale" restaurant not worth the money.

Buffet has definitely improved machines are tight? Rooms are clean...no bed bugs that I've seen. My clothes do not smell of cigarette smoke. Can not wait for new addition to this Resort Casino!!!

Very casual casino with hotel rooms at a good price and several places for food.

Always have a good time,great golf, clean rooms. They did a good job under the pandemic, providing masks gloves and other ppes

Yes it was a Wednesday night the place was dead. No drinks at the table either. Food choices were decent...

Always take the wives there and drop them off at the casino. We then go over to the golf course and play 18 holes. Love the course.

Lots of machines...but all super tight. Miss my WA casinos!

When in Pendleton we always like to stop and stay at the RV park and then visit the casino.

The tower rooms are more updated, but the courtyard rooms are still comfortable. The courtyard rooms are older and have less accessable outlets, so if you are here for business, being an extension cord or get a tower room. Because there are 5 restaurants in the casino, there is no continental breakfast, so be prepared.

Not inviting to non locals, no cocktails to be found. I guess overall just not a pleasant experience

From the moment You sit down if You seam like u might know a little about roulette, they let u know your not welcome!! I covered 10 of 12 streets ten times just to check the wheel out..and all ten spins it just happened to come up on one of their 2 streets..ok...possible...not probable..3 of those ten spins in a row...hit green 0, and the 3rd green which was in a row..?seamed to "magically" stick to it, in full spin....
They have no numbers board because they don't want u to see how crooked their wheel is...... If u want to walk out of there with more money than u walked in with u better hope someone dropped some chips because that's the only way...!!! You have been warned... I'm not vengefull.. just honest... we all know that the house wants the odds.. but a rigged wheel is going too far...

Fun place campground full.but they let us stay all night in parking area for free with the rv. Even have a movie theater. Slots were tight. But we did not expect to win.lol

Good food. Nice people, and staff. Highly recommend you check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed. Don't gamble too much, you might become disappointed in yourself.

I would give no stars BUT you can't. Let's start with the Plateau restaurant: if you are going to take reservations 15 minutes prior to closing you should make sure the employees don't treat people like it's an inconvenience. We arrived early and the employees were already doing side work. After two people finally figured out who was going to work our table they finally took our drink order. From there it just got worse. The mediocre food combined with countless wasted minutes went on to the point were we could have walked out and NOT paid. There was nobody for well over 15-20 minutes. After we paid and left it occurred to us that the discount from our VIP club card wasn't even applied. Not only was this experience lousy but we were also cheated financially. It's unfortunate because we like the casino BUT this experience was horrible.
