The arcade and laser tag are fun. The free play complex is also a plus. The indoor mini gold is ok but short at only 9 smaller holes.

Very, very expensive.. one of the lamps was missing a lightbulb in our room and only one extra blanket in the entire condo. Staff at the go cart track were very rude to us.

We had a nice time. The room smelled like mold which was a bit uncomfortable.

Great place to spend a weekend. The high speed slides outside are great, especially the loops.

We've stayed here about 6 times and made many memories. We tried Mt Olympus once, just to try something different, but the next year we came back to The Wlderness. They have a great variety of things to do and the property is always clean.

Probably crazy in the summer, but an indoor water park is great in the winter

Amazing place !!!! Employees are very informative and helpful!!! The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. The house cleaner did a great job on keeping things stocked. The shuttles did amazing job with the amount of people they had to drive around. My kids had amazing time .

Water parks are good deserving 4 stars.
Rooms, room service and other guest services fall far short on the other hand. I would give them 1 or 2 stars for those.
During our 3 day stay we didn t any room service. Both at check In and check out ended waiting for a long time before getting any attention- while they happened mid week with light traffic.

Booked room with fireplace and 4 person private hot tub. Got no fireplace and 2 person not private hot tub. Give us a $15 credit for the price on the room different. But I'm not happy with there website's booking us the wrong room at the wrong price and messing up my birthday get a way. Call your room reservation in and double check everything about it. At least comp us for the huge inconvenience. Not coming back that is for sure.

Great hotel, kinda overpriced, nice water parks, location and nature. It was very loud after 10 pm. Probably wouldn't come back. Hotel room was nice. It was also really crowded.

Currently giving this place a second chance, it s not any better than my first stay. The first time I came here the pools were so overcrowded and nasty, they pumped way too many chemicals into the water and in the 2 days I stayed 7 inches of my hair was fried off by the pool chemicals. When we got to our room this stay the floor was wet and musty(still is even after leaving our balcony door open all night.) I just accidentally spilled a cup of water, not wanting the room to get anymore musty I tried to dry the floor and the white towel came off the floor brown. Only reason I gave this place a second chance is because it was free, will not be making this mistake again.

This place is horrible. Took our foster kiddo on what my husband and I thought was a great little getaway for spring break. Well the help decided to take our kiddos gameboy advance. It is hell enough for these kids because they loose everything they know and now this. Per the manager, it was our fault because we did not lock it up. Wow, didn't even know they were going to do an unexpected cleaning in the afternoon otherwise I would have. Now we have an hysterical kid feeling like he is horrible because something else was taken from him. Great, thanks wilderness lodge for the great time, not. Still waiting to hear anything from security and that was 7 hours ago. They will not even comp anything off of our room or do anything. Please do not waste ur time coming here.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The waterparks are phenomenal!

This place is very clean and fun. I must say to avoid the timeshare class the $175 they give you isn't worth it and if you do buy one check it out before you leave because you only have 5 calendar days to cancel.

The condo was beautiful but when my family got there we had to clean off all counter tops. There was a hole in the wall from a previous occupant. I did enjoy the space and the large area that we could congregate in. There was also no real waiting for a bathroom since there were 3. Will still continue to go here every year.

Need to do a better job cleaning the stairs to the water slides.

Best for your money resort in the Dell's. Great getaway spot for a couple days

Many different options to choose from for water parks and all have fun attributes. We had a few snags when we arrived, our air conditioning unit was frozen up, but, maintenance had it replaced within an hour. The room was pretty clean, except when my husband dropped his sunglasses and looked under the bed, he found soda bottles and an empty cookie package. On our last day our coffeemaker leaked.

Place is so clean and the staff is so friendly. Always something to do.

Love this place so many different water parks. Only down fall is one of them was closed down. Warm water not overly crowded strongly recommend staying here. Comfy beds clean rooms.

Get for a quick get away. The indoor water parks are perfect for small kids especially wlonce it's cold out.

Been going there for years now, and always rent the big two-bedroom condo at the Glacier Canyon Lodge. For everyone that complains about long walks, there is some merit to that. But, when the weather is bad (cold, snowy, rainy, etc.), you are indoors, out of the elements, and can walk to any of the indoor waterparks. Lots of other amenities, too! Have been going for years, and will only stop once the kids have outgrown it.

Nice indoor and outdoor water parks for all ages, with indoor walkways to most everything.

They need to do temp checks on all their guest since we have to walk the hallways

So far so good! Had plenty of water parks to chose from. Food was pretty good. Rooms were clean. Staff has been very halpful.

Solid place for the family to vacate to. Indoor/outdoor water parks, wave pools, arcades, and plenty of other fun activities. Enjoy!

Man oh man, was there for 3 days over Thanksgiving and we had a great time.

My family loved this place and we plan on coming back very soon!

Everyone is real friendly but it needs alot of attention regarding communication between everyone the right had dont know what the left hand is doing you guys can do better i have seen it

A fun and relaxing weekend with family. Indoor water park was great. Kids love it. 4-room suite for 16 (8 adults + 8 kids) was perfect!

My cousin's family visited last week. Phone and charger stolen from room. Police determined charger was taken by housekeeping staff ( only took charger? ) Hotel DID NOTHING to replace phone. IT WAS YOUR STAFF!

Wonderful place to bring the family. We stayed in a douple bedroom. Was very clean with lots of space. Many onsite children activates. Most activities are free or very little cost. Kids loved the large jungle gym. Pools where clean with multiple lifeguards watching over the childerns area.

Would be a 5 but too many kids without parents make it hard to fully enjoy.

Always have a wonderful time when my family stays here.

This place is great! My family has been coming here for years. The water parks are nice, and not too crowded because they have multiple. The outdoor waterpark is probably my favorite. The hotel rooms are nice, but can get a bit expensive. If you go there during the week the prices are better. My family has gone a few times, so now we get emailed coupons and deals. We have found that the front desk employees are very helpful, and most know there way around the area if you need directions. There are quite a bit of activities besides the water park too. There is pottery, lazer tag, an arcade, ropes course, go carts, zipline, and golf. The resort also has a couple of restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel. I would totally recommend going!

Its awesome, the parks are great, the rooms are great, everything is perfect, only problem is some of the slides are closed for some reason.

Waterparks are great. Lots of walking here because of multiple waterparks. Next time we'd choose somewhere different. Quiet time doesn't seem to get enforced either, loud neighbors downstairs. Maybe summer is better too as it was winter and indoor parks were crazy busy.

This was our first visit to the wilderness resort and it was amazing!!! Everyone was friendly and accomodating. By far the best experience staying in the dells!! We can't wait to go back again!!

This place was not at all what I expected. It is starting to age and not very clean. The part that really bothered me was the staff. My daughter had half her tooth knocked out and the staff was of no help. They didn't even know we had to tell the lifeguard what happened. I had them write a report they did not give me a copy and told me I wasn't watching her. She was with her uncle. I was eating and saw everything... Then they said she was going up the when she was not. Basically trying to blow off the fact they were not doing their job. They even told me the kid coming down the slide were liable. Very rude my daughter was crying with blood coming down her face and they basically ignored us. After it took 20 minutes waiting for a shuttle back to our room. If it was life threatening I would guess you would die.

Very dirty room and no clean ventilation. Feces smeared on bathroom wall. Hair and stains on the sheets. So gross. Resort not being maintained felt like we were at a 2 star hotel.

The Wilderness was an all around good resort. The pools and hot tubs were packed and wernt open late enough. Other than that we had a great time!

This place was so much fun. Our kids absolutely loved it. Very cool pools and lots of things to do. The very best part of Wilderness was the customer service. We had a family emergency ( a very sick pet). We talked with Nick in reservations who worked with us to accommodate our needs. Our pet passed away, so we ended up switching our reservation back (we all needed to get out of the house) and they were great about that too. They have a great facility and helped our family to recuperate from our loss.

Quite fun. Property is spaced over a large area so you will probably walk a lot.

Very good stay. I am astonished about the stay, it was awesome! The staff were nice, over all the room was big and clean with a good TV. I loved the bunk bed! It was sturdy and tall. Thank you guys for the hard work for the hotel! I am coming back 2020 probably. And thank you again!

Family had a great time. Lots of water slides, kiddy pools, and giant wave pool to have fun in.

We were here last week (01/01/2020-01/04/2020). Checking in was good they were very helpful. Easy to get lost as this place is huge (not a bad thing). Staff was nice, me and my whole family enjoyed our stay and will be returning in the future in the summer. Only negative thing is the pool/play area water was very cold, my 4 year old daughter was always very cold.

Stayed on the lake. Accommodations are amazing. Everything you need in one place( actually 2 because we had to drive/shuttle to the main resort). Get the unlimited pass for activities.

Onsite food was overpriced and to many crabby staff members. Some were straight up rude and unengaging Other then that it would have been a 5 star.

Aside from being under renovations that they did not disclose to me when I made mine, the wilderness wins the dell's. They are the most bang for your buck and they already have things like mini golf, adventure ropes, arcades, and top notch water parks inside the building. Give it a visit if you're on the fence.

This place is amazing, we enjoyed the indoor water park.

Very large resort, be ready to walk! The attractions were plenty and the kids never ran out of things to do. The price is high, take it for what it's worth.

I usually do not like to complaint but I was dissapointed in a couple of things. The Wilderness is always our first choice when we visit the Dells. We just checked out of one of the villas, when we got there I noticed the spoons were dirty and when I gave my son a bath in the bath tub I noticed that it was dirty as well. There was no toilet paper besides the one already in use. I was just disappointed because our visits are usually great and we have no complaints. I hope things get back on track with the cleaning staff. Water park was great as always.
