Spent 5 days here with my family... I'll break the review down into sections to make it a little easier to find what you're looking for.

Rooms: rooms were mostly clean, nicely decorated with the cabin-y theme going on around the park, but also looked slightly dated. A couple light bulbs need replacing. Carpet could use a shampooing (and probably a replacement soon) in our room. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and made for a good night sleep. Water pressure in sink was a little on the low side and sink was slow to drain. Sliding door to the deck is in need of some maintenance... Very hard to open and close. (Staff notified of issues so they could be corrected).

Water parks: A combination of both indoor outdoor water parks and a wave pool are located at the main resort area. There is something for everyone, from splash pads for the little kids, to giant buckets dumping water on those that want to get drenched all at once, to intermediate water slides for older kids, to intense water slides for teens and adults. Multiple lazy rivers and hot tubs for those that just want to relax. Well staffed with lifeguards to keep an eye on things - we got to watch one make a save of a small child that got pulled too far out in the wave pool.

Arcades: Arcades had a solid mix of games to play. Some games were a little over-priced (like the small toy claw games). Everything seemed well maintained - no games were out of order and all that we played seemed to function as intended.

Everything went well, rooms were very clean, but it took forever to get your room and me and my family waited in line for 25-30 minutes and it took forever to find your room but it was totally worth it! LOVED IT, would recommended to visit again!

My family and I have been going to the Wilderness for the last 11 years. Since Glacier Canyon opened, we have only stayed there. The rooms are great, the staff is friendly and helpful. Many of the complaints I have read involved children and noise - don't go to a waterpark if you don't want to deal with noise! Will be heading there again this weekend and can't wait.

We will never come back.We asked to be close to the waterpark due to my MS and were assured we were close, we were far from close to it. We werent told that one waterpark closes at 3 until we got here and checked in at 2:30 . The hot tub was full of kids under the age of 5 splashing and playing, it was full beyond capacity people standing everyone as there was not enough seating. A bunch of the kids attractions weren't functioning including the big bucket and the entire place was freezing cold. Not one pool was warm enough to be in for very long. This was the worst time ever. My family and I go to water parks through Wisconsin at least 15 times a year and with Mt Olympus being the worst ever this isn't far behind them . We seriously won't be back.

Our room was somewhat dirty at check-in. We went during off season so some of the slides indoors were closed, however, we were not informed when we booked and were still charged the full resort fee. The atmosphere itself was great. We were compensated for our inconvenience.

All staff was great, helpful and friendly. Had a blast, tried every slide , and got one heck of a workout going up all those stairs. Only downfall is I wish the indoor pools stayed open longer at night.

If you've never been to this Resort oh, there are several different parks in different buildings. It allows you to move from area to area and try different things without going outside, since it's the winter that's an extreme positive

MASSIVE!!!! I rented the 2 bed Villa!! It was nice!! The full size kitchen was equipped with all the dishes, silverware, cookingware, pots and pans needed!!! Housekeeping came by to pick up the trash..They do not have housekeeping everyday but that was great for us..We washed our towels and clothes in the stackable washer and dryer..They provided a vacuum, broom and mop... The master sweet was fabulous!! King size bed, queen sofa sleeper, loveseat, fireplace and balcony..The bed was super comfy...3 indoor water parks, indoor game room and go karts.. 5 or 6 restaurants on site..Something first everyone from babies to adults..Shuttle bus takes all around..Yiu can either walk to a pick up point or call the front desk and have the shuttle pick you up from your room. I will surely be going again!! This was our first time and I couldn't image staying anywhere else!!

Staff was very friendly and courteous helpful. Water parks were fun. Restaurant were mediocre but it is towards offseason so maybe not fully staffed. Rooms were clean and atmosphere was quiet.

Rooms are great, have stayed in Condos, Rooms and Glacier Canyon Lodge. Water parks are fun, some changes have not been good for small kids though. Food prices seem to go up every year also.

We had a great time!! The resort is incredibly big so there was A LOT of walking everyday. Shuttles will also pick you up to take you to the different water parks there. The parks were super fun. The double suite rooms were okay, not the greatest. We had to have maintenance come to the room shortly after we got there, but the maintenance man got there very quickly! We were never told the housekeeping would not come unless requested everyday by the guest due to COVID-19 precautions.

Hotel experience was not what we had hoped for. The coffee maker and fridge did not work at all (really sucks when you purchase food and are looking forward to cold drinks when you return from being gone in the afternoon) and we had issues with the sink draining very slowly. I contacted Wilderness Resort and the staff person I was transferred to said that they would make sure these things would be fixed for future customers....really, thanks, but there was nothing they could do for us. We paid almost 350.00 for Friday and Saturday after resort fees were added to our account. He said if we every decided to stay in the future, they would try to get a room that met our expectations. Are you kidding??? Why would we stay again when we acquired resort fees and then half the things in the room don't work. Don't book 4022!!!

Had a great time kids enjoyed the soft play area. Unfortunately, one of the indoor water parks was closed during our entire stay. Would have been nice to have been told this ahead of time. It was also the one that had the bumper boats; which was an activity my daughter was requesting to do prior to this trip for her birthday.

We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms. Still very nice. The waterparks are amazing. Best time I've had in a long time. I can't wait to go back next year. I lost my debit card and ID in the wave pool. I realized this about an hour later. Staff were amazing, I went to the lost and found and they had both cards! I was so freakin relieved!

We upgraded from a small room to a 3 room 2 bathroom suite painlessly and it was a great experience with all of the restaurants and stores to go to. I would recommend this resort because it is he best and had the most waterparks. Great for the whole family!!

Good clean room. Safe in room for valuables. Room has coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator. Only issue was that the microwave seemed to be at the end of its life. Door wouldnt close at times and it took 4 minutes to make a bag of popcorn and that's with it set at high power. Overall a very enjoyable trip.

First timers. Had a lot to offer but kinda tricky at first but after wondering around and asking alot of question. We got used to it and totally worth the money! Very family and kid friendly which is a huge plus for big families and smaller children. Weekdays def has less crowds. And parking was a small hassle but nothing too bad.

We liked coming to the wilderness because it was exclusive to the people staying at the hotel. Now they're selling daily passes and it gets reckless. The room had a very musky smell, luckily we brought Lysol along with us, not to mention the people in the room above us kept moving the furniture all nigh. We called the front desk twice but I guess nothing was done about it because the noise didn't stop. We used to like this place a lot but with the changes opening to the public we have to rethink it next time. There was another family that left earlier than they had planned for the same reason. It is no longer exclusive for people that stay here. Also check your charges, we were being charged $50 for the Klondike restaurant which we never ate there. Charges were removed but if you don't check there goes your

It was a really nice experience. This was my kids and I first time coming here and we had a blast. Clean water and in some parts you can bring in your own snacks with. Definitely will be coming back

We come here every year and always have a good time... But this year the staff was horrible, no one seemed to know anything! Also just like last year, the speakers didn't work outside. There's tons of speakers and probably like 5 worked. Then we stayed for the 4th of July to see the firework show and it was a complete DISAPPOINTMENT! Worst firework show I've ever seen in my entire life. Definitely not worth it. They also ran out of towels for our room which was not cool either.

My wife and I had an amazing time with our 18 month old daughter here at the Wilderness Resort. We went to a different water park each day and each one was fun and something for each age group. There was also arcades, go carts and other attractions. We were amazed at how large and how much there was to do at this resort. Most of the water parks are connected by sky walks and there's numerous shuttles that leave every 10 to 15 minutes to take you to other areas. Only gave 4 stars because we weren't particularly impressed with any of the places we ate at, but overall had a great experience. Will be going back.

Yes, the waterparks are far away. Yes, you have to walk. However, for the money my family loved it. Only thing I would suggest is don't get a room on the second floor. Since you have to walk from park to park, everyone walks on the second floor. It is like a freeway from 9 am to 11 pm. Very loud and the doors don't block anything. Suggest a different floor for your room. Overall great for your money. If you have older children (teenagers), suggest Kalahari instead.

Had a great time at wilderness. Rooms are large and perfect for multiple families. There's a bit of walking across the hotel to get to the various water parks but our kids loved those and the arcade. Planning on coming back in SB 2017!

The amount of unsupervised, rude, small children is overwhelming. I understand it's a family themed resort, but they really need to have a 21+ hot tub/pool location for adults only. It's not relaxing when you have a group of children screaming and splashing water in your face.

Great resort, everything you could ever want in one location. Try and look for deals if you book in advance. The only downside is the place is huge! Expect to walk a great distance and it can be crowded.
