We drove to West Allis from Madison to purchase a bigger vehicle for our growing family. Shilong called the day before to confirm our appointment and answer questions. I went to Wilde Toyota on whim to get an idea of the options I could have if I wanted to buy a new car. Mike greeted me at the door. I am certainly thankful he did. I explained to him what I was interested in, my financial situation, and that I wasn't necessarily looking to buy that day. After seeing an add, I had call with Julia, she is very nice handling customers. So my friend and myself went and visited this showroom on further discussion about purchase. There we met one of the representatives his name I barely remember may be Jesus or kind of name who works with John. Initially he received us normal calling "my friends". Later when we are not convinced with rate he started saying " we are busy ppl here and this is busy place" all this chnaged when we requested for rate negotiation. Before visiting showroom we asked Julia if there is a scope of negotiation and she said "yes". When we mentioned about the same he said her duty is to get the customers on board that's it. He totally lost his manners and said, you guys need not to come if you are talking about negotiation!!!. What in the world happened to customer care god knows. I totally don't recommend this place if you are gentle person.

I was very happy with my purchase of a 2010 Toyota Corolla at Wilde. This was my first major car purchase from a dealership, and Rob Davis did a very nice job figuring out what my needs were. He was very friendly and polite the whole time, I felt very at ease with him. Once he had a general idea of what I was looking for, he showed me several vehicles. He made sure that we were comfortable by offering us beverages and heating up the cars before I went to test drive. He took the time to carefully answer all of my questions, telling me the pros and cons of the different vehicles I looked at. I never felt pressured by him. Once he answered all of my questions, he even gave us some time to talk over our decision in private.
I was also treated well by the man who set up my financing, although I don't remember his name. He just laid out some options for me and let me choose what I thought was best. My only negative experience was that the financing manager came over and seemed offended that I didn't accept any additional coverage to my warranty and I felt that he was pressuring me to buy it. I found this completely opposite of how Rob and the other financing man treated me.
Overall, the employees at Wilde did a very nice job finding me exactly what I wanted and for a good price. I would come back to Wilde in the future and recommend Wilde to my family and friends.

I would encourage staff (namely Matt) at this location to consider supplemental training on how insurance works. It is beyond naive to insist that insurable interest is only protected if the lessee is the 'primary named insured'. The only requirement is that they are a 'named insured'. The problem with pretending to know what you are talking about is that it frustrates the customer and wastes the time of insurance professionals you work with every day. (When we have mutual customers it is important that we get along; I just wonder how much time has been wasted in the aggregate because of a bit of ignorance)
I contacted Toyota Financial Services directly to confirm their standards align with how insurance actually works, and the confusion is not with them or myself.
We bought a new car and had nothing but excellent service. Buying a used car from them was an enjoyable experience. The sales & financing departments stayed open late on a Friday night to ensure our buying experience was successful. Shortly after purchasing the car we realized we had a small issue with it. We called in & the service department dealt with it in an expedient manner that far exceeded our expectations. The Wilde team went above and beyond in all aspects of our visit. If you are going to this place to get your car service please please make sure you DONT leave your wallet or money in your car coz you are working with thiefs here. I learned this the hard way and I m not going to this place again ever. They will show no concern that you lost something. They have no manager to look the camera footage and their camera's are not even working there. Nobody will inform or update you on the matter. Please make sure you dont leave anything important in your car coz if you lost it nobody will show any courage to do anything about it and you will be monkeying around from one person to another..
I purchased a used car from this dealership, after I returned home with the car I noticed there was 12,000 more miles on the car.. different from all the informational paper work and forms we signed for the car. We called and went in to get money off the price because of their mistake but instead they were very rude and did not care. Would NOT recommend going to purchase your car.

I knew what I wanted in a car and was able to find my car at Wilde Toyota in West Allis, Milwaukee. I started my car search online through the website and sent in my request. I was contacted by Shilon within mins of setting up an appointment to go test drive few cars I had in mind. I set up the appointment and went in on Saturday 10/12/19 to test drive the cars. Tony was wonderful to work with during my car buying process. He meet me outside and took me to go see the cars I had my eyes on. I was able to test drive the 2019 black Toyota RAV4 and fell in love with it. The process of the loan was smooth sailing because of Anthony.
