I was very happy with my purchase of a 2010 Toyota...

I was very happy with my purchase of a 2010 Toyota Corolla at Wilde. This was my first major car purchase from a dealership, and Rob Davis did a very nice job figuring out what my needs were. He was very friendly and polite the whole time, I felt very at ease with him. Once he had a general idea of what I was looking for, he showed me several vehicles. He made sure that we were comfortable by offering us beverages and heating up the cars before I went to test drive. He took the time to carefully answer all of my questions, telling me the pros and cons of the different vehicles I looked at. I never felt pressured by him. Once he answered all of my questions, he even gave us some time to talk over our decision in private.

I was also treated well by the man who set up my financing, although I don't remember his name. He just laid out some options for me and let me choose what I thought was best. My only negative experience was that the financing manager came over and seemed offended that I didn't accept any additional coverage to my warranty and I felt that he was pressuring me to buy it. I found this completely opposite of how Rob and the other financing man treated me.

Overall, the employees at Wilde did a very nice job finding me exactly what I wanted and for a good price. I would come back to Wilde in the future and recommend Wilde to my family and friends.
