This place is a blast - IF you can get here on a day it's not packed. It's not much fun to wait for a tube, THEN wait to ride. Otherwise there's a fun variety of slides and a really cool wooden roller voaster.

Glad I got the tickets for free. Place was at around 1/3 capacity and they couldn't deal with the crowds. Took 1+ hour to get some crappy food. Lines weren't moving, staff had zero urgency about anything. Many food spots were also out of several menu items so even when you got to order after being in line for 40 minutes they didn't have what you wanted. Ever hear of making a sign that says "out". About 1/4 of the rides were not working, including several larger rides and the wave pool. Waves were maybe 12" high. Lines for rides were short, all under 30 min, but it was a tue. They have one small set of bathrooms with 6 stalls for most of the pool area, and everyone is changing in there as there is very poor signage indicating where they should change. So it takes forever to use the bathroom. This place needs to have more than one person over 18 on staff. The people working there were all miserable and who can blame them when people are constantly complaining due to a complete failure of management. If you can get admission tickets for $15ea it might be worth it. Certainly would get there early, park close and plan to eat in your car. I didn't care that it was $6 for a slice a pizza, but wasting an hour of your day to get it was really annoying.

I take my younger sister every year as a "sister tradition" and we always have a blast. I did 4 stars because the last 2 years her favorite ride was down along with a couple others. Also...the amount of bees is crazy. Other than that we always have a great time.

FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS: Only had DRY rides open, for the Christmas event. The idea was great! But... Only about HALF of the rides were up and going. During the summer, it's understandable when having to employ the whole park, not understandable when only the 1 side of the park is open AND half of the running rides have height limitations preventing my 8yo to participate.
So, good for ages 2-6 & 12+, but not good for a family trip with kids ages 6-12

So fun

Roller coasters were great but I was there for Fright Fest and it was a big let down . No decorations throughout the park, no Scares walking around the park and it took over 4 hrs to do 2 of the 3 haunted houses so spent all time in lines. For the price they charge they need to put a lot more effort into it. I could have done better in my backyard.

Wild Waves is a great place to take your family for both the theme park and the water park. However, some rides are old, some are out of order, the food and parking is overpriced. But, if you plan for it, it's a wonderful way to spend some fun in western Washington.

Way overpriced, crowded, and bathrooms were disgusting. We didn't get to go on many rides because the lines were so long waited an hour in line for one ride! The food was overpriced and not very good. The rides we did get to go on were fun, but not really worth it to wait in line an hour for a 30 second ride.

This place is amazing! There are no lines! Was so much fun! You do need 2 days to visit the whole park. A sunny day for the water park and a cooler day for the Enchanted Village Amusement Park. Will come again!

Expensive, filthy disgusting. Fecal covered toilet paper in the walk ways, bathrooms were ferocious. Half the younger kids rides were out of service. Yellowjacket swarms from the filthy pop machines everywhere. Save some money and drive to Silverwood.

Came back this year for the christmas festivities. Not happy, no lazer show, way to many rides closed. From last year to this year not impressed.

Update: they said not as many rides were open due to the collage kids not being back from break. They should let patrons know that so they can plan on comming different days or offer a discount. My kids were disappointed.

I didnt go to the water park side, the amusement park wasnt that bad. The Wild Thing ride allows you go to go twice which is cool since it is really such a short ride. The Timberhawk wasnt horrible just so damned jerky. Most rides were working only 2 rides were down. One of which I wanted to try. I really do wish that they had better area to eat your food so you arent swarmed with bees. Other than that a couple more rides. I dont feel that you can quite call this an amusement park.

Had a great time here. Bathrooms have a sign that states they are under construction, but no signs of construction, just dirty disgusting bathrooms. Other than that, we enjoyed the experience

Fun place with lots to do. A bit pricy on food and entry. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Scrambler ride worker was slow and we waited about 10 minutes in 95 degree weather, while already on the ride, before we got to get started. I enjoyed the discounted tickets for Gay Day.

Appeared to be very few adult employees/supervision. Food areas were overrun by bees with no sign of anything being done to protect employees or guests. Wave pool has become more like a wading pool. Many intertubes felt partially inflated. Lack of employees made lines takes longer.

When I went there with my brother August 19, 2016 lines were way to long and later that evening they found a a dead body in the activity pool and they called 911 and he died at the seen. It was a terrible experience and we will not go back any time soon

Cost more than i remember but for an entire day it seemed reasonable. Facilities were relatively clean could definitely use some updating. My real concern however was the apparent lack of supervision of children in the konga river. Rode for over an hour straight and actually watched the life gaurds turn his back on some kids who had trapped someone under a the big fountain area my husband snapped at him and he made them stop. And i personally pulled a kid up from under the water whos brother kept yanking him through the tube and then throwing him back onto it because he couldn't breathe and i finally grabbed the poor little guy and told his big brother they were done while the little boy clung to me. We warned the rest of our family who avoided allowing thier kids in it. They simply weren't monitoring it well enough for the smaller children in the water.

Nice theme park. We bought season passes to pass the summertime fun away whenever we could make it. It doubles as Fall Time Fun when the rain starts and Halloween comes around. They have Fright Fest, a Halloween themed time where most rides are open with Halloween decor. The rides and water features are fun, the food is overpriced and not great (as I expect from water and theme parks), and overall we enjoyed it a lot. Great for families with younger kids.

It's kinda dirty and dangerous for kids there are life gardes but they are they more for looks my soon went under and I had to jump in to save him. The life gardes where just staring at the sky and talking to each other. And the life jackets are in the way way back. And y you have to find someone to get one for you

My problem ,we bought 5 season passes. And the place is infested with bees food court is covered one my grand kids stung in mouth. Bees swarming around everything. Hang some traps up..and you are always out of lemonade.front bathroom smells like a sewer.im not sure I will invest in. Passes for next year

I will not return to this place. We arrived there in the morning, and we were not allowed to enter the wave pool. According to them, the technicians were working on it, so why do they make you pay if they know they are not working 100%. before closing they let people in for like 30 minutes just to calm people down because we were already mad. And to get on the slides, you have to wait a long time for your turn. And the food there is too expensive, $ 40 dollars for a pizza. This is not free ,,, they must give for what they charge $$

Best park in the Northwest. The park is beautiful with great scenery and a lot of trees. Very friendly staff with great customer service. The roller coasters, Pirate Ship and the Hang Glider rides are a lot of fun. My favorite is the Wild Thing roller coaster. I look forward coming here again.

Was a great theme park but terrible workers that do everything they can to make things slow and difficult. Tried to get a drink at bar there only had one bartender for hundreds of people and it was obvious she never served before. So be sneaky and BYOB!

The changing bathrooms could be cleaner, very fun place. I went as a school field trip, music in the parks. I got to talk to some employees at the food stands, and they should really fix some of their equipment there.

Bees! For real, swarms of bees at all the concession stands. I can't say I'm in favor of killing the bees but something needs to be done about the hive. Other than the bees the water park is pretty sweet but enchanted village could use a lot more upgrades.

imagine a badly-run water park-- what you have in your mind right now, this place is ten times worse . Basically, if this place does not learn how to clean and keep customers from experiencing a near vomit level of disgust, it's on track to fail. HIRE JANITORS TO CLEAN UP IT'S AN OBLIGATION IF YOU'RE CHARGING PPL $100. most disgusting place I have been to all summer. unacceptably gross. how can the ppl running this place be okay with letting customers into the park? advice-- don't go.

the whole park was very clean. long lines but what amusement park doesnt have long lines? loved that rides dont cost tickets, you just have to pay to get in. however I suggest bringing your own food unless you wanna pay 10$ for a side of fries and a medium soda.

So where to start. 2 years ago we went and they were under construction on there water slides. We only got to go on 2 water slides because of the long lines because most of the other water slides were down. I wrote them about this experience and my kids literally cried because they didn't get to have more fun because the lines were to long.
Well they did handle the situation and offered us 4 free tickets to the park at our convenience. We got a email about it and was told to go to roll call to pick them up when we wanted to go again. It gave us no time limit. Well we decided now that the park is finished and all the rides are open this would be a perfect time to go. When i called to verify our tickets would be ready no one knew what i was talking about. I was told that i would hear back and i never did called again and am still waiting for that phone call. They made a promise for 4 tickets at OUR CONVENIENCE. Now when we want to go they don't want to help us at all. This is the only water park close to us and it breaks my heart that my children have to see the rides and fun when we drive by on the free way but can't go. I just wish they would stick to there word and be a little more organized. They use to be really great now they are slipping and i don't know why. :(

The experience we had as a family at wild waves was great the rides were amazing and I would love to take the wooden roller coaster home but their was not a single staff member that was smiling or interacting with the quests unless the guest started the conversation.

Hit and miss. On warm sunny weekends it is two crowded to enjoy as the lines are long and the wave pool is shoulder to shoulder. On weekdays overcast weekends it is great. No lines. You can go on rides over and over again and the kids and adults will have a blast. They need a few more attractions but they have been adding one or two every year. The season pass is the only way to go if you live close enough to attend more than twice.
