Worst lines ever, here for this Halloween event and it's a joke, we can't even get into the haunted houses. The kids don't even want to stay. There is literally one worker at a food stand, really? One person? she is hand dipping freaking corn dogs. For two parents who work full time plus extra jobs, I'm really sad my guy paid for us to bring our 5 kids here. Totally disappointed.

I went to Fright Fest on Saturday and it was AWFUL! We waited over 3 hours for one of the Halloween attractions. It took so long for multiple reasons, but the main being the fast pass system that begun this year. You are not Six Flags. The system is broken; employees were letting friends cut who did not have fast passes, there was no equal distribution of letting people in from each group (regular and fast pass), and there were no posted wait times. The lighting was awful and very dangerous. Also, a verbal altercation started next to me in line and one person went to go get security. It took close to 10 minutes for someone to show up and deal with this issue. The security seems to be posted at the entrance. I do not feel safe at this park.

Don't waste your money.

My family and I enjoyed the experience Wild Waves offered us on one of the hottest days of the year. I do feel they ask too much for admission only because EVERYTHING inside is overpriced as well. I understand that prices are set that way for the park to thrive but there has got to be some give somewhere. Again, I had a wonderful time and I will probably return. I would advise bringing your own food and eating out of your car though. Thankfully you can get a stamp on your hand on the way out so you can get back inside.

We came to wild waves and got horrible service. We waited in line at one of the slides for over an hour just to be told we had to walk down a long flight of stairs because the slide was closing. They didn't have a sign at the bottom saying that the ride was closed. They closed the park an hour early on labor day weekend. The water is cold. The pavement it cracked and prickly. It hurts to walk on. One of the rides went out earlier in the day and a bunch of kids were stuck on the ride. A child almost got cut on one of their roller coasters. His shirt was ripped. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!! If you want a good time with good service, go some where else. You will be better off.

A friend treated me and a few of my sibling to an evening there. It was epic. The 1-5 Dive was my favorite ride, but the wooden roller coaster was also amazing. I wish I could go again sometime.

There is a water park and and amusement park here.
Water parks freak me out and im pretty sure i caught VD just looking at it.
But the amusement park is great. Lots of woods so easy to vape without being bothered
And Timber Hawk is a great coaster

What a terrible place. First, who builds a theme park on the side of a hill and right next to a super noisy freeway? The place is very run down and dirty. Bees everywhere and super unfriendly staff. Rides are a joke and prices on food and everything else is terrible. Stay away !!!!!

Food and drinks are way over priced. The employees walk around with blinders on and there is not enough management to delegate the necessary tasks and if a special situation was to arise I'm concerned about how that would be handled... but after a ton of money at the end of the day we had a blast and that was important...

Pricey, especially the parking! (That was an unpleasant suprise)
Loved that all slides we went on had double tubes, it made it more enjoyable to spend time sliding together. Parts of the park seem old and tired (like the landscaping and theming) but not the equipment.
It's the feeling of safety I had there that pushed my review from a 3 star to a 4.

Wish we could have stayed longer but we were just passing through.

I love this place , I'm from Oregon and try to take my kids here every year. I've been 4 times now. I try to go on the least busy days , to enjoy every ride and every slide with little to no wait times. I just wish there were better options on food, stuff that's on the healthier side. Other than that , it's always been a great experience.

I've been coming to Wild Waves for years. It was magical when I was a little one.
Now it just feels run down. Overpriced, understaffed. The ONLy way to make this worthwhile is a season pass bought early.A lot of rides and concessions were closed down.

I dont know what happened to Wild Waves! We go there a couple times every year. This year only once and probably will not go back until I hear of changes. We used to love the wave pool. The one place there is no lines. Now the waves are turned down so low it's basically just a waiting pool. My feet are tore up from the sharp asphalt rocks. WW please find another ground surface that does not errode sharp as nails. My son jammed his toe so bad he thought he broke it from all them random small mounds sticking out of the ground. Two of my sons where stung by Bees near the slushy stand. WW I believe you can make a few changes to improve the customer experience and make this place a memorable lovely experience.

I purchased season passes for my whole family including the season parking pass and this has been the worst experience for what I paid everytime we go there rides are closed including water rides most of the food stands employees are rude and slow I stood in line with only two people in front of me for 20 min just for some chillies cheese fries my 6 year old daughter was yeld at by one of the ride workers because she was a little sceptical to get on the boat ride I guess she was moving to slow for him. I found hair in my chillies cheese fries when we came on the 21st I was so disappointed but I didn't bother going back to the stand because the service was so horuble I just threw them away and left...next year we will not be going back and definitely will not be buying season passes anymore I think I would rather just get my kids a pool and stay at home.

We had a super great time. Felt more like one of the the large amusement parks then a water park. We ejoyed the rides as much as the water slides. Wasn't planning on it, but we stayed till closing. That's a good day!

Always fun for the kids generally. They need to update their bathrooms. If you are there for a movie night make sure you bring bug spray...the mosquitos are vicious and swarms of them make it very un-enjoyable.

Prices are outrageous for the amount of food you get, ended up waiting in line for over 10 minutes just to get a soda. Last kept complaining about her break, which I totally understand but maybe not to a customer. The worst part was, they wouldn't let my two year old sons go down the slide on my lap, they felt it was safer for me to go first and meet them at the bottom. With little waterflow, he ended up getting stuck in the middle of the slide and walking down the rest of the way, which terrified him. Then in the wave pool, they told me my kids weren't allowed to wear their arm floaties, and instead encouraged me to buy their approved ones. Are you kidding me?!?!?! But we did have fun when not being subjected to their unsafe and money grabbing rules.

Great place for family fun. Water and food inside are a bit expensive. Wear comfortable footwear, its quit a walk. A lot of water and sun screen on a hot day is draining. Kiddie pool is cold. Water slides are way to long for one ride. I reccomend riding all theme attractions first and towards the end do your swimming.

Worst amusement park / water park I've ever been to. Re pave your walkways! It felt like I was walking on glass! Of water parks had standards yours would fail. Went to the bar with typical low expectations and boy did you meet below those low expectations. Your manager at the bar is a dick. He left at peak hours with orders for someone to take a break. Thank God the workers are smarter than he is. God bless them.

I was disappointed at the freezing temperature of the food. lukewarm at best. the man in front of us in line became very agitated as we both had to wait over 20 minutes for our food. when the food FINALLY finished halfway cooking it was cold in the center. the man in now demanding a refund. I dont think he will pay a visit to the carousel cafe any time soon.

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! This place is a JOKE! Wave pool is Broken (has been all season) it only produces small waves! Definitely should be giving discounts when MOST rides are not operating and the main attraction at the water park is not running up to par. It's NOT even worth the Safeway, Groupon or other discount you can find. The place is just run down, ALL the staff are SLOW and don't know the meaning of being efficient. I have been coming here for YEARS, in fact my mom actually worked here when she was teenager and this was the first time I was disgusted! The restrooms are disgusting and I never once saw anyone maintain anything! Other than empty a garbage can. Please be prepared to pay for $14 parking, and the food is very expensive!

***I suggest packing a cooler and eating in your vehicle. You can infact bring soft coolers in with bottled water and you can bring your own chair and popup tent! Those are the only positive things about our experience!

The park obviously isn't perfect but with a season pass you're getting a lot more than your money's worth. Pack food in your car for lunch and you can go all summer for $65 if you buy early ($50+$15 parking pass.) Go on a cloudy day and you don't even have to worry about lines. The waters heated, except for Hooks Lagoon, apparently kids can freeze, and all the stair climbing will keep you warm.

So crowded, you can't even refresh from the heat. If you want to spend 90% of the day frying under the hot sun waiting on long lines. This is the place. If you actually want to get wet and have fun in the water. Stay away from this place on the hot days.

Honestly I'm disappointed that my parents never took me to Wild Waves as a child. Now that we've got Season passes for my daughter's I can't think of a better way to spend my summer days off with them. Overall it's been a great experience.

Had fun at fright fest. Did feel it's gone down hill. Didn't have kids hunted house. Chicken strips we bought for dinner weren't fully cooked as o had to leave early cuz it made my kid sick before I noticed it was under cooked. Also employees didn't care about safety. Kept letting kids under as size on rides.

WOW.

First time I've been to wild waves and it was an absolute joke. Waited in line for over an hour for a ride that lasted for maybe a minute. They would kick people out of the wave pool because I thought they were cleaning out all the dead flies but they didn't.

They ran out of food and condiments by 3pm. The people working at the food stands didn't even bother telling people that they were out of condiments until after you bought the food. How do you run out of food and condiments that early?

Over half the park is covered in black top which is absolutely ridiculous. Why would you put black top at a freaking water park??

They close down at 8pm but should be open untill 11pm-midnight like every other theme park especially in the summer so that you can do EVERYTHING. You're paying almost $50 and this is what you get. This is especially not worth it for people that travel out of state. I will NEVER come here again.

The best part is watching the workers run around with brooms and dust pans and not actually use them. I saw dirty diapers on the ground and the trash cans were over flowing. This place is unsanitary and disgusting.
