Terrible. The place should have been renovated 10+ years ago. The food is inedible and extremely over priced. Everything is dirty, worn out and just plain gross. They let way, way too many people in, resulting in exorbitantly long lines for the rides, food and bathrooms. Customer service is non existant. I can't emphasize how dirty the place is.

Fun water park and the added bonus of adventure park rides too. Lines are a bit long at the weekend, and some of the older rides leak a lot, so when you're waiting in line it's pretty cold and damp. Food is overpriced and average at best too. But my kids love it.

Wild waves water park in front of the two of the Office. I am a big fan of your whole them park.i love the ideas that you can get a lot of people who are not an easy way to get a chance to get thE best of luck.

The roller coasters and dry rides were incredibly fun. Thrilling and scary. The lines weren't ridiculous before noon and the crowds were manageable. Food was just OK but we didn't go for food. Most workers seemed miserable with their lives. The water part was a disappointment. Lines way too long, wave pool barely had waves, lazy river was impossible to get into since no one would get out for others to have a turn and the water in the kid structure was so cold. And so overcrowded for 5pm on a Sunday. Long story short, go early, stick to the amusement part and don't expect any enthusiasm from workers.

I love bringing my 4 year old here. She loves the kiddie pool and the assortment of family friendly rides. The place has its pros and cons of course, but seeing the happiness it brings to my child makes it all worth it. I'd recommend to come during the week though, you'll avoid the crowds and enjoy the place more.

Place is a lot of fun, though I recommend a season pass and going multiple times to really make it worth it.

Cooler days have less people which means the lines are super short and it's still really enjoyable.

This needs to be called No Waves Theme Park. I kid you not, their wave pool doesn't have waves. If you think I am kidding, just go there. It is insane. Secondly, you can only buy junk food. It is a struggle to find one healthy menu item. Go to Silverwood in Idaho or Great Wolf Lodge. This isn't worth the cost.

Short lines if it's raining or snowing. Overpriced food drinks and ice. Cold water everywhere. We had discounted tickets and free parking otherwise I would not go there. The place is not worth the money.

Please do not waste your money. I used to buy season passes yearly but stopped once I became pregnant years ago. Now my oldest daughter is 5 so we bought all of us one this year again.

I was so disappointed in wild waves. I'm a allergic to bees and there wasn't just a few, they have a massive problem. Every part of the park was swarming with them. One trip we spent $18 for 4 slupries just for bees to fly into our cups. I can't count how many trips my kids were pested by them. It was terrible.

I would say we went 4-6 times this summer. Each time at least 1 ride had to be shut down. The very first trip, all of my kids and their friends were trapped ontop of the wagon ride up by the timberhawk.

We had such a bad expirence this summer. It really is a bummer because of the great memories I had just years ago. I don't think we will ever invest in a season pass again until we see things change around. Sad to see it happen to such a fun place for kids.

I dont do rides much but the family had fun. There are a few rollercoasters. One steel one that does a loop and a couple corkscrews. There is a decent sized wooden one with a couple good drops. There is a smaller wooden one that splashes in the water at the bottom of the drop. There are several water slides. A few tall, winding ones and some smaller ones with big drops. They have a zip line, a huge swing that lifts you up about 100ft and you have a cord you pull to release yourself and off you go. I'm sure if you look online you can see all the rides. They also have rides suitable for little kids. You can get food and drinks here like pizza, burgers, elephant ears, Ice cream, soda, and beer. There are lockers available for like $10-15. There is a wave pool as well. Like any amusement park there will be lines but it's not as bad as 6 Flags or Disneyland.

Not a really good place. Everything cost way too much. Parking is $14.00, wall lockers are $10 to $15 depending on the size, changing room does not have private changing booths because it is a single shower room, there is no shady area to lay down in other than under a bunch of pine trees near the rollar coasters. If you want shade you have to rent a private kazbo, which there are not too many available. The amusment rides are not that great and there are long lines for the water rides. If you just come with small kids for the kiddie pool it might be worth the hassle other than that I will not recommend this place.

oh my gosh when you are in line there is nothing to do like for exaple there is a long line and you are waiting for your turn you have to stand there and do nothing and your legs get tired and you are cold when all you want to do is have fun but instead you have to stand in a long line.......do something about it please

First time. Last time

First time. Last time

Can't say enough negative things about this place. Long story short. Run down place with ridiculous rules, zero customer service and over crowded.

Cold water
Your 2 yrs old can't ride with you on the lazy river...(seriously?)
Over priced food 9.99 cheese burger and fries
(Saw people taking their own food and eating outside. Smart but I rather not go at all.)
Long long lines
Slow slow ride operators
2pm no hamburgers and no chilli for the fries(are you kidding me?) people were asking for refunds after waiting 25 min in line

This place is great for a visit but it will get boring very fast. The service is nothing compared to Disneyland or any other amusement park. The rides have long lines, and they will charge you for everything they can. Lockers will cost you anywhere between 10 to 30 based on the size, there are some rides which you have to pay to go to. Most of the rides are "broken" there are dead bugs in every food store. It could be a lot better!
P.S. make sure you buy ur ticket online cause if u don't you will have to pay a lot extra!

So it was okay weather and a bit cloudy but we went on both the dry and wet rides. I have to say the place is pretty bland and way to expensive. The paint seems to be chipping off of places and it should all just be redone. The lockers got WAY more expensive. The website says one of the medium lockers is 12$, we get there and they're 17$. THEN you have to pay for parking which was 10$.
So most of the dry rides were closed and many from the last time I was there 4 years ago have been removed. So the only 6 or 8 rides I was on over there. There was three main slides closed, one of those slides over the lazy river. Which was complete B.S.

So four years ago they had very awesome slides at least 5 if I remember you can go down on your back, they were very thrilling and fast. Those were removed and "high thrill" tube slides were replaced. The new slides called the "Mountain Dew" slides were so dang boring. Very slow too. Oh and about all of that had mountain dew logos all over the place so someone is funding a little for their replacements and ability to continue on with running.

The activity pool (not the wave pool) but the pool where you can go on the slides and get thrown in was closed all day. No reasons why, they were also short on staff. OH and so the raging river was also closed, and when It did open it was the last few hours before the park closed. The edges of the rocks were sharp and near one of the slides a girl got her toe cut open. The place isnt as dirty as much anymore, but they have so much more room for better and real thrillful rides and they could make the place full of theme and awesome activities.

Most of the rides were shut down, they claim for maintenance.

The few rides that were working were disgusting and in need of a face lift. Torn up and rusty. Bathroom were broken and dirty, the grounds that were up into the woods weren't being cleaned. And did I mention that children were running everything there so they just had pouty faces and went at all happy about kids

There were no actual adults working so basic standards were left up to children to accomplish.

The food stall were covered in bugs and only two ppl per stall. ( which means there were 4 opened). It took 20 min to get fries.

So we have up and went to the wave pool, every 30min they were closing it for cleaning and that could take up to 15 or 20 minutes. After about 3hours of that and tired of hearing 6 kids complain we went to the Congo river. The ONLY good part about the park.

I'm so happy that we spent the money for 4 adults and 8 kids. I don't see us falling for that again

It was very expensive but so much fun if you have the money you can have a great time you need money for food and the tickets it's not cheap at all a tall cold coffee was almost $10 hamburger fries with nothing to drink was $10 and a couple of rides cost extra money too plus it was a lot of walking and to rent a scooter was $30. It was 11 of us mostly kids. We got tickets on sale for 4 people was a hundred and fourteen

Great place to go with or without kids. Foods good a little too expensive. Lines weren't that bad. Between noon and 3 is the busiest, lines for water slides tend to be a little long not too bad of a wait. Lots of staff and lifeguards on duty bathroom next to the concession stands in the Lazy River are the nicest the ones next to the front door exit have a tendency to be a little messy. The price of the lockers is a little ridiculous but if you share a locker and you have a season's pass you do get discounts on lockers. FRIGH FEST at Wild Waves was a little ridiculous it took us an hour and a half to even get into the park and we didn't even get to park in the parking lot we parked half mile down the road the line to get in was about 45 minutes the line for the haunted houses ridiculous absolutely ridiculous 2 hours to go through 1 house. Unfortunately after that the kids didn't want to be there anymore.

I went here with a large tour group, and we were expecting much more. The lockers were extremely over-priced, and we spent well over $40 for a group of 5 with relatively small backpacks; the whole chaos of storing our stuff was enough of a bad start. The washrooms were gross, as were the showers. The asphalt was so hot, I could feel the burns on my feet until 5 days after. We stood for about an hour in life for food, only to be greeted with rude staff and we barley escaped without being stung by the huge amount of bees near the food trucks. There were no options for vegetarians and gluten-free people, and the food was really overpriced. I wouldn't recommend this park for the amount of money you'd have to spend here.

We all really enjoyed the park. As with any theme park anything inside is expensive so knowing that ahead of time is helpful. The rides were fun and the water park in the afternoon was a great finish. We hit it at a good day where it want crowded at all. Many times the kids rode the ride twice in a row.

They have awesome layaway programs for season passes, but they do not provide the correct information by email when sending payment reminders. A lot of their rides are older, lake is still nasty and not cared for, water park is very small and they ve got only a few thrilling rides. Overall, good times for family if you don t expect too much. Edited note - edited scoring: customer service could ve been better. Took me weeks of going in a circle to receive no resolution.

This place was stressful. If you want to go, go on a weekday in the morning. I went on a Sunday and it was hectic. The lines were long, the lockers were sold out, it was super crowded and the pools were filled algea at the bottom. The only thing that was not so bad was the service.

I have a season pass because this is an amazing place to go. I have gone for many years. They have been working to improve the park and can't wait to see how it is this year. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because it's very hilly and is a workout in itself to get from the wet rides to the dry rides and can be a bit exhausting. Also lockers have changed to electronic key pads instead of keys which is great for multiple people, but the lockers got smaller and the cost got higher...

The best place for parents or grandparents to hang out is in the lazy river.I just float along for hours while the kids and grandkids go on the slides .The only thing is get there eary or you just might be on the sidelines watching the people go by.

Years ago this was the place to go! Since the years have gone by, not much has changed or been kept up. Fun maybe a few times throughout the year but thats about it. Daily price for admission is rediculous so a second thought on the season pass before they become full price would be your best interest.

Fun park. Order your parking and tickets online 3 days in advance to save 25% at least. For how busy this place gets the lines are bearable. The giant wooden roller coaster is fun. I will return to the location.

I could've breath it was so hot and uncovered. I went to the medic. He helped me.called the ambulance and got me on oxygen. Even though I had to go to the hospital. Everyone did help and offered whatever to make sure I was ok. Thank you. Great response to an emergency

For being a first time Customer with my kids also, we we're disappointed to realize half the rides were closed in both parks. Lines were tremendously long, sometimes 50 min or so. And the tube situation well jeez if you want to get in the lazy river be prepared to wait along time unless you rent a tube. We did have fun when on the actual rides but seriously this place needs some better organization or something!

Best place in Washington I loved the it the water was warm the slides where fun other then waiting like 15 min for the slides it was great the small lockers could fit a whole back pack and like 2 large towles and the rollercoaster side was super fun like the yellow coaster was fun but I banged my head to much and the really big coaster was amazing and the line was really fast but the fire circle was pretty scary it didn't even have seat belt so you where upside down you had to hang on for your life

This place was SUPER fun. Defiantly would come here again...but the only thing wrong about it is the workers. A small amount of them are rude and careless espically at the sky coaster. But all in all it s SUPER de super fun and amazing!

There are not several police officers patrolling this park. You will usually see one or two patrol officer parked in front of this theme/water park. ( They help with hundreds of cars exiting at the same time) If someone saw several officers there then sadly it must have been something that happened that day. But then again I go to life center church & they had 6 one Easter for traffic. I worked at what was then called Enchanted village as a lifeguard when I was a teenager & I never saw any criminal behavior while I was employed. My own kids are grown & now taking there kids. I highly recommend buying a season pass before they open the park. You can get one for only 69.00 if you buy it now & I believe you can get this price until May. Includes 3 bring friend passes too. Over 400.00 in savings. This water park is kept very clean. The only think I can say negative about it is since it became part of 6 flags it gets super packed. That is because they added more rides & slides But who wants to wait in line standing for an hour to go down one slide.

Do you enjoy the pain of cutting your feet on unma...

Do you enjoy the pain of cutting your feet on unmaintained streets? How about the stench of piss that not even eye burning amounts of chlorine can mask? No? What about incompetent lazy staff? How do you feel about hornets? Do you like a plague of them swarming around heaps of garbage? If, on the off chance you do love these things then more power to you. If not, don t waste your time or money.

I ll keep this as condensed as possible, I don t want this review to be a three part saga but this place is disgusting in every sense of the word.

You pay around $40 in the summer season if you don t have any random discounts, which they may or may not honor as was the case with my friend who went with me. I found out 40 bucks doesn t get you much here. Apparently despite coming in mid-August, well before the school season started, a third of the rides were closed. When we asked why they were closed they said most of the staff leaves weeks before the seasons over to go back to school, in mid-august.

The pavement at the park might as well have been razor blades, it was physically painful to walk on. So painful to walk on that there was the constant noise of children screaming about how badly it hurt their feet. When kids weren t screaming about their feet being ripped apart they were screaming about the swarm of hornets that ruled the entire entrance and food areas of the park. I m not over exaggerating either, everything was coated in hornets. When ordering a drink from one of the food stands there was hornets crawling all over the fountain drinks, counters, cups, workers, ect. I even asked the girl behind the counter how she deals with all the hornets, to which she laughed and said you get used to it, kind of.

I was constantly amazed at how the staff would do nothing when people were putting others in danger. For example, while waiting in line for one of the water slides, two young boys started wrestling on the stairs that were at least 2 stories tall. They also did nothing when a couple started kicking my friend s inner tube around in the lazy river. They were also absent when small children were climbing up a broken metal ladder, complete with dangerous spikes, only ripped up caution tape warning them away from it.

There were 7 life guards at the activity pool 3 of which were doing nothing, actually nothing. At one point my boyfriend and I lost our glasses in the pool. I told one of the lifeguards about they told me they d get them when the park was closed but I had to go to customer service and report it. I did that and the women there told me that they would call me the next day about them at 12pm, if they didn t call me I was to call them. Well they didn t call so I phoned them only to have the women tell me they didn t have time to look and they would call me at an undisclosed amount of time.

A week later I called again, and was told the same thing, they hadn t had time. After 10 days I emailed their customer service who eventually agreed to look for the missing glasses. 2 or so weeks after the visit to the park I finally got a call from someone saying they were just about to check the lost and found for my glasses and would be back to me later that day. Surprise surprise, they didn t find them despite me giving a detailed description of them, the exact location and time. I spent 2 weeks getting jerked around by Wild Waves support only to come out of this experience $80 poorer plus another $100 poorer now that my glasses are gone forever.

To be brash, screw this place. What a sad excuse for an amusement park.
