My representative with your company is Mia Taylor. In the beginning there was very little wiggle room. She was always very thorough about everything. As time went by she loosened up a little bit. Then my family had an unexpected Event that happened that changed our income big-time. Mia was very understanding and helped me lower my payment so I could adjust my financial Obligation. She s great very direct but clear and fair and everybody should be so lucky to have someone like her in their corner especially in her line of business.Thank you Mia Taylor

Mrs. Gonzalez Is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I don't think there is anyone else to deal with? First time i called, she actually hung up on me saying i clearly cannot afford to pay my debit. How RUDE!!! I was asking about the payment plans.. I called again to report her and speak to someone else but when i had called, i just got redirected to her RIGHT AWAY. UGH!! She put words in my mouth saying I don't care about loosing my license. I actually cannot believe how mean she was over the phone it made me very upset. I Worked in a debt calling setting environment and that is NOT acceptable. Especially because you are calling ME about my financials. That is not something to play with! She said she's an attorney so it doesn't matter and that she is not going to help me with payment plans only wait for the state. What a' lady'!!!!

Lawanda was exceptionally kind and helpful! My payment was late but she didn t criticize me. She just helped me make better arrangements so it won t happen again. When I asked about moving my due date she handled the transaction effortlessly. Thanks for being so kind!

This company is involved in illegal practices. Suzie threatened me with a lawsuit if I did not pay the amount that they wanted me to pay in full immediately. So I searched their company and I see all these terrible reviews so I contact my insurance company and they informed me that it is illegal for them to come after me that they are only suppose to talk with the insurance company. And to NOT pay them any money... Suzie Soule wanted to be a billy badass and tell me to open up credit cards to pay them bahahahaha! Lady you are an idiot! I don't just blindly hand out my cc info and pay a bill that you want to claim I owe.... who is the billy badass now Suzie? I will be reporting this business for their illegal practices to the bar association and any other agencies I can report them to:)

This company is willing to lie to get your money. I asked them to give me proof of an car accident and the damages caused and they tried to pass off an estimated breakdown of car repair cost as if it was a receipt of payment. When I called them out on it, they told me they didn't have to give me proof or verify the debt even though I asked because "you know you owe it" meanwhile I was never in a car accident. They even claimed there was a police report and when I asked about the police report they had to come clean and admit there wasn't a police report. They try to fast talk you and twist your words. They try to imply that they are attorneys but they are not. Know your rights and know that they are not allowed to lie and use scare tactics. Report this company to the consumer financial bureau. Or report their business to any government agency where consumer complaints are accepted. They are not allowed to misrepresent themselves or threaten to take legal action against you as a scare tactic if they don't have a plan of action.

This is a third party collections agency they can not "suspend your registration and they can not force you to pays fee's. They claim they are a "law firm" but they can not have you speak with a lawyer with a bar number. Once you tell them to stop contact and they proceed with the harassment calls you officially have a harassment case against them. If you deal with Ms. Reynolds seek a supervisor. She had the nerve to tell me "It wasn't burger king and I cant always have it my way" when I told her I defaulted on my payments because they want more than I can afford to pay. I also work in customer service as management and anyone collecting a balance knows that you get more bees with honey than vinegar. The best person to pay that debt is the person who obviously owes it and the easiest way to get it is to work with the person paying it. All calls are recorded and you have a legal right to those calls. Better training for the staff in your call center is the only practice needed to avoid legal action from someone less patient than myself. I guarantee you a man with two cents to his name will work hell and high water to pay that balance for a good team of people willing to work with him. Burn that man and he'll work hell and high water to bring this concern to an attorney. People don't forget the way you treat them and as annoying as it was to deal with someone that hasn't learned active listening (listening to listen not to respond) to the extent that I have, I'm still gonna pray for Ms. Reynolds because I cant see from her side of the window and she may have been trained to act this way on the phones by someone above her

HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

1. Admit to nothing.
2. Have them send you a copy of all claims against you including a breakdown of each debt.
3. Once you have a copy, find several local lawyers willing to give you a free consultation about what steps to take next. Get as much advice as possible.
4. You NEVER EVER have to pay the requested amount. Be persistent until they agree to settle for 80% or less of what they want. In some cases you may even be able to settle for 40% or less.
5. Remember they will be rude and threatening but every action they take cost them more time and money.
6. Check with a lawyer about when or if you should make payments. In some cases it may not be worth it to Wilber to chase you down. They may ultimately drop the case.
7. Bankruptcy is an option. It is not the end of the world to file Ch 7. and you can begin rebuilding credit immediately after. If you owe an excessive amount and simply cannot pay then discuss bankruptcy options with a lawyer.

Remember, this is not a scam company and they can take legal action against you. Do not ignore them.
