Do not buy a pool from these people. The screwwed up the shipping, packing, and manufacturing of my pool order. They will not repond as to if or when they are going to fix my order. Stay away

Terrible customer service, pool wall rusted after two years , called the warranty company Wilbar international which then said they will cover it under warranty but they charged me a $420 shipping fee. Took over two months to get a receipt then I was told someone would contact me before the delivery and when the product is shipped . 2 months later found box thrown over my gate and box was destroyed by heavy rain .

DO NOT BUY! Our 5 year old pool is rusting all along the top rails and all they can do is have me pay almost $1000 for "prorated" parts and shipping, even though they say their pools have a 30 year warranty. Might as well buy a new pool for the price I would pay for new top rails that shouldn't start rusting out this soon, no matter what they say, since it's only a standard chlorine pool that we get lab tested. If it was that acidic, we would be bleach white from swimming in it! BUY A BETTER POOL!

Avoid buying any pool which has Wilbar associated with it. Plenty of other pool companies out there, this one has a terrible warranty. The Customer Service Reps. wont assist you. Too bad it's the way a lot of American companies are today.

Nicole from customer services is a useless person. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I am attempting to get a pool that I purchased installed and even after 2 deliver attempts they can not get the order correct. Even the installers say they are embarrassed by the stupidity of people in Wilbar International. It is obvious that they only hire people that are not able to do things right even on 2 attempts. Nicole is a customer idiot and if she answers when you call please let her know that she is useless. As far as the stars I give them a -10 in customer service................NICOLE SUCKS HANG UP ON HER...............

Metal is supposed to be guaranteed for 50 years, maybe in a confined place like a warehouse. But outside... after 3 years of use, I get an empty pool with rust at base and puncture due to inside rust ? Not good. Very disappointed. Pro rating for getting a new wall. Still not cheap.

Avoid using this company, their warranty department does not take responsibility for their short comings and are very unprofessional.

This company handles Sharkline Pools. I have been told by pool company that the "40 year warranty" is useless. Not something I was told when I purchased my pool 8 years ago.

Rest assured, i f you get a pool from these people, you will get the runaround when and if you need to cash in on the warranty.

These guyz out here don't know what they r doing, took 4 hrs to load n then my load was supposed to be 43,000 lbs they load me 55,000 lbs

Never experienced such TERRIBLE customer service. They backorder their pools without notice and fail to give ETA'S. In April they were backordered on pools which is insane being that our pool season was just beginning. I called several times and dealt with a very rude Christine who said she can only get answers from production and had no idea when that would be. Production is located in the same building so to tell me that she has NO IDEA when she can get an answer is ridiculous. I believe this company is hiding something - perhaps they are going out of business. I do not recommend purchasing a Wilbar pool unless you plan on refunding pissed off customer's and not providing them with a product or ETA'S

their pools are OK but they are very bad at customer communication and response.

be very afraid of these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 25 year pool lasted 3 and 1/2 no help.... my pool company in va won't deal with them any more ..... out over $2000

First of truck entrance is very small. OOS be careful the tree on left side will scratch and might do more damage to the trailer. I went wide as possible with tandems front it still took off caulking and heavy scratches. Docks are blindside. Loading was under 1 1/2 hrs.
