Best meal I have ever had. Filet mignon was thick, potatoes were perfect. Service very good.
Great private place. Hidden GEM in the Chagrin Valley area. A must visit!
Beautiful, rustic and elegant all in one. Fabulous food and excellent, well-attentive staff. Rooms are extremely warm and cozy.
Attended a wedding here and the facility was absolutely incredible. There was a violent thunder storm approaching while the bride was walking down the aisle and the staff made it change course just in time. Stunning venue and it wasn't just all the free wine talking.
Was at a great wedding last Saturday and was completely impressed by the ambiance, amenities and food. They made the best filet mignon I've had in a very long time, treated us - everyone - like we mattered and made sure to ask us repeatedly if we were getting "everything we needed". I would recommend this place, and the GM that was on the floor in the dining area constantly, to everyone.
We had our wedding at Hillbrook in September of 2019 and we are SO GLAD that we did. The venue was everything we could have ever wanted. It was so beautiful, and everything was taken care of for our 215 guests. It was so warm, welcoming, and fun, and we got so many compliments on how breathtaking it was from our many out of towners.
Gina, who planned the event, went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. We are extremely detail oriented, and she always answered our many questions immediately (even responding to questions at midnight the night before our wedding).
The execution of our event was perfect - Gina ensured that our entire vision came to life, which was not easy! Additionally, the servers went above and beyond to provide great service. Our friend from the restaurant industry commented that he had never seen food served so perfectly to so many people at once. During cocktail hour, the servers always made sure people had enough appetizers, which was very important to us!
Additionally, the bartenders did a GREAT job - multiple guests commented to me that they had the best margarita of their lives!
We are so thankful to the entire team at Hillbrook for giving us our dream wedding and we cannot say enough good things. We are so thrilled that we chose this venue, which we view as the best of the best, for our wedding day. THANK YOU GINA!
The Club at Hillbrook is one of the best venues for wedding & events in the greater Cleveland area. With onsite accommodations for lodging, large event spaces, and beautiful grounds, you can everything you need in one location. The staff is wonderful and attentive to their guests and extremely helpful throughout the day.
Had a wonderful experience here! What a beautiful quiet place tucked away in nature! Every person we met on the staff was so friendly and helpful. Very impressive! We stayed in the Josephine Suite which was clean, bright and charming. Such a great place for a romantic anniversary getaway that is a short drive from Pittsburgh.

A beautiful 100 year old club that we visited for a wedding and reception. The service, food and establishment was outstanding!
Hillbrook was the perfect venue choice for my husband and I and our Vintage Safari wedding. We had the most perfect experience from start to finish. Gina is so accommodating and helpful in every way through the process and it was so welcomed and needed since I had so much on my plate. The staff is kind and friendly and were available for anything we needed. We had our ceremony and reception there, and thank God we did. It was so much easier for our guests not having to find different locations for our wedding. The weather was not cooperating for us but Gina and her staff very kindly waited till the last possible minute for me to decide if ceremony should be under the pavilion or outside by the tea house. We originally wanted the ceremony to be at the tea house but the weather was not the best, so we had everything under the pavilion, which ended up being an even more beautiful spot due to the stunning back drop on the woods. Our guests were blown away by how stunning everything was, how unique the venue is and how amazing the food was. We got the most beautiful pictures there as well by Jason Thomas Crocker Photography. There are so many beautiful spots on the property, great for unique wedding photos. Everything was perfect! I just am so happy and lucky that we were able to have our wedding at the most unique and perfect hidden gem of Cleveland.
Gorgeous venue! Warm, inviting atmosphere and very English Tudor. It's like you stepped into the English countryside but you're in NE Ohio. Great photo opportunities as well!
Went to a September wedding here. Really beautiful and scenic place.
Only odd thing is you can see outdoor pool and wet swimmers would occasionally walk by, sharply and hilariously contrasting the men, women and kids in dresses and suits
I was here for a wedding and it was a very elegant and beautiful venue. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and attentive.
Beautiful venue for winter wedding and reception. Food was wonderful.
This place is very fancy, bit the food is not as good as the decor. It is a bring your own booze restaurant, so come prepared if you want a drink with your dinner!
Excellent front view. Building and grounds could use some help with maintenance and cleanliness.
Wonderful food and service in an elegant atmosphere.
Food is not very good. Went to a holiday party. Pork loin was dry and sauce was funny tasting. Green beans were not seasoned. The salad is okay nothing spectacular. Holiday dessert is ok. Would have expect better food from a well established place.
This was a beautiful wedding venue with lots of amenities and scenery.
Beautiful place. My wife and I spent a weeknight there (Burke suite) and loved it. We didn't eat there but it seems great. There are not a lot of immediate activities so that made it great for a quick romantic getaway.
My grandparents used to own the place before they sold it and I truly liked the way it turned out, the food tasted great but there were lack of bathrooms and the food was hardly ever refilled at the buffet
We were here for a wedding and it was wonderful. The staff was accommodating. We had the whole building to ourselves practically. The food was wonderful. The bartenders were funny and charming. The venue was stunning for a wedding, though a tad cold even with the heaters (though that is not the fault of the venue)
Dennis and Gina were wonderfully helpful and courteous during my best friend's bridal shower brunch. The food was lovely and plentiful--- served family style--- and the entire shower was fun and very enjoyable. Some of the furniture was a bit older/outdated, but it fit in well with the historic ambience of the club. All of the linens and dinnerware were clean, well kept, and appropriate for the formal occasion. They also had a toasty fire going which was well-suited for the chilly April weather. And, although we're still stuck with a winter chill and not very many spring blooms, the private drive and club grounds were beautiful. I imagine it would be absolutely gorgeous during spring, summer, and fall.
