No business service! An employee who refuses to meet us and refers to the D business access center for a transaction that must be completed in the branch. Notice to condo condominiums, go elsewhere because Desjardins this fucks you.

As usual, everything is always complicated with Caisse desjardins. I'm calling for a simple problem, unable to talk to anyone. I present myself on the spot, I am directed to the crates where I wait 30 minutes, for the cashier to send me back to the reception. Another twist. We need to pay our credit card. Our notary transferred our money to us. The Caisse Desjardins refuses to release our money from the check and consequently we have more than $ 100 of interest on our credit card because we are short of funds. I'm worth on paper 2.8million dollars I have properties. I went to borrow on my properties that r almost all paid for. .I am still waiting for my money it's been close to 2 months. .we r 2 owners that borrowed a total of 90 thousand dollars. .it's approved but yet my partener gets a call to ask for I guess me my partner noticed it was the bank so he asked what about my side of the loan and the answer was who r you. ..
I am still waiting I get a email saying that the bank will pay my bills 2 mrw . .. what. ...I have bills that the amount r wrong who the hell r they to pay my bills.. I understand they would want a confirmation on certain bills paid I have no prlb wt that. .. but yo go ahead n pay my bills without knowing if the balances r true. ..wich I know some r not. ..I never had a bank do this and I made many many loans of all kinds and never did I have them pay anything for me. ...I had one father and one mother I don't need a bank acting like one especially when I have 2.8million of properties. . two pisted off customers.......that will pull there business from there I guess we to poor unimportant for them

Desjardins not only our personal data goes to anyone but their Equifax service to "protect" us is a real joke !! It's been 3 months that I try to access it and still nothing! It's over Desjardins. Worst service of all time!

Told to come to this bank to have something signed for the condo account, they refer me back to the business center help line which referred me to this branch. Classic run around experience.
This branch is terrible and needs training on business accounts, the staff have a typical not my problem attitude and take any chance to pass the buck.
Still have an ongoing issue, could not recommend any less.

I accompanied an elderly gentleman to this checkout out of pure service. The gentleman wanted to renew his passbook and at the same time make a withdrawal (important I presume but the amount of which I do not know and it is none of my business).
Without being asked anything, I was immediately assumed to be a fraudster. Of course I am grateful to the staff for protecting their elderly members. However, there are rules of diplomacy and respect to follow when in public.
The gentleman I was accompanying and who I was waiting for out of the picture out of respect for his privacy was taken to task in Nabil Betar's office (if I understood his name correctly). The latter asked him about me, if he knew me etc (legitimate of course in the world full of unscrupulous people we live in). And also the reason for his withdrawal. The gentleman, probably wanting to keep the matter secret, replied that he was paying me and gave an astronomical sum. Of course I would have been the first to refuse such a sum to help a single elderly gentleman who asked me for a favor. But lo and behold, just wanting to be a good soul and help someone, I was presumed to be a fraudulent, thief, and malicious by the staff of this fund. When my neighbor told me what had happened, I later went to explain to the lady who had received us how hurtful this attitude was to me when I just wanted to help someone.
And when I told my neighbor that I had been to talk to them, he said, no that's the guy. (the so-called Nabil). So I wanted to go meet him to express my disappointment to him.
He was extremely haughty, rude and arrogant to me. The latter said to me: Mr. X (my neighbor) had never withdrawn money in such a large way (something that I therefore ignore revealing personal information) and it is our duty to protect him. Something that I totally agree with and consider to be the right thing to do. However there is a way to do it and also a way to talk to people. This Nabil said to me: do you intend to come and see us every day to complain? And then he added: I don't even have to talk to you! File a complaint if you wish. What I said I would do. But he slipped through my teeth in a slobbery tone: it s me taking the complaints anyway.

Of course I repeat, with all the shortcomings that happened for Desjardins I find it very normal that we protect members.
But the way it played out at this institution, without the slightest tact, is noteworthy. In short, we are outright insulted, we carry the doubt of being dishonest when our only goal is to help someone, and in addition we are practically humiliated by a subordinate without knowing how to live.
Very happy not to have an account there and if it was the case, as long as such an individual works there, I will close it immediately to go elsewhere!
