Wieland Properties is by far the best real estate company in our area. Wieland has listed & sold 2 houses for me. The photos are exceptional with a professional photographer. (Not taken w/ an agents mobile phone) We needed to list & sell quick & Wieland Properties made it happen. The 3.9% commission saved us thousands! I'm so thankful & you will be too. Sherri Smith was our agent this summer. I definitely recommend Sherri Smith & Wieland Properties, I can't speak highly enough about them.

I have worked with Wieland Properties on several occasions, and I can't say enough good things. I interviewed several other 6% companies, but I got the same service, if not more, only paying 3.9%. Mr. Wieland has always gone above and beyond, and despite having many clients, he always seems to be able to still give 100% when working with me. If you are looking for a realtor who values the CLIENT over the SALE, look no further; he has never sacrificed my wants and needs just to make a quick buck. I will always deal with Bobby Wieland when buying or selling a home.

I recently used Bobby Wieland to help us find our first home. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in every step of the way. It took us several months to find the house we really wanted and that fit our budget. Bobby was very patient with us and was always there when we needed him. During the negotiations of our house Bobby was very thorough and helped us get exactly what we wanted when closing the deal. What I loved the most was her allowing me to be able to return to my new house which is not in Raleigh. She took care of all the last minute details and kept me well informed all the way to the end.

I was a first time home buyer and my experience with Vicky was great. She was professional, personable, supportive, informative, and patient with me during my search, and helped me look at all options regarding house factors and mortgage programs. When the offer I submitted was accepted, she went right to work and had 3 of my inspections scheduled for just a couple days later; it was obvious she's developed a good base of contacts in the industry, which made the entire contract process run smooth. Throughout, she was available when I need her, and she coordinated a team effort that made my home purchase a pleasant experience.

We bought our very first home last fall and were a little nervous about everything that we needed to do to purchase. Right away Vicky put us at ease and did all of the hard work. Vicky was my realtor to help me find the Right home. As I started the search I was not sure if I would buy or not but she was very patient with me and never pressured me to buy. She was always sending me new listings and answering any questions I had. When I was ready to look at a house, she was quick to respond with a time and a key to get in. She was always accessible when I had questions or concerns. When I found the right house, she was quick in getting the info to the seller and to the bank where I was preapproved. She stayed on top of all the issues involved in buying a home of which I was not aware of. She had to deal with some difficult people at one time but that never changed her attitude in helping me or how she was toward me. She was always helpful and caring in her dealings with me. I recommended her to my granddaughter and she found her "home" also. If you want someone who sees you as a "person" with a need and not just someone that wants you to buy a house just because she is a realtor, then give her a call.
