She hired a professional photographer for the listing photos and quickly got my house on the market. I really liked the app notifications letting me know when showings were scheduled as well as receiving feedback from the showings. We closed ahead of schedule and as a seller, I was very pleased to have saved $$$ in closing costs due to their 3.9% commission while still benefiting from a full-service agent.
