I have worked with Wieland Properties on several occasions, and I can't say enough good things. I interviewed several other 6% companies, but I got the same service, if not more, only paying 3.9%. Mr. Wieland has always gone above and beyond, and despite having many clients, he always seems to be able to still give 100% when working with me. If you are looking for a realtor who values the CLIENT over the SALE, look no further; he has never sacrificed my wants and needs just to make a quick buck.
