Their conversation to their new patient info system is apparently is being done on the fly. No one could have actually planned the chaos by simply checking in created. I attempted to update my information prior to my appointment site would not allow it.
I waited in the patient privacy line for about 20 min.
Got to the desk the was giving a tablet to fill out and confirm my info. Oh did I mention I was about 30 min early for my appointment so I could fill out forms if I needed to. It s now 9:28 am. I m still waiting to be called back for my 8:20 lab appointment.
Plan on spending at least 1-2 Hours for your appointment until their patient info system is actually working. GOOD LUCK.

Great care and very nice doctors. The billing dept is a mess. I asked them what is going to be my out of pocket cost they told me exactly how much it is going to be. I paid it and I thought I was good. Weeks later I get a bill in mail for the same thing which was really frustrating. And you cant really do anything about it you have to pay it or you will be sent to collections. The lady in the Billing dept named "Leta" told me extremely rudely that you will be sent to collections and hung up the phone. Excellent experience turned into bad experience.

My PCP scheduled me the same day. Everyone was very caring! Especially, after I found out I had a bladder tumor at 38 years old! Dr. Nabbout was the best and his nurse was very attentive to all my needs.

Front office is awful. Wait and wait, redundant forms. Doctors are rude. If there was another choice, I'd take it. This office sucks.

I was apprehensive after seeing some of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. They gave me the wrong address for my appointment, but after showing up at the correct building, I didn't have any issues. They were more than competent and very kind. I would definitely recommend this group.

Administrative services is poor and staff extremely rude. They messed up on the same issue twice, costing us a lot of money! Patient information is also written on sticky notes... which is concerning especially when we were told that the sticky notes were 'misplaced'. My husband's doctor seemed very apathetic to my husband's diagnosis. Overall disappointed, frustrated and searching for a new urologist. Would not ever want anyone I love to go here.

This practice is more interested in collecting as much money as possible 'upfront' without any supporting billing and from an insured patient than it is in providing medical services. The last straw was demanding another $3.90 'upfront' for a blood test that the Doctor ordered. I will transfer to another practice rather than deal with this nonsense. Having to wait an hour for the Doctor didn't help matters either. Extremely disappointed in this medical practice.

Dr. Zakharia was exceptional doctor! He took amazing care of my dad. My dad went in to have a pocket removed off his bladder and while in surgery his heart stopped. He got my dad through surgery and has made sure we have had great follow up care with a cardiologist as well. He is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor! Thank you so much for all you have done for us!!

They scheduled a appointment with out VA authorization or a PSA lab test. I've tried all morning to call every number listed and can not get through to cancel the appointment , can't even leave a message! How can you trust a business that can't maintain their phone system to treat cancer? They don't have a 800 number even. How unprofessional is it that potential cancer patients are put on hold indefinitely? No confidence in this place.

I had a Trans Urethral Resection of the Prostate (TURP) performed by Dr. George Zakharia. Because of the size of my prostate other less invasive options were not available to me. Most other surgeons would have approached this surgery through an incision in the abdomen but Dr. Zakharia was able to use the less invasive approach through a resectoscope. This made my recovery much easier and undoubtedly quicker. After healing my results have been outstanding and all of my previous symptoms have resolved. In hindsight I should have done this several years ago instead of continuing to put up with a condition that was only getting worse. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Zakharia to anyone. He will answer your questions and provide the highest level of care. If you're tolerating the symptoms of BPH instead of doing something about it, stop. Call Dr. Zak and get started on the road to a better quality of life.
