Beautiful hotel with great service. I'll definitely come back when pool and roof top bar opens back up. Cozy mattress and pillows............I travel a lot! A comfort bed & linens are very important to me. Valencia met my high standards.
Great hotel. The rooms are modern and spacious. I recommend asking for a balcony We didn't get to see the pool this time, but the outdoor dining terrace was a nice spot for breakfast. I look forward to my return.

I enjoyed staying at the Hotel Valencia. There were two reasons for my stay: #1 Your hotel was recommended by my event planning team for a intimate dinner party - so the best way to check it out is to book a stay! Unfortunately, I was not able to fully see the rooftop space - even after conferring with hotel staff about the reason for seeing the space (didn't happen!).The hotel has a very attractive courtyard area. I could see having a wonderful dinner there ; #2 Far enough away from San Francisco for a productive work-away with my AD. We were able to get a lot of planning done for the new program year.
The location of the hotel was the best part - shops, restaurants, bars, and lots of people! Overall, the hotel was fine.
This was an amazing experience :) It is a really nice hotel and very clean and sanitized. They had free complimentary grab and go breakfast. They had someone there in restaurant area/lobby to grab your breakfast for you and they put it all in to- go container for you to either eat outside or bring it to your room. It was a really nice outdoor eating area. The staff was really friendly :)
The sink in bathroom was terrible
It needs drano. The toilet would not flush consistently. The toilet paper was 1 ply, terrible for a luxurious hotel? Terrible view. Got a noisy side street with early morning noisy deliveries. This room was so far from elevator. You need maintenance done in this room before booking it.

Overall, very good experience.
Two suggestions:
1. Due to COVID, new guests need to contact reception before being able to access the elevator. I understand this, but, if access was faster, it would have been better.
2. Have assistance downstairs by having someone watching over luggage while guest goes to get their car in the parking garage (a little difficult rolling luggage around to the parking lot).
I enjoy my stay here. The rooms are definitely luxurious and comfortable. The rooms are clean and if you don't like something, you can always call the front desk for assistance. The entry into the hotel is secured to only those who have a reservation, and I like that exclusivity.
The staff here is pretty remarkable. They re courteous kind and accommodating. Antonio, Allen, and Stephanie have gone above and beyond and have always made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
Everything was perfect, as always. The staff at the front desk had excellent customer service etiquette, room service staff were very respectable, and the gentlemen at the entrance of the hotel were very sweet. Thank you for another great stay.
Our stay was very nice. Staff was very helpful and willing to assist with any questions we had. Great job to everyone! Well done. We would return for another staycation.
* Note
It would be nice to have a pamphlet of local restaurants, scenic sites or the must see in San Jose. For those who are not familiar with the area. That would be amazing tool for the guest.
