Clients had a really hard time wit the communication from the sales team. A lot of details were left out that were important to the deal. I spent six weeks prepping the clients only to have it fall apart because of their sales rep.

Nice neighborhood, the realtor that was working on Saturday was very helpful, the house has a nice layout just not for us, we have older kids.

We have had a few problems although overall good quality. The service rep has been very responsive.

Saratoga is the worst home builder to buy a home from. My house just made a year did the last walk through still waiting from March of 2019 to have my microwave changed because the one they put in doesn't fit. My backyard is all muddy from the sprinklers being left on for hours from the vacant new homes. I informed Saratoga who told me that there is nothing they can do about that situation. I was calling the office for months only to find out they changed their numbe..thank God I am resourceful I got the new number. I came from out of state to purchase this home for my retirement but instead got a headache. I guess a lawyer will have to get involved to rectify this problem.
