I've come here about my car and they've had it for 3 days and haven't done anything to it and i'm getting really annoyed. I just picked it up and I was really upset that they didn't do anything. I am going to sue this company

Well run, hard working team, excellent personal service from Andy, they take the time to sort out difficult problems. Would definitely recommend especially for VWs (my parents' cars) and Ford (mine).

They were friendly, organised and open which is unique. They sorted my car with no fuss and the bill was less than expected. I will take my car to them from now on for sure! Andy, you have a great team!

Also most likely will get charged more if you have an older car compared to others, with a newer car they know you will come back more often so maybe more favourable.

Used WR for a number of years, they used to be quite good and trustworthy but on few occasions their mechanics seemed are very careless while driving cars around. They damaged my car on multiple locations, made a large bump and scratches on the bumper and tried to cover it with fresh mud. While management are nice and tends to offer to fix the damages. Time, effort and hassle is yours. I cannot take my cars back there knowing is going to get damage.

I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at White Rose Motors. I have used these guys for service and MOT ever since I got my first car 6 years ago. I've always had fantastic service and and great advice. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

My husband and I were regular customers for years we were really happy up till recent, I needed my MOT done and so brought in in everything was fine picked up the car all was good. Then only when I needed to get my son's scooter out the boot the next day it was gone, I know for sure it was in the boot when I brought it in to them, well called them up only to hear the manager tell us "no no it couldn't be us" gave me all BS. I was so furious with them we were one of their loyal customers and all that they can say is "I'm sorry no it couldn't have been us who stole it".

Keep well away from them or take all... I mean all your things out of the car before handing it to them.

Avoid this place They are thief ( Take the money Doesn't do the job )

My car got completely written off during lockdown and they fixed it got a tow truck and everything!!! My car was fixed within 4 days!!!!!! I now feel so comfortable going up there if I ever need anything even as small as buying a headlight bulb I absolutely love this garage and will always be going there for everything!!!

Andy is the Man! I have taken every one of my cars here for over 10 years, from their Southgate shop to Finchley. Always been treated fairly and always get exactly what I ask for. There was a time I was in a major, bind and was selling a car the next day. At short notice they took it in and did work, got all my paperwork in order and sorted. Ensured I got top price for my vehicle.
Having a relationship with a garage you can trust is rare these days. Andy I salute you.

Took my car in for a service and DPF light check and my oh my did I regret going in. The man at the desk (Andy, I think) was just so awfully rude, patronising and condescending that I for the first time ever decided to just politely leave... with the car! I dread to think how they might have treated me if after they did the work I needed aftercare. I cannot begin to understand how businesses like that survive, I can only imagine that the treatment I received is the exception rather than the norm.

White Rose Motors is probably the best all-in-one garage in London. Previously having taken my car to other places who knew very little about what they were doing or were simply looking for a quick buck it goes to show that this place is totally different. All employees are professional, considerate and aware of the importance of getting your car back on it's feet. Opening hours are amazing, headed up by Andy who works tirelessly and honestly to maintain and keep high standards. Go and see for yourself and end the hassle of getting ripped off by other places.

Been using them for a while for various makes of car, very straightforward and honest garage. Haven't been charged for diagnosis and had free work done quite a few times which is rare in this day and age.

May not be the cheapest for everything (e.g. bodyshop) but for general mechanical work I haven't ever had a bad experience.

I have used White Rose for years and they have always been honest, reliable and do the best they can for you. Andy and his team are straight talkers which as a South African living in London is great as you know exactly what you are getting. I highly recommend these guys should you want an honest, no nonsense, good job done on your vehicle.

White rose arranged for my vehicle to be picked up before another ticket was placed on it as it was undriveble. Then they had my exhaust and tires fixed the next day after the car got to them and they charged me less per tyre than my previous mechanic.

Before work started I asked to have the car looked over so we could agree its condition in writing, I didn't want to come back to scratches and so on.. The boss told me to leave. Just like that. Take your car and go, cause I asked for this, I asked politely too
Maybe they're quite successful at this point where new potential customers mean nothing to them. Look at all the comments of how rude they are in the reviews, it's simply true. You can even hear the rudeness on the phone when calling him. Andy should never be on the phone with customers. Sounds like he could care less. Sounds like you're bothering them, apart from one lady who actually sounds very welcoming and professional on the phone. She was the only good thing about the place I experienced!

My car broke down on Saturday, they booked me in for Sunday morning and my car was fixed by Sunday afternoon, it s running perfectly - 5 star service - I won t be taking my car anywhere else now great garage and friendly staff!

A friend of mine recommended White Rose Motors and after servicing and MOT my Honda yesterday I can confirm that this is the most reliable, friendly and honest garage I have ever used.

Prices were reasonable and on top of everything I got a courtesy car to use for the day while my car has being serviced.

Sunday morning, I popped in for an estimate. Dropped the car to the garage for 10am the next morning. By Monday pm my car was ready to collect. My bumper which was almost hanging off, was fixed and my car parked neatly down a side road ready to collect. I was so impressed with the service everyone is so friendly and nice; and my whole family uses this garage regularly. Estimates tend to be very accurate if you ever need one for insurance purposes. My mum was also given a spare car during her repairs.

Took my mini for some repairs the team were great and so helpful. Very happy with their work which was done in good timing. Would reccomend this garage

I took my car here at short notice for an MOT after it had been SORN'd for 4.5 months. I loved their swift service, can-do attitude and great communication. They charged the battery overnight and fixed the loose license plate for no extra charge.
Top customer services from hard working mechanics and all at a great fair price in my opinion. I wouldn't hesitate to use this garage again.

Not recommend! Tried to charge me for a service that was not required and I said I will come back later. I visited another Mot center and they confirmed there is no issue with the suspension system!

Outstanding service. I rushed to White Rose Motors from work, because of a rattle I thought was coming from the exhaust. Instantly, the mechanic diagnosed the issue and changed the part - I was off home within 10 mins! Really grateful to you WRM - Thank You.

They were absolutely AMAZING! I had crashed my car and needed body work done to 3 separate parts of my polo, the wing, bumper and tailgate. I had received numerous quotes which either stated that if I wanted it to look break new and no trace of anything it would cost me an arm and a leg. Or they could fix it but only 80%. White Rose Motors not only fixed my car so it looked brand new :) :) but I did not have to fork out thousands and thousands of pounds. I would 100% recommend and will personally be returning for MOT, servicing etc as will the rest of my family. They were very friendly too.

Unfortunately, my experience whit white rose was not great

I had problems whit my front right window they temporarily fixed that but ruined my right one the mirrors and all of the boutons on the doors.

Definitely cannot recommend to anyone!

I was booked to test drive an AUDI A4 but after checking the gov website to see if there have been any serious issues i should know about i found that they have falsified information on there ad.

From an MOT done in 2019 the mileage was listed 136,124 miles however as of 2020 the mileage is listed as 86,686!

I immediately called them to cancel my test drive as i am pretty sure it is illegal!

Took my car for an MOT and they were all friendly. First time using white rose motors but will 100% be returning and I will be recommending them to friends and family. Fantastic service.

A gem of a garage offering first class service, I have been a customer for many years and have nothing but praise for the friendly, helpful staff. The quality of work is brilliant and the fact that they are open every day is an added bonus. Here's hoping for many more years of service on my car.

This garage use parkings on high road, near friary park finchley and all over in North Finchley to park customers' cars. Customers beware where your cars are left when you leave them for a service, repairs. You will be surprised to know your car was not in the garage when it is supposed to be but at some other locations like friary park finchley . The garage owners should be told off and Local MPs had been contacted to visit this SUPPOSINGLY LOCAL GARAGE BUT TRICKS LOCAL RESIDENTS OF LOCAL PARKING SPACES. This garage also repairs not cars but Big Vans on public paid parking (They leave the bonnet open to fool parking attendants and not pay any parking charges) with oil spills that can cause accident on High Road, a busy road used by motorists. We will get a petition out now as this garage should be investigated by the Council.

MOT was quick and cheap and the car passed. Would highly recommend them!

As a young women in London i was worried about taking my car to a garage. The guys were AMAZING! They helped me with prices and source a cheaper part. They kept me updated and my car now drives like a dream! I have used them for wheel issues ans they fixed it first time no issues and then for a full service and MOT. I cam not recommend then enough!

I was recommended from the Nextdoor. Phoned up and and got a free MOT with full service. Dropped it off before 8 so I could go to work as I am a key worker. they called me to say did I want the air conditioning done and the brake fluid put in I said no I can't afford it at the moment . Went to pick it up it was lovely and clean and the air conditioning was lovely and cool as well thanks guys.

Always great work!! They properly care about your car and take pride in their work. I went to dealerships for ages where the work was invariably rubbish and overpriced! Highly recommended.

White Rose Motors is very courteous and fairly priced compared with other Garages.

Terrible. As I am typing this, at 7 AM, they have already been noisy for the last hour, revving engines, shouting, with no care for us - the neighbours. We brought our car here for an MOT and we didn't have any issues. We then brought it back as the car was leaking oil badly. They had the car in all day sunday and didn't tell us what was wrong with it. They said we should bring it back next week. So we did. Again, was in there with them all morning and afternoon and still nothing - told us to go to Peugeot instead in the rudest of manner!!! They also parked the car on a double yellow and got us a parking ticket!!! Cowboys.

I have always found White Rose Motors to be fast and reliable and have recommended them to my friends. I recently needed a new set of front brake pads for my daughters car - I dropped the car to them on the off chance that they could fit me in at about 11 am and by 3.30 pm it was ready! That is service!

Came in for a bulb change.. was out within 10 minutes and they did a great job - very friendly and fast! Cheap too

Service with a smile! I took my Golf TDi in for a full service. I do a lot of milage so I was also told that my tyres were worn out quite a bit and that my tracking/ wheel alignment needed to be sorted. I picked the car up the following day. Wow. What a difference. I don't think the car has ever felt this easy to drive! A big tank you to White Rose Motors for fixing up all the issues that I had and for making my car a dream to drive.

My elderly neighbour had the exhaust system cut off her car by thieves to steal the catalytic convertor, The AA towed her car to a recommended garage who gave her a massive quote and said the work would take a week to complete. After contacting Andy at White Rose he arranged to collect the car, carried out an inspection, and ordered the necessary parts for delivery the next morning. After fitting a new exhaust, they delivered the car back home all within 24 hours and for less than half the quote of the recommended garage. Fantastic service, I thoroughly recommend them

I was recommended this place from the Nextdoor site. Check the website and I was able to get a free MOT with full service. I was able to drop it off before 8 as I am a key worker and needed to get to a client. Had a phone call did I want the air conditioning done and the brake fluid. I said not at the moment as I couldn't afford it. When I went to pick it up it was all nice and clean. Also the air conditioning was running lot colder then earlier. Thanks guys.
