My car went in for an MOT and a full service. I drove away feeling like I had a brand new car. Whatever they did to my car has been amazing!!! It really has never driven so well! They completed all the work for me in a few hours because I explained I had to collect my son from nursery. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. A brilliant garage!

After taking my car to the main dealers for years I decided to try a local garage which was recommended to me by a friend. I was suprised by the level of experience from the technicians in the work shop, as I know a fair bit about cars myself. It was much cheaper then I had previously paid at the main dealers for the same high level of work with far better customer service.
After recently moving to the area I was looking for garage and searching the local choices i choose this one as the reviews were the best I found. Definitely happy with my choice. Honest hard working mechanics. Would 100% recommend.
Friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted advice regarding alloy wheels refurbishment and the person I spoke to took time to look at my existing wheels and to advise me thoroughly about the options available. I might return but the price is making me think hard about using their services. It was a little more expensive per wheel than I expected.
They made a fantastic job on wheels refurbishing, after that, I made another 2 work with them on my Audi A5... the four shock absorber arms and just today the DPF cleaning that was close to block (I suggest to diesel vehicles owners to anticipate the cleaning and save big money)...
My car is brilliant right now.. so thanks to them all and in particular to Andy that is very attentive on customers service!

Absolutely excellent garage that my family and I have used for several years, the most important factor is being able to trust your garage and Andy and Lloyd have always been very efficient and good at diagnosing problems and getting on with fixing them for very reasonable prices.
They always keep me in touch and call me for authorisation for any additional work needed.

Got new pads/discs fitted here and have had endless problems with them squeaking since. They closed the garage nearest to me but still have all the signage up and don't seem to intend on opening it again. Can only assume sloppy workmanship.
Terrible customer service and have had two items stolen from my car whilst in for repairs.

I have been servicing my car with white rose motors for 10 years and I have been extremely happy with their service, they are straight and honest and the most reasonable priced garage I know.
The two previous mechanics did not have a clue how to fix my starter motor problems suggesting various sorts of answers.
I found White Rose on the internet.
I can recommend them 100% and will use them for all future works on my BMWX3.They fixed the problem and replaced the starter motor and also found another problem with the breather which they replaced and it has changed the performance dramatically.
Very thorough very professional , two hours on my starter motor was fine the bill was ok , nothing is cheap you get what you pay for.

Came across White Rose a few years back when I had a puncture. Kwik Fit up the road wanted to charge extortionate prices for tyres, so I came down to White Rose to give them a shot. Half the price, and the tyres have had no problems since. Recently had some damage done to my front grill and a misaligned bonnet, they were able to pull it back into place and replace the parts at a great rate. Competent and professional, Andy and the team go above and beyond. Absolutely recommend them!
Andy runs a fantastic mechanics outfit that employs quality work with quick turnaround times.

I have been using White Rose since i had my first car at 17 and in my 40's now. They have been looking after my cars and my family's cars for years, would not use any one else. Highly recommended
I'm not that familiar with cars, but it seems very reliable. If it's bad, say no, and if it's cheaper than the estimate, it'll be cheaper. By the way, when the battery goes out, it will come to your house, of course a fee, surely 30 to 40 pounds. The main light in front of me and the back light in the back were cut off and I went to exchange it for free. The person who works has a rude feeling, but it conveys a feeling that he seems to have a good spirit. I take a good rest at noon, so it is impossible to visit there suddenly.
This is recommended when it seems to be a major repair.
I was very disappointed in the service I received but more importantly disgusted at how they spoke to me after how I was treated.
I took my car in to get 4 new tyres and for an MOT, I found their service to be quite expensive, but thought i'd give them a go anyway to avoid hassle, after being told it would be done that afternoon, I got my car back 3 days later I complained about the delay, when asking for a discount due to costs incurred from me having to use cabs they said no and asked why I didn't go in and speak to them like a man (I work full time and they close at 6:30). They didn't even give my car a complimentary wash as an apology.
I would strongly recommend to not use these people.
Finally a garage that I can trust! Brilliant, honest people. Prices are incredibly reasonable and I've never had any problems in the 5 years I've been taking my cars to Andy and Das.
No words to thank Andy and his team enough for the excellent job they did on my car which was recently damaged by a hit and run driver, and thanks to Andy and his invaluable advice and help I have my lovely car back home when the insurance company's absolutely appalling partner garage with one star reviews wrote it off without even assessing it correctly and dumped it by train tracks to be collected. Andy's assessment was accurate, precise and half the price, covering every part of the damage with quality parts. Also his friendly, personal advice and family-like reassurance went such a long way to reassure me that we can indeed win against such an unfair assessment by the other garage. Andy has personally looked after my cars (and my brother's) for several years now and I cannot describe what an outstanding job he always does, plus the car is always returned sparkling clean. He has always taken time out of his manic day to personally discuss issues with me and to review work done upon collection. I would never go to any other garage in London considering the number of times I have been conned by others. Andy and his team have always described exactly what needs (and doesn't need) doing, unlike others who add on unnecessary jobs to rip people off. Thanks to Andy my car is back but sadly the scum that damaged it is still out there. Thank you so much Andy, you're a true friend!

Came for an MOT, they told me they'd call back when it was ready and it was about 3hours later. I got the call and paid for the MOT (passed) and then collected my car, but it took about 15mins for them to get it.
Popped into this garage a while ago to ask if they could look at why my tyre was scraping against something - which turned out to be a loose bit of mud guarding in my car's inner wheel arch, the man behind the till was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. Kind of shocked I asked what the problem was, he said I should find different wheels and that he didn't like them. They were original BMW M Sport wheels on a standard BMW M Sport model ... Avoid
I was using them for long enough but I didn't,t know that they were ripping me off for years. Every time I was going there and I was trusting them. I was paying 600 or sometime 800. But when I take my car somewhere else and they said they didn't,t done what's written in receipt I was shocked. My car worth only 1500. I was so upset and decide to not go there. And told my friends to stop going there. I will speak to Andy that why they did this to me. VW polo 2004 black.

Took the car for mot twice in 2 different days and still had to pick it up without any work on it as they claimed they were busy. Sorry cant buy that. Left 8 in the morning and still had to leave for next day. Lack of care for customers is easy to see.
Did what they said on the tin. And felt like I could trust the guys. Direct, business like, and so far so good.
Went for MOT. They kept the car the whole day and eventually I needed to call to find out what was going on! Then upon collection they wouldn't give me an invoice for the test. Said the certificate was the receipt, which is absolutely wrong. Very dodgy when a garage does that. First & only visit to them. Will not be returning.
I really believed the guys there know what they're doing. And the pb that appeared with my cluch, after I had it changed there I put it on the car being old. However, I convinced my husband to take his expensive car there for holiday service. Please believe me that we had pb all the holiday period. Beside that he paid a huge amount of money.
Although my husband said he needs the car ready for holiday and the guy specifically said that he will do the summer holiday service, 2nd day appeared the problems. First it appeared in board that the oil level is critically low, next it appeard that the cat needs service ( even though we just took it out of service) and other stuff that I can't even remember. It's really stressful to find yourself between mountains, with no civilisation around and the car to show u that the oil level is CRITICALLY low. I was going to that service for every pb with my car. But I won't do it anymore. And definitely I will not recommend a place if I am not 100% satisfied.
In the same way as there are "spit and sawdust" pubs this is a garage in the same vein. Affordable costs and you get what you pay for but that's a good thing.. No hidden surprises...
Choosing White Rose Motors was the best decision I made. You're in safe hands here. I had a breakdown just after Christmas which was really stressful as I needed to completely replace my engine!! Andy & his team looked after me throughout, helped me source the parts I needed and fixed my car perfectly! Feels brand new. It's not just the quality of service that is outstanding, it's the extra layer of care that goes with it too. Such a trustworthy garage. Avoid this company like a plague.The service is disgusting and I was ripped off and overcharged for some of the work which they never carried out and which had to be done by Nissan dealers.They are legal crooks who pretend to be nice,but in fact their motive is to cheat and rip off customers.Avoid them at all cost,they are legal criminals.

Finding White Rose Motors was like coming home after years of agonising over where to go for car repairs and servicing. Since they were recommended to me by a family member about 15 years ago, I haven t looked back.
They don t book in advance. You just turn up and no matter how busy they are (usually very) one of the team will look after you straight away. The cars are turned around quickly and the work done is always reliable and to a high standard.
It was inevitably to Andy I turned when my last car finally died, and he sold me an eight year old VW that was perfect for my needs and budget. Thirteen years on it is still going strong, and so reliable that I usually only get to visit White Rose once a year when the MOT is due. And although I work full time, White Rose s opening hours are so good that I don t even have to take time off work to do it. They make owning a car in London about as stress-free as it will ever be.
Terrible place, completely willing to diagnose a problem. Had a heater matrix repaired last year and its failed. They don't keep records of the work they've completed so no parts and labour guarantee which is outrageous. Complete cowboys - avoid at all costs.

Very poor experience with this Garage. Poor communication, poor attitude and customer service, incompetent and by no means cheap. I would not recommend them, particularly if you are a woman. I am female and felt they were quite patronising towards me.
I took my automatic mini cooper in to White Rose motors for what appeared to be a gearbox problem. 2 weeks later, they return my car without addressing the problem.
Firstly, communication is very poor. They never explained that they were unable to diagnose or fix the problem in my car. This would have been a more respectable approach.
Instead, they kept my car for 2 weeks and never pro-actively contacted me to give an update. I made all the calls, except when they finally wished to return the car to me. In fact they closed on the first day without any update, knowing that I had been waiting nearby for my car. Then several days later, after a few calls from me, enquiries, they inform me that there isn't a problem with my gearbox and changing the battery may help, even though there's clearly no issue with my car battery. I go along with it, giving them the benefit of the doubt.
Finally, on the 2 weeks mark, they let me know I can now pick up my car, with no explanation as to if there ever really was a problem with the battery and if changing the battery had resolved the initial problem. In fact I am just given my key (eventually!) and asked to return if there's still a problem. And if there is then, it'll be the gearbox. It didn't seem right that the problem I initially went there for had not clearly been resolved and in fact, the mechanic returning my car didn't seem to know if the problem was resolved or not! Needless to say, the problem I took it in for was still present. Within 300 yards from the garage, as I drove away, the problem had recurred. I find it hard to believe that the mechanics wouldn't have anticipated that and in their decietful ways, didn't think to forewarn me and consider my safety as I drove this car that was instantly dropping speed from 30mph to 5-10mph without warning.
These mechanics are clearly incompetent when it comes to addressing customers and their frustrations, not to mention when it comes to keeping safety at the forefront of their practice. They have behaved like rogue mechanics and I certainly will not be recommending their service to any one!

This is a garage you can trust. Friendly people who really work hard to make sure you get good service. I bought a dream car from them and they went out of their way to make sure the car was perfect. Can't recommend them highly enough.
This garage is the most annoying, noisy and disturbing business in the area. The garage has made a public pay and display bay with 2 hours restriction into it's own showroom, preventing neighbours including the blue badge holders to use the nearby bays. I will call Barnet Council to complain about them and if council doesn't take any actions, I will definitely contact the MP.
Staff are so friendly and helpful, fitted me in for a service very very last minute due to my own stupidity! And even updated my navigation system for free! Absolute stars
