Love this place. Many great shows have come to Windsor, thanks to these facilities.

Nice venue. Have been there for a show and a hockey game as well as craft shows, etc. only complaint is that there is only one exit in the parking lot so when a big event finishes it takes a while to get out

Great place to watch hockey. Not a crappy seat in the house.

Covid injections site. Was very efficiently done here.

The parking lot is a disaster. It took 30 minutes to leave after the Spitfire game. The seats are also too small. I don't like it when a perfect stranger sitting next to me has to make contact because they cannot fit in their seat.

The venue was great for a concert. Everything seemed close to the stage and the sound was fine. But trying to leave was a nightmare. The lights were not adjusted (at least it didn't seem like it) to assist with traffic flow and let more people out. For a smaller arena, it took a very long time to get out of the parking lot (about a half an hour.)

Came to the WFCU Centre this May to see the junior hockey Memorial Cup tournament, had a great time here & really liked this newer arena. Has an energetic atmosphere, much going on all over the place, grateful to have had the chance to witness it!

Great place to watch a game, every seat is worth the price.

Great venue for sports and concerts comfortable and well utilized

I had an issue with my tickets for a sunday spits game with my nephew. The lady who runs the ticket area went above and beyond and made our day great.

Ice was not freshly zambonied for our rental time, ice quality was lower than expected. Still a good time.

Nice venue to watch anything from hockey games to concerts! Love the seating area and the variety of snacks.

Clean, spacious rooms for parties. Affordable rates.
Pool and splash pad are also nice.

Meet-A-Machine at WFCU. What a great well organized event!!! Kids and I had a blast!!! I would recommend this event for all families and ages.

Worst arena in the OHL. Have confirmation on tickets and yet one door. And the security and staff are rude

Ice is usually good during colder seasons. The changing rooms are nasty; definitely under-cleaned & under-maintained. Management bullies the regular pick-up groups. Moved to Central Park.

Vaccine today. Excellent experience. Miss The Spitflyers

Went to Hedley concert here, venue was nice and clean. Really enjoyed the concert.

Clean, expansive facility, well equipped and not too badly laid out inside. Driveway system is challenging when encountered for the first time, however.

Food is soooo missy and expensive but the games are the best

Helpful staff. No smoking on property. Unable to leave arena during games and re-enter. Which is why there is a 2 star rating.

Enormous building,good for everything,huge play court and hockey field...i liked this place.

Got my covid vaccine here they were super professional. Very clean, efficient and friendly. Other then this experience I've been to the WFCU once before for a hockey game. They were very friendly as well.

Had such an awesome time watching the game. Not something I've really done before. But I'm already ready to go back again!

It's lacking a guide or outside labels to point motorists / guests where to park and which entrance of the stadium to take for a specific event.

We love WFCU. There s OHL (Ontario Hockey League) team names Windsor Spitfires. It s most popular sport for Windsor residents and Essex county residents. There s swimming pool for families and everyone to enjoy swimming. They do providing swimming lesson. There s gym to use. They have many programmes to use the gym. We all enjoy at WFCU. Ice rinks my kid attend for Advance CAN Power (hockey lesson) programs with Riverside skate club. My kid loves this program. They provide Day camps for young children in summer, spring break week and Christmas break. It s good place to go. Free parking

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean amenities. They keep a good eye on everyone.

I have been there for a Spits game, children's hockey games and tournaments and a community meeting. There was lots of parking, friendly staff and very knowledgeable staff from Public Works and the Park planners from Recreation at the community meeing. If you are looking for something to do check out the WFCU.

excellent except for the high price for food and drink

Great venue to watch a hockey game. Everything about the building was good. Clean restrooms as well . We were a bit surprised at the high cost of beer and somewhat disappointed by the fact that there were NO restaurants or pubs around the area if we chose to go.

Venue is nice but the food is a little sub par for the price.

Home of Windsor's Spitfire also is a place for another events.

I went to the WFCU for a spitfire game. Mind you it was the only game I went to this season, it was still a wonderful experience.
