I should not even give one star... I stopped at the laketon store for gas & had to wait 20 minutes for them to change shifts doors where locked & they would not even talk to you. Should not have to wait 20 minutes for a shift change!!!!!!
Went to Admiral at 32nd and Division. Danny the Store Manager told me to go shop at Speedway cause he don't wait on my mind of people. Simply because he was using his cell phone and not helping me so I ask him so your just going to let me stand here so Danny told me to get out. So my money not good enough for rhis company. Call Corp office but no RESPONSE. So since I shop at Admiral everyday now will be giving Speedway my money because thats what Danny store manager told me to do.
Was nerver there however they lack an ability to answer the phone.
Felt like a soda after filling up the tank.
(Gas prices great) My gal wanted a Mello Yellow, they were sold out. They have a Pepsi product sticker on the cooler door stating Mt. Dew and Pepsi cans 99 Cents. Not a can in the store. Asked the clerk, she rudely said truck will be in today (it was 3:45). There wasn't even a spot for canned Pepsi products.
I decided, hmmm. I'll just stop at the 36th n division store. We were heading that direction.
They had Mello Yellow 20 oz buy one get one for a dollar. The sign was 1.69, they rang up differently 3.11 for (2)
This gal marched right out there, she didn't believe me they were buy one get one for a dollar. Turns out the register rang it up correctly. The catch, they raised the price to 1.99. Had them tagged 1.69.
I walked out leaving them on the counter.
Bp is just down the street. I bought (2), 20 ounce bottles there at .99 cents ea.
The clerk wasn't rude and the product rang up as marked.
It's all about training folks. You can't fix it if we don't take a minute to complain.
They weren't concerned in the least.
I find it very wrong and not ok that because I didn't have my reward card my points went to the person behind me in line. Not cool at all

I will never buy gas from Admiral in Cadillac again! I witnessed some despicable behavior by the Assistant Manager (AM) at the Admiral down by Rite Aid on my lunch hour today (around 1:00 p.m.).
A Veteran was looking through the garbage. He spoke to me and I spoke to him, knowing very well that I was going to get some cash out for this man. As he walked toward the building, the AM came out yelling at him in front of all of the customers that he is NOT ALLOWED to go through their trash anymore! Waving her hand to get out of there! I'm like, wait...what?
First, you don't have to embarrass ANYONE like that, let alone a veteran looking for cans! Second, again, wait? What? Trash is off limits? It's TRASH! I get the whole, it's my business I can do what I want there, but to treat someone like that is just wrong!
The guy followed her into the store and when he came out, I waved him over to me and handed him some cash and said I'm so sorry she just did that to you! She had no right to embarrass you like that. Please accept my apology for her. God bless you!
Then, I promptly went inside and asked for the manager. The AM yells back and says, come here, this is the incident I just told you about. I asked the AM how dare she treat a human being like that, let alone a veteran! She said, "He knows he is not supposed to go through our trash." I said, "I don't care! How dare you treat him like that!" The young female manager just stood there with nothing to say. I asked the AM, "So who are you anyway? She said "I'm a home health care worker." I said good for you! He fought for our country or at least went into the service for our freedom to do as we please!
Then I told them both I will not buy anymore gas from Admiral again after witnessing what she just did to that man and I will let EVERYONE I know hear how a veteran was treated at that station! Disgraceful behavior!! Neither had a word to say. The AM just shrugged her shoulders.
I tried calling your office, but was cut off after I asked who I spoke to about a complaint, and now cannot get an answer. So, this is my complaint I was calling about!
The station at Davenport and Bay in Saginaw always has a difference between the pump price and the sign price. I believe other Admiral's in the area are guilty of this as well.

I will be contacting Admiral's corporate office as well. If this is how Admiral treats the downtrodden, I will not be a customer of theirs!
Stay away from admiral unless you want to be completely disrespected, I will make sure to tell everyone I know take their business elsewhere. At least the Indian people have respect. Have been to numerous stores in grand rapids, they don't pay their employees and the employees they do have are way to disrespectful. I'll never shop with this company. Period.
