Went there for Stag and Doe, the hall was just a cement box and terrible lighting.

Great place for a hockey tournament. Timmies inside.

I love watching the Spits play here and the service is great.

This is a great arena with many programs available for people of all ages. If is located on a large property with ample parking for even large sport events.

Once inside, you're stuck in there. The gustapo will happily escort you to your vehicle if you need anything. Nope.

I love hockey parking is a nightmare the games are great if your a hockey fan some of the best hockey ever however it is expensive beers are 10$ each food is good but again it's expensive I still recommend the experience it was a great time and remember show up early parking is a nightmare

Great arena complex. Unlike some of Londons arenas...this one has seating!!! What a great idea!

Fantastic facility. Many drinks to rent public skates. Pool facility is great. Watch a Spits game or 1 of many events held there like Cirque de Soleil or Sir Elton john

Ice rinks, swimming pool, conference rooms, large recreation gym and home of the Windsor Spits in the arena bowl. Great for birthday parties, large events, community sports on and off the ice and community pool. There is a concession stand as well as a Tim Hortons in the community section of the facility.

We visited the pool one Saturday, so cheap! Perfect for all ages. We love the heated splash pad for the babies :) Great size pool

Parking is quite poor, with far too few exits onto the streets after an event. A good venue for an OHL hockey game. Good community rinks. Community pool is a joke. Only in Windsor, we spend billions on facilities and no seats? Just stand in the doorway with all the other parents.. thanks Windsor.

We are there regularly for Spitfire games and our grandsons hockey as well as other attractions

This was a fun place to watch the hockey game prices were a little high on the concession stand

Beautiful rink, ridiculously crowded during tournaments. Main foyer does not have enough places to sit while waiting for games.

Great rinks, decent locker rooms, pool, conference rooms. Lots of parking, but still sometimes a problem on game nights.

Love this facility! Had great seats and it was clean. Parking was not ideal, but it was free when you don't mind walking a bit. Reasonable souvenirs not too costly. Concession stand no worse then the movies

It's always great to come see a game here. There's a ton of parking all the way around and it's not crowded. I even come here to skate, from time-to-time, and the ice is always nice and smooth.

Great venue for hockey (and I'm sure other events)! Not a bad seat in the building. Food and drinks are crazy expensive though.

My first time here was for Game 3 of the Memorial Cup. It was a great place to see a game. It looks like a good view from any seating area, and lots of parking.

Love the New Arena. Look forward to more Activities to witness in our Entretiennent Center.

Venue was great. Food stand was a joke. They were disorganized. It took over 10 minutes to get a bottle of water and a coffee. Crazy

Helpful staff. No smoking on property. Unable to leave arena during games and re-enter. Which is why there is a 2 star rating.

Visited this facility for the first time recently and was impressed with it. Location is not so great. Seems out of place, but it is a nice building.

Excellent facility to watch hockey games both the A21 Academy and the Windsor Spitfires. Plenty of parking.

Clean new facility. Tons of parking, easy to get to. Relatively comfortable seating for an arena venue

Lots to do, 3 practice pads, a gym, a swimming pool and the main bowl for the Windsor Spitfires.

Went in for covid shot..so well organized..was in and out within 35 minutes..great job people

Always a good experience when we come here for any event. The skating with the Spitfires is a family favourite in our house, but we get there for any event possible!

We found the seats small and really uncomfortable. Disappointed that only one concession stand was open at one end. Made for long lineups at intermission time. Enjoyed the show we saw but it would have been more enjoyable if we were comfortable.

Great game. Fast check in procedures. No issues at all. Washrooms were clean and staff were pleasant

If your kid likes hockey or swimming this is the place whether your kid wants to watch hockey play hockey they can do it all craft shows often tim hortons for coffee and donuts their is free hockey to watch or you can pay and watch the spits

The show venue was decently large. We had a great view from our seats. There are several facilities in the building. Could use a few more food venues.

Nice fireworks on new year's eve wish I had known how popular this place was before. Also no skate rentals here and I forgot to bring my skates otherwise this would have been an excellent skating experience as well.

Buddy won free tickets from boston pizza hockey pool took the four of us. Had great time Taylor Hall retirement night.
