Great experience no pressure no b.s. very informative and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!!!

Found a car via the AAA Used Car website/service. The price, miles, age and condition of the car were just right. The site said there would be a 1 hour purchase process. I scheduled a time to come and see and drive the car. Jenn Hier was my sales rep. She was knowledgeable, pleasant, personable and efficient. Within an hour I had checked out, driven, and purchased the car. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks Ocean Honda. BTW, love the name.

The service department was unreliable, rude and tried to overcharge me. I was especially turned off by the service manager who was of zero assistance. I took my car to another Honda dealership that actually appreciates my business and treated me with respect. If I could give Ocean a zero I would. I had to wait 5 hours for my car. They do not have a proper waiting area as you would expect nor did I get offered a loaner car. Save your time and go elsewhere!

Just signed a lease on 2015 CRV. Dave was so great! Very straight forward and patient with me. I know he did everything he could to make sure I was happy at the end of the day, and I certainly was!

I which I can give this place a 0 start but won t let me , just got and oil change on my car honda element they charges me $45 fine ok wow use a $5 coupon came out to be $40 in change, I have 5 Honda in my house came back 20 minutes later with my other Honda the guy wanna charge me $76 for an oil change and I was just here 20 minutes ago and you guys charged me $45 for a oil change why $76 the guy told me because the oil change went up and I believe the managers name is Carl was him wow Within 20 minutes it goes up$36 dollars this is crazy , Will never come back here again with none of my cars will never buy a car here will never service my cars here again event look at the place ever again not event when I pass by here.

I had the best experience with Val. I am a regular costumer with Honda Weymouth now since 6 years ago. My last car 2018 crv is my favourite. I love doing business with Val , he is really helpful and patient with customers, he explained everything to us. Highly recommended

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new vehicle...i was actually not going to buy at the time that I went but Daniel my sales rep made sure I got a deal that I couldn't refuse...I had just left the Honda in Brockton and did not have the best experience...when I first walked in Daniel attended to all my questions and needs I couldn't be more happier i highly recommend this place!!!

Fast service but a bit impersonal. They seem most concerned with customers responding well to Honda surveys. The coffee is awful and waiting room dumpy.

You should have a talk with the driver of a new Honda with repair tag 2046. Cutting people off, crossing the double yellow to pass cars doing the speed limit and driving double the posted speed in densely populated streets in Braintree isn t a good look when your company has its info in the plate brackets.

I was finally debating between a Honda CRV and a Toyota Rav4. I had previously looked at another local Honda dealer along with many other cars. What SOLD me on using Ocean was Product Specialist, Anthony Johnson. I find that many salespeople are not as eager to make sure you are leaving in a vehicle. Anthony worked tirelessly with me to make sure I left in the car I wanted and pricing that put a smile on my face. I have gone to many dealerships in the past year debating cars and out of probably 10 sales people Anthony was the only person to convince me to sign the papers for my brand new vehicle. Business office was also superb and my wait times were extremely minimal. Thank you!

I bought a used 2014 Honda CRv from Ocean Honda of Weymouth after their management changed recently. My interactions with the sales person James went well but what followed to get the car registered was a nightmare. Everything started when I had a friend of mine taking the test drive with me. They wrote the contract in my friend's name and address even though the sales person had my friend's license copy crossed out. When I caught this, they ( I am referring to the finance person Sandra) said it will be corrected in the registration. However, two days later when we applied for registration, the form to RMV still had my friend's address on it instead of mine. I caught it again (after signing it) and Sandra took another print out with the correct address and I signed it. I got the registration papers the next day and guess what? The car was registered in my friend's address!!!! How can someone be so careless. I asked them to correct it and get it registered with correct address and they changed the address in the system and asked me to simply put a label on the registration certificate. I did not want to live with that for a mistake they made and asked them to get me a registration certificate with the correct address. They said it is not possible and there is no way to do it, so i had to leave with what i had. I learned later that they had an option to get a duplicate certificate with the updated address, they just didnt want to do it. I contacted their general manager Lou and he said he would sort it out but like multiple times before, he never followed up on that. At that point, I just decided to live with it. Yesterday, my friend received a check for $2.50 in my name, don't know what it is for but confirms that they still have my address wrong!!!

I should also note that I received the car with an empty gas tank and only 60% oil.

Bassam Eskaf was my salesman. I cannot sing enough praise for him! He was the most kind, compassionate, understanding and helpful salesman I have ever dealt with! Mike Sewall, the General Manager made this experience a wonderful one also! I had called to ask about Honda's and he reached out to me immediately to answer all the questions I had! Sandra in the office was so friendly and helpful also! And Gaylon took all the time I needed to set up and show me all the awesome features my new car had!!..I did not catch anyone else's name...But I have to say that the entire staff was friendly and courteous and made it such an amazing experience!! I did not feel pressured or rushed, but I felt like I was treated like family!! Bassam Eskaf found a personal item in my trade in car that was not expensive but had a tremendous amount of personal sentiment to me and called me and held it for me to come and get it. Truth be told, Ocean Honda wasn't on my radar when embarking on my car search. I had visited other Honda dealers with mixed experiences and decided to visit Ocean Honda. From start to finish it was a great experience, especially working Anthony Johnson. Anthony was very nice, engaging, patient, and worked out a deal for my new CR-V to the numbers that worked best for me.

Sandra, the Finance Manager, was also very nice to work with. She was very thorough and attentive while going through the paperwork. I really appreciated her spending the extra time after the Ocean Honda had closed for the day to finalize all the paperwork for my new vehicle.

"Don't judge a book by its cover" is how I'd like to refer my Ocean Honda experience. While the showroom may not be as modern nor glossy as others in the Boston area, the warm and friendly service exceeded the customer service I received at other area dealerships. I'm very happy that a rather last-minute decision to visit Ocean Honda resulted in me getting the desired deal for my new CR-V.

And the financial people helped me get the best possible interest rate on a loan through the Honda dealership at only 2.9 over 5 years and 3.6 over 6 years. Overall very happy with my experience here and would recommend that anyone looking at cars should look here .

i bought my car not even enough 1 year. it is 2016 Crv. my car's battery was die 2 times. and i went back to dealership serval times and they checked my battery. they said their computer shown that was all good. after that. i went to auto zone and asked somebody to checked my battery. they shows me the machine that shows bad battery. and i went back to dealership after i checked from auto zone. but they rejected to repair.

Sam my product specialist was excellent to deal with, a very no nonsense guy, and sold me on all the great features of my new Odyssey without talking down competitors. Jason the sales manager is outstanding, very genuine demeanor, instantly makes you feel like he wants to work WITH you and not "sell" you - just a feeling unlike anything I've experienced at other dealerships. He definitely stretched to make a deal with me, despite knowing I was in a tough situation getting out of my lease (from a different manufacturer) early and with some minor damage to the vehicle. Without a doubt 5 stars all the way, from beginning to end, my experience at Ocean Honda was AMAZING! I did a little research online and requested pre approval. I received a call from Jason and we set up a time to meet. When I arrived he was literally holding the door open for me, ready to help. First thing he said was "Im going to help you". That is exactly what he and the rest of the amazing staff did. I had expected to be there all night, as you usually are when going to look for a new car. From start to finish I was driving away in my brand new Honda within 3 hours, while leaving all of my worries and doubt behind. Sasha Thevenin was my salesman or as he likes to call it Product Specialist and boy did he know his product. I end up buying a 2015 Honda CRV Ex and i have to say that I am very happy with my purchase and all of that because of one individual by the name of Val . Bought my second car at Ocean Honda with Malek, he is great, highly recommended. Personable, knowledgeable and super friendly.

Not too happy with them. Came in for an oil change and a warranty item. No follow-up when my car wasn't ready after the first day, and when I finally got my car, I had grease stains on the seats, steering wheel, and console. Jiffy Lube would've done better, and it wouldn't have cost $97 for an oil change.

I have leased 3 vehicles from Sam Hasan, he was very attentive, knowledgeable, and the best sales consultant ever. Sandra in finance made all the transactions painless and a wonderful experience.

Avoid this dealership at all cost. It is never busy for a reason. After spending over an hour with sales person, the price he gave for a new Accord Touring was not honored. Sales person (Manny) claims he used the wrong stock number to price vehicle. Classic bait and switch. Combine the dishonesty with limited inventory and pushy sales people, there are so many better Honda dealerships to choose from. I ended up purchasing from Honda Cars of Boston and got an even better price, my first choice of color and honesty and integrity with the sales process.

Salesman Sam was great. Manager Mike was not. Would never buy a car from them again and would never recommend. They do not keep their word on service and once deal is signed they could care less. Manager Mike was the worst to deal with.

I bought a civic back in feb through an auction & i have brought it to this location twice for a quick look over & oil change. Today i had to get a piece under the front of my car off ( shield) cause it was scraping while driving & they looked it over again & they found a nail in my back tire so they patched that for me too & sent me on my way!!! No charge!!! This place is awesome & i will def be back & recommend highly. Great service, great people!!! <3

Avoid if possible. We exchanged emails with someone named Jessica and seemed to agree on a specific car and a price. We asked to send us a printout of the "offer". We knew that it had no legal standing but we just wanted them to show us they were serious. When we came a guy named Daniel wasted 10-15 minutes of our time, and then brought 3 different cars, all much worse than the one we had negotiated. When we told him that we came for a specific car, he told us: "it had been sold." The three cars he wanted to show us were not in their online inventory. We simply left immediately. Daniel tried "to ask us just one question", but we said: no.

* Look at them in Google Street View. Their looks is a giveaway.
* Be aware that when you browse through their selection, much or all of it is fictitious.
* They will show you better and nonexistent cars online so that you come and are too scared "to waste your time" by leaving. Leave!
* We had a second appointment at another dealership, and we put a deposit. It may not work out at the end (I'm typing this the same day) but we are shopping for a Honda. There's virtually unlimited supply; you should be in control, not the dealer.

I jumped at the opportunity to fill out a review.......... should have waited a couple of more days. I have had to return to dealer 2 times with warning lights illuminating on dashboard. All the lights in reference to the brake system. Service dept. reset computer the first time. It did not help, lights turned on a few miles after leaving dealer. Returned car and it has been there a day and a half. Still not repaired. Will post back with results.............

Update: car was left at dealer Friday am. The service dept. worked with Honda technical support to determine what might be causing warning lights. It took a while, but it turned out to be a failed module. I finally picked up my car on Wednesday. Very frustrating for me, (my first Honda purchase ever!) and the service dept. to have this happen on a brand new car from factory. It will be hard not to be second guessing the car, as I feel as though the brake system is such an important component to any vehicle. Honda should be testing these parts before car ever leaves the factory. Thank you to the service dept. for your attention in this matter. Customer service was very good.

Typical and typical of Ocean Honda. Wouldn t be surprised if these reviews are false /fabricated. Safe yourself the trip and headache Please refer to BBB for some additional reviews, most likely real experiences!!! Because these are verified with the company.

CROOKS! They must think everyone is stupid who walks through that door. They will expect you to pay sticker for anything on their lot. Will move that money around between trade & finance points and expect you to thank them like you're getting a deal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Find a reputable dealer close to the city.

Definitely 5 stars!! Sales Manager Jason Zimbran went out of his way to accommodate my son granddaughter & myself . This a a fairly new owner & they are all extremely friendly helpful & accommodating. The moment you walk in they greet you & offer coffee water snacks. The service is excellent all around. Will definitely return to them for our next vehicles.

We bought a 2017 Honda Pilot just before the New Year. We worked with Val and he was very helpful in getting us the right car for our family. It was an enjoyable experience and would recommend Ocean Honda to anyone buying a car.

I hate car dealerships normally, but Jason helped me when I found the perfect car. First time buying a car on my own, and he made it easy and smooth, while making sure I understood everything I was agreeing to. The whole staff made it a pleasurable experiences. Thanks guys!

(Edit 3/15/18) Had the car a few months now, and have had a battery issue, likely due to my own incompetence. But the service department puts up with my new owner paranoia with a laugh and a smile. I can't overstate how abnormally pleasant my experience with the place has been compared to my 7 years of dealing with dealerships and service deptments. Thanks again!

Honda has a 100 month warranty on new batteries, but when I called they said my car doesn't qualify when it is past 3 years and over 36,000 miles yet the battery has it own separate battery. Disappointed in the dealership for false quoting and this is certainly my last honda car that I will buy.
