Worst kind of dealer. They give out a great price on a new car but by "mistake" put the wrong VIN number for a totally different lower trim vehicle, just to get you in the door. We call that a scam where im from. The car we ended up buying was not ready on the agreed upon delivery date and the inspection and registration was not even done on it! They said they would send out the registration and only then they could do an inspection. (should have been ready on the agreed upon date!) No surprise they never sent it out and never returned any calls. Had to drive all the way back there to get it after a week. Car is white and needed too much cleaning on the exterior for a new car (had sand and grime all over it). Terrible experience 0/5 stars, buyer beware.

Spoke with Sasha on the phone regarding a used CRV. Asked him what the best price he could do was. He told me I had to come in for the best price but he promised they would make me a great deal as it was their one year anniversary sale. That was the first red flag. Second red flag the place was empty on a Saturday afternoon. When I got there Sasha told me he found another car in inventory that might fit my needs better. Car was nice but would not make a deal, "we price to the market". So much for the sale. Quoted me a monthly payment that was about the same as my payment on a car purchased 6 months ago costing $10,000 more so they were marking up the interest rate and pocketing the difference.
When I asked him about the "deal" on the car we spoke about on the phone he said "it sold the minute we got off the phone". Riiight.

Went in for trade and purchase and salesman Val Topalli brought over general salesman Mike Sewall to appraise my vehicle and we agreed on purchase price of new accord. It was getting late so decided to do paperwork following day. When I called Val Topalli early morning and left voicemail wanted to know about deal and left message to email or text best time to come in.
Hours later had voicemail and email saying Mike Sewall was not in and he couldn t get paperwork till following day.
I called Val Topalli and he left for day. Sales manager Brian said he would give Mike Sewall my number and he would call first thing in morning. NO CALL! I called Val Topalli and he said he would have Mike Sewall call me. I waited and waited till near 4pm. After confirming price of deal with Val Topalli by text, email and voicemail of price on deal, I headed to dealership to sign paperwork. On my way I called Mike Sewall and he said it would be another $750. for deal now. I asked why and was told he didn t need my sale as he met his monthly quota. I said I have email, text and voicemail of agreed price and he said he s not going to give me that deal. Don t know how he has a job there.

I needed a couple tires replaced under a different dealership s warranty, which apparently is not always easy if a different warranty company is used. My appointment had been set up a few days ahead of time, and when I pulled up the morning of, Jeff was right there expecting me (we had never met before and only corresponded VIA email and phone). I was essentially met right at the garage entrance, briskly checked in, provided a loaner car, and was on my way. Entire process took maybe 5 minutes and it was seamless. Later on that day I was called and told it was going to be a few days. I wasn t thrilled about the delay, but, I understood. I was also able to continue to use loaner car. All and all, w their communication spot on, I was kept informed w the progress along the way. My tires were replaced using the warranty, and completed before I needed my car again for work.
I am not the easiest customer, as I always expect top of line service. More times than not, I am usually disappointed. Not here, thanks again. Great job!

I had a great experience in a tough time, the Pandemic. I wanted a Red Accord 2.0L Sport and Ocean Honda only had a blue one. I drove the Blue one and loved it so Sam said we will get a red one for you. Sam had driven to a couple of different places to get my car, one dealer never actually had it when Sam went to get it as they had an inventory issue. Then Sam drove to another dealer to pickup my car and they said it is not here so Sam had to drive to another location in Chelsea to get it. They were short staffed and made this process very difficult for Sam but he persevered and made it happen. In the end i got my car and discovered that Sam was a man of honor and came through on his word. Sam was extremely nice, informative and helpful. i would recommend Sam and Ocean Honda to anyone looking for a car.

They really know how to do business and good deals between customers and the store. After we sign the contracts they provide two leased cars, to give us Confort and safety to don t use the old cars anymore, in my case was really helpful to also be in love with Honda driving experience right away. I'd love to set up a time for you to stop in and test drive one of our Certified Honda's. Would you be available this Saturday? My Cell phone number 781-***. Thank you for considering Weymouth Honda for your car buying needs. Please find the information you requested on your new Honda Civic below. I'm happy to answer any questions that you have. When you come in, please ask for Scottie and bring this printed email with you for confirmation of our special internet pricing. I went in last Saturday and test drove a certified used Honda Civic, which I really liked. I also test drove a 2012 to make a comparision. I told Scottie I was just looking, but would jump on the right deal if I found it. After test driving the car, he tried to get me to buy and sign for it right then and there. He was pretty pushy. I get that s to be expected from a car salesperson; that s what they do, and I told him I was interested but just wanted to step away to be sure. I also wanted to review the numbers to be sure I could do it. Now, it s important to note that Scottie exchanged several texts with me the evening before (Friday) in regards to my scheduled visit for the next day, so you know he s got no problem with texting. After visiting the dealership, we shook hands and left it that I d get in touch as soon as I knew what I wanted to do. I texted him within 3 hours saying I was interested, that there was a lot out there but I was interested so please get back in touch so we could talk. Here it is a week later and I never heard from him. Oh, I did get 5 or 6 generic emails that clearly everyone gets, but Scottie never got back in touch after my text and I was ready to buy. I did ask for copy of the offer he made when I was at the dealership, and he wouldn t let me. I get that, even though I told him I just wanted to review the numbers. He said he d send it to me in an email. Odd why not just give it to then, but I thought ok.
his week I wrote an email to both Scottie & manager Mike: I never received the information/details on the offer made to me yesterday from you as you promised, nor did you respond to the text I sent yesterday afternoon at any time. That really surprises me, especially as you had no problem with texting me Friday night in your effort to get me to visit the dealership yesterday. Very dissapointing, particularly as I shared with you the unfortunate experience I had earlier at Weymouth Honda, and my reluctance to pursue a vehicle there. You apologized, I believe, and asked for the chance to earn my business, and this is how Weymouth Honda handles a potential customer that was looking to give the dealership another chance? I have attached an earlier email for everyone s reference to this note, which by the way is one of Five of the same that I received this morning. Scottie s email doesn t work so it came back. I then sent it to the general sales email, the customer care email, the manager Mike s email .along wiith a gmail account Mike had written to me from. In this email, I told them about the problem with Scottie s email. You would think I would hear back from someone, right? I sent that email on Sunday, and as of this time I never heard back from anyone though I continue to get the generic emails from the dealership. I should have known better than to give this place a second chance, and especially after reading all these reviews. As a footnote, when I didn t hear back from Scottie or his manager, I went to another Honda dealership and bought the exact same car with less mileage and received a better deal. I cannot emphasize enough to not waste your time at this place. There is not one good or positive thing about it.

I've worked in multiple sales positions in my life and can say that Ocean Honda has some of the best customer service I've ever seen. The GM, Lou DeFranco, was genuine and went out of his way to get us a better rate on our loan, our Sales Rep., Sam Hasan, was knowledgeable, personable and trustworthy, and Monica Sczublewski in the finance department was not only exceptional at her job, but very patient (I think we made her refile documents on our behalf 7 or 8 separate times) and friendly. I bought a Honda Odyssey and told me to pick it up next day. They gave me an appointment and I went expecting the car registered and ready.
They gave me the car and told me to drive on dealers plate and did not have the title and gave me only one key. Told me that it will be few days for the car to be registered.
It took them over two weeks to register the car and get me the 2nd key. They promised me multiple times that it will be ready and they did not and kept me waiting not knowing when it will be registered.
I filed a complaint with Honda, Honda called them then called me back and left me a voice mail that dealership manager will call me. I did not get any call from the manger.
Overall, Terrible customer service that you do not expect from a Honda dealership. A lot of promises that they do not meet. Will never buy a Honda again and they are not honest.
Update : Dealer Manager called me and apologized for the delay in car registration and miscommunication. he promised to Offer me a good service in the future. for honesty and transparency, I am updating this review to four stars and hope to see a better service in the future.
Tip: Please ask them if they have the title of the car before you buy or how long it will take them to register the car. keep asking questions and check everthing carefully.

Everyone I dealt with was a pleasure (sorry, I'm terrible at remembering names). Lou (the GM), my salesman, and the finance manager were all professional and straight forward... no bull. Offered me a great price for a new CRV and everything went smooth. Definitely not your typical high pressure car dealership. I kept waiting for the sneaky salesmen tactics but that never happened.
I received a quote yesterday, and purchased the car today... quick... easy... and painless.
Lou mentioned to me that people in the northeast no longer have relationships with their dealers... from my experience, Ocean Honda is doing their best to change that. I will be advising all my friends and family how wonderful of an experience I had at Ocean Honda!

This Honda dealer is very different compared to their other locations.... I was in the area and my vehicle was due for an oil change.... Ok not a single sign that mention vehicle services. Drove around to also find a few other vehicles looking very perplexed. I ask one of them if they knew where they do oil change and she also had no clue. Finally found it. In the back of the building looking very sketchy.... Their drop off area looks like one of those places that are in the middle of nowhere looking dirty, abandoned and sketchy. No other choice since I already pulled in. Doesn't look anything like they picture it online. I will stick to the ones i normally go to.

Did not have a positive experience. I walked in with the intention to get a quote on a specific car that I wanted. While my initial rep was friendly he took my information then disappeared for 20 minutes walking around the outside of the building on his cell phone. This continued to be the pattern when he returned to say he didn't have the vehicle but might be able to locate one, he disappeared again for 20 minutes. He came back with his boss who didn't seem to want to sell me a car. It took over an hour to get a quote on a vehicle that they might be able to obtain.

So we had an approval from capital one auto navigator, i called to check if the car in question was available and the price is what is advertised and the salesman assured me that this particular vehicle is available and st me up with an appointment to come and check it out. which i did but when i got there they had a different car/price and the y tried to sell me that which i refused and salesperson was very rude and ignorant. they use bait and switch tactics. unfair and deceptive practices. i never reviewed anyone but this experience i had to since it was one of the worst. these people are crooks they should not be in the business of selling cars. i will post a complain with the BBB and with capital one.

I don't live near Weymouth but they had the car I wanted for the best price. My first interaction was with GM, Lou. He was quick to respond to my inquiries. If I'm going to drive 90 min to a dealershp, they better be willing to meet my expectations. Lou saw to this and more. I'm not interested in nor do I have time for games. If you like playing cat and mouse or being held hostage by a dealership for 6 hours on your only day off then this is not the dealership for you. My experience was more like picking up a gallon of milk - on a weekday, with a parking spot right next to the door. Daniel completed the transaction. He was a pleasure to work with and so was Sandra (in the office) who followed up on the back end. Easiest car-buying experience ever. This is the way it should be.

Two recommendations:
1. Do your research; go to other Honda dealerships, test drive, ask for the dealer's bottom line, find out what they can offer for financing. Don't get taken by "lifetime" warranties or "lifetime oil changes," which will undoubtedly increase the bottom line.
2. Go to Ocean Honda of Wemouth for the best deal.
Our experience from first reaching out to Ocean Honda for a quote on a new 2017 Pilot Elite to delivery a state away was seamless. After reviewing what local dealerships had to offer in CT we reached out to Ocean Honda and were presented with their best offer up front which was far more attractive and without hidden fees or gimmicks. Not only did they have the lowest price for the Pilot, they also offered the highest trade-in value. Ocean was more than willing to meet our needs and we received first rate customer service from their general manager Lou and their finance manager Sandra. The beautiful Pilot was delivered to CT by a courteous staffer (Sean) who made sure to explain features on our new vehicle and completed all necessary paperwork. Our previous experiences with other dealerships for new vehicles always ended at the dealership with mounds of paper work and non-essential discussions. I can't tell you how awesome it was to have a meticulously detailed car delivered to our home with the confidence that it was purchased at the best price. All provided excellent service and made the entire process quick and easy. I can't stress enough how respectful and straightforward everyone was. If you're looking for a car, I highly suggest you check these visit Ocean Weymouth. Even the folks over at their Express center are really nice. There are tons of dealers and service centers but I truly value the customer experience and I have never had a negative encounter here. I have been using their service center for the past year. I'd give Ocean Honda of Weymouth a 10 star rating if I could. My salesman, Sam Hassan, was so courteous, friendly and extremely helpful and considerate of what I wanted in a leased vehicle. I never felt pressured by anyone her . The Sales Manager, Mike, was so nice and also concerned that I was happy with the lease/deal and felt comfortable with the end result.
