I had the pleasure of buying my new 2020 Honda Odyssey from Ocean Honda of Weymouth! This place is not your typical dealership. The atmosphere is more like a mom and pop shop and it was not intimidating at all. The people are friendly. I worked with Daniel and he was accommodating and quick. Today my dad Sidney De Almeida. Visited Weymouth Honda to fix something in his car. He was attended by Jeffrey Bertoni. Jeffrey was excellent at his job and very friendly and got the job done very quickly and efficiently.
Amazing experience, wanted a fully loaded I4 Accord with GPS and they didn't have it. Val went and got my car all the way in Cape Cod drove off next day. Financial people were very nice and respectful, got me a good rate. Also ask for the Auto Start Special, Val got me a nice deal.
I had an excellent experience at Ocean Honda. Sam Hasan was highly knowledgeable, supportive, responsive and helpful. He made the entire experience efficient, stressless, and enjoyable. He was also very available and patient and instructed me in the operation of the technology in my new Honda Fit, helped me to link to my phone, and showed me how to operate it. 2 months ago I traded in my HRV lease for a Honda Civic. I want to say that I love the Civic and it's a great car , but please , I beg you , go to another dealership. I'm 22 years old and I don't have a lot of knowledge regarding cars , which Ocean Honda of Weymouth quickly picked up on after speaking to me for a few minutes.
After getting the car , a lot of my friends and family were concerned when they learned that I had been talked into paying 615 a month for a Honda Civic LEASE. I was not made aware of the price until I had signed the paper work , which , being an inexperienced buyer , I thought was normal. Come to find out , after talking to my friend who works prime, it was broken down to me that they had hid thousands and thousands of dollars into my lease. The sum of the amount I pay for the lease is almost more than the actual value of the car.
I have gone in multiple times to try to resolve this. Finally , I brought my friend in to talk to them , as he is also a sales consultant. After my friend asked calmly to speak to the manager , the sales man that had sold me the car claimed that he was the manager (Bassam Eskaf) is the sales man that sold me my car and then lied about being the manager! He then told my friend that he would try to turn the lease into a finance, in which he would profit even more.
My friend and I left and I then went to Mcgovern Honda. They were very helpful and helping me further understand how taken advantagr of I was. There is nothing I can do. I am struggling to pay my bills. please stay away from this dealership. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and telling all my friends to stay away. Go to a dealership like Prime or Mcgovern instead , where they actually care about their reputation and customer service. If anyone can help , please reach out.
Lou DeFranco & Mike Sewall 100% got me into the car of my dreams when I had never thought it could be possible. I had been going to third rate dealers in hopes that someone, anyone would approve me with my limited credit. I went into Ocean Honda like a deer in headlights and they treated me like someone with an 850 score and unlimited money to spend. They asked me what I WANTED. I told them exactly what I was looking for and the kind of payment I could make and they made it happen! When it comes time to trade it in, (which will be soon because of the rate and payment they got me into , I have been able to make larger monthly payments) I, no doubt, will be going right back there! From sales to service to the express across the street, I couldn't ask for anything or anyone better. One million "Thank Yous" to Ocean Honda in Weymouth!!!

We had bought Hondas previously at this location so we started our search for the next Honda here at Ocean Honda. The salesperson we delt with was Jenn Hier. She was very patient with me at the beginning, always ready to provide us with any info we needed. After shopping around we decided to try and purchase our new Honda CR-V from Ocean Honda. Finally purchased a new car!! Thanks to Sam very helpful and listen to everything I had to say was very helpful and great gentleman. Took his time with me and wasn't trying to push me to buy ! I was finally able to get out my VW Jetta and into a brand new 2020 Honda Accord! At one point I was going to buy because of my car insurance rates for the new car was going to be to high but because of sam he help me look for new car insurance and get new quotes something he didn't have to do. I have to say many, many years ago I went to Weymouth Honda, and did NOT have a good experience. Since having bought another Honda, I have periodically had to get serviced closer to home, and the three times I've required regular servicing, I have taken it to Ocean and I must say, the service was outstanding. I felt very well cared for, questions answered, everything explained clearly. I would recommend Ocean Honda for servicing your Honda anyday and everyday!!
I worked here as a tech for a year in both the main building and the Express building across the street. Building is falling apart, everything is covered in grime and filth so you know some of it is going to get in the customer cars. Manager refuses to upgrade the building as well as many tools in the facility. Volume is too high for the building but the higher ups don't seem to care. They don't mind working their employees like dogs in a no A/C shop as long as they're getting a piece of whatever they sell. The people there are pretty nice, aside from the bald service manager guy. I 100% would not recommend anyone get their car worked on here. They do not do enough for their technicians and it's unfair. Go to Boch or Silko.
Great experience! I originally went to look at a used CR-V and trade in my current Honda. The original sales person I spoke with was not there for the appointment he made me, however Sam was great! I am actually glad the appointment ended up being lost. I ended up not financing the used car, but leasing a brand new CR-V. Sam and Jason were able to get my payments to exactly what I needed them to be. Sam even delivered the car to me 2 days later since I was farther north of the Weymouth area. From start to finish the experience was phenomenal!

Steve was very professional and explained the process, went over all the numbers and to my surprise I took delivery same day. the whole process took a little over an hour which I believe was quick for purchasing a vehicle. So over this place. My 2010 Accord with 22,000 miles has I would think some kind of electrical short. Wanted to bring it in next week, was told they were too busy. BTW, 3 calls with a combined wait time of 25 minutes till I got service. So when I made a time for the following week, I was told that they do not provide loner cars, but would be willing to rent me a car for 30.00 a day. Are you kidding me....what planet are you people from and where did you learn customer service. I was in the market for a new car, I get one every 2 years, however, I would not buy a used paper from your dealership, and I wil make sure I post this message on every social website I can think of. So, you do the math, not giving me a lober car for 1 day, you lost a new car, plus that of my friends and hopefully everyone who reads about your poor follow-up after the sale.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. I told them what I was looking for and was given options that met my needs. I never felt pushed or overwhelmed nor did I ever feel, as a woman, that I was not being listened to. I was helped into the best car for me, not the best car for them. They explained leasing to me and never once did I feel like anything was hidden from me or kept from me. I was shown pricing options and they did the math in front of me. There was no "magic" done behind the scenes to fool me into thinking I was getting a better deal than I was. Sam was the most respectful and helpful salesman I have ever worked with. I can get very frustrated with pushy salesmen, and I did not feel that way with him. He is kind and friendly and makes you feel relaxed during what can be a stressful and nerve-wracking process.
Just leased a new CRV from Ocean Honda and the experience couldn t have been better. I worked with Lou through email and found him to be extremely helpful, reasonable and honest. We then worked with Jason for the test drive and finalizing of paperwork. He was very thorough in explain the car and the leasing process. Both Lou and Jason were incredibly helpful and enjoyable to work with. Getting a new car is stressful, and I spoke with a lot of dealers through the process and no one compared to the attention I got at Ocean Honda. I got the best deal and had great service. Will definitely be working with them again in the future!
Going through the lemon law process and I am appalled that the manager has not reached out at all, mind you I was in for service 3x the month I purchased the vehicle that was delivered with only 5 miles on it. If someone purchased a $47,000 vehicle from me, or ANY vehicle for that matter, and had so many problems so quickly I would reach out. I would never purchase another vehicle from here again. I wanted to deal with this at the dealer level now I have to go through arbitration and not once has anyone said we are sorry you re having these issues with your brand new vehicle, let s see how we can resolve this.
Bought a 2017 CRV a few weeks ago through Jason Zimbran. No pressure, smooth process, pain free experience! In fact, the whole staff was very helpful. I never write reviews but felt the need to after this purchase. Highly recommend a visit here if you're in the market for a new Honda.
I have never liked buying a car. I have always felt like I was taken when I would leave a dealership. That all ended when I met and did business with Sean and the team at Ocean honda of Weymouth. Just came by on 9/19/20 only intending to browse. I ended up buying a Rav 4 which is what I wanted and a color I love! I worked with Sam, he was wonderful. He was attentive and thorough, and in general, a kind human, he made a task I was anxious about a much easier one both in word and deed.

I scheduled an appointment to have them try and fix the lane watch camera on my Honda Accord 2013. At first, it wasn't turning on and then when I'd start the car it would turn on but wouldn't shut off.
I brought into the service shop and as soon as these guys saw my aftermarket radio, they refused to even make an attempt to fix it. They spent more time and energy explaining why they wouldn't look at it and rushing my out of the door versus just trying a few simple tests. They also spent time explaining why other installation shops won't help because their repair guys are "bottom of the barrel". Wow.
So I decided to try and fix it myself. Turns out all I needed to do was press the lane watch camera button on my steering wheel to turn it off and press it again to turn it on. Literally. Now it works perfectly again.
These guys really couldn't just try that out?! Even if they had done what I had done to fix it, I would have paid for the service. I'll never come back to this service shop or do business with these guys.
Do yourself a favor and go to a more professional installation shop! AVOID!!!

I pen a company called Auto Negotiators Unlimited. We help people buy vehicles who do not want to go alone. I took my customer here to look at a 2016 Honda CRV-EX-L gray loaded with I ly 14,500 miles. Delt with Bassam Eskap, Dave Sandhu and Sandra Minelli. All were very nice and helped my customer out greatly. He was able to take it home and enjoying it already. Excellent place to do business everyone was nice and my customer saved money and time.
The guy who helped me replace my battery at the express areas was wicked nice and did everything to help me. But none of the rooms had a heater during the coldest period in MA in 100 years.

My wife and I needed to move up to a new vehicle in order to accommodate a new baby, so it fell to me to look for the vehicle that would be the best fit for us. I decided in advance that a Honda CR-V was the car for us, and so I started looking around for the best deal I could get on a year-end model. I was quoted a solid price by a dealership farther away, but Lou, the general manager at Ocean Honda of Weymouth, was willing to match their price. We came by to see about working something out with them the same day.
We were paired with Jason as our salesman, a young man with a warm demeanor who did everything in his power to see that we were treated well. Between Lou and Jason, I felt confident that our concerns and questions were addressed well and that we were dealt with fairly. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They worked with my family and they where great with my two kids. Went here awhile ago to have a minor fender bender issue of mine assessed. People here are really helpful and just told me to just buy a touch up paint to get it fixed. Went to their parts division and the guy told me that they needed to order my color code since it's out of stock but they'll receive it by the following day.

The place was mostly empty except for the sales staff the day I went in. Still, I wandered around for a good ten minutes without anyone approaching me. I get that some people don't want a pushy salesman greeting you at the door, but some acknowledgment would be nice.
