First time in this dealership, but trust me, you can believe every one of the many other 5 star reviews! I can t say enough good things about this place, what a pleasant and efficient car shopping experience. I can t remember another time it has been this easy or I've felt this good about a purchase! Sam my product specialist was excellent to deal with, a very no nonsense guy, and sold me on all the great features of my new Odyssey without talking down competitors. Jason the sales manager is outstanding, very genuine demeanor, instantly makes you feel like he wants to work WITH you and not "sell" you - just a feeling unlike anything I've experienced at other dealerships. He definitely stretched to make a deal with me, despite knowing I was in a tough situation getting out of my lease (from a different manufacturer) early and with some minor damage to the vehicle. He could have tried to take advantage of that but instead chose to help me, and earned a long time customer in return. Sandra in the financial office really knew her stuff, didn't try to over-sell me on upgrades or add-ons, and made me feel even more confident in my purchase. Plus she was a riot! I've never laughed so hard filling out purchase and sale paperwork! Unbelievable team, very happy with Ocean Honda!
