Thank You Sasha at Ocean Honda for a very pleasant experience leasing a 2018 HR-V. Professional, Knowledgeable and truly a unique business offering excellent customer service. I will return in the future for my next vehicle.

I jumped at the opportunity to fill out a review.......... should have waited a couple of more days. I have had to return to dealer 2 times with warning lights illuminating on dashboard. All the lights in reference to the brake system. Service dept. reset computer the first time. It did not help, lights turned on a few miles after leaving dealer. Returned car and it has been there a day and a half. Still not repaired. Will post back with results.............

Update: car was left at dealer Friday am. The service dept. worked with Honda technical support to determine what might be causing warning lights. It took a while, but it turned out to be a failed module. I finally picked up my car on Wednesday. Very frustrating for me, (my first Honda purchase ever!) and the service dept. to have this happen on a brand new car from factory. It will be hard not to be second guessing the car, as I feel as though the brake system is such an important component to any vehicle. Honda should be testing these parts before car ever leaves the factory. Thank you to the service dept. for your attention in this matter. Customer service was very good.
