WeWork Review

I've toured other WeWork buildings and love the smaller, close knit feel of Soho South. The common areas are spacious and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I've had an office here for over a year and I'm beyond pleased to come to work every day.

Recently started at WeWork S/Soho along with a growing team of people. The Community managers make a great and positive difference - engaging, responsive and super helpful. The feel and culture of WeWork is positive - and helpful to have the connections between the many and small start ups. Resources are good - having worked in NJ corp offices previously the architecture and older building takes a bit of getting used to - but the locale is cool and so much around for food & entertainment. It would be great for the other residents (community members) to be a bit more engaging (we're all in this!). Great for smaller start ups - small site for expanding groups - but if you want to be downtown this is a great spot.

This place is a great location if you need a temporary or permanent place for you business. The staff that works here are amazing

This wework location is easy to locate and close to all canal st stations so easily reachable. You have to stop at the third floor lobby to check in which is quick and efficient with a self ID scanner.
The kitchen has a lot of coffee tea and infused water for free and the lounge is clean and comfortable with great reading materials if you re waiting.

I was a guest and wifi worked great when I was there. Front desk service was also good. I like the communal setup where small presence of companies can start as it is most likely very economical compared to leasing larger office space.

everyone is awesome! The team is so helpful and have made coming to work everyday very enjoyable!

Simply LOVE this WeWork location. Friendliest staff, clean building and facilities, great selection of different sized office spaces. Truly an excellent community.

WeWork Soho South has a motivating, fun and warm environment. Really enjoy coming in to the office every day. Would definitely recommend this WeWork location to others.

The lovely community managers are, well, lovely! Plus, there's beer on tap. And every Thursday, there's a sponsored happy hour with free booze. Boo-yah. (More like booze-yah...) 6 out of 5 stars!!!

good area, great building, positive vibes. here's what i wrote to the building supervisor:
Hey - I just wanted to give a shout-out to your 428 Broadway team they are truly dedicated to making this office a happy place demonstrated by their professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail most of all, their unrelenting willingness to help. I love coming to work every day, and a big part of it is thanks to the team here I don t need to single anyone out because my compliment refers to every member of staff.

Remi was so helpful during my time spent at WeWork. I really appreciate the whole staff. So clean, beautiful and fun!

Sometimes the floors are uneven but it's a great place to work. O yeah, staff is pretty amazing too.
