Our home away from home. We learned so much while here. The housekeeping staff were blessings to us. We gained family when we left from other families and staff here.

The staff are super courteous and the management are friendly and welcoming.

This housing for families with kids that have cancer so family can stay together & employees are very kind & helpful.

They made us feel like family. Everyone there tried their best to help you meet your needs. They have plenty of activities throughout the week for not only the children but also for the parents. It's not only a great place to be but also a great place to support.

As close to Home as you could possibly get. They think of and prepare for just about anything. I feel extraordinarily blessed to be able to stay here while my daughter receives treatment.

My grandbaby is being treated at St. Judes, she is currently living at the Ronald McDonal House, which is the GREATEST PLACE ON EARTH.

This is a great place to be if you are at St. Jude's. Everyone goes out of their way to assist you. Prayers to anyone who is in the position to have to be here.

The staff and management of this Ronald McDonald House truly made this a home for my family while we were having to stay in Memphis while my daughter battled cancer. This is really a house that love built. Those that work there do so with a calling to love on hurting families. I m thankful and humbled for all they did for us!

Home away from home for so many hurting families with very sick little ones. My youngest grandson is at St.Jude/Ronald McDonald House diagnosed with leukemia. So grateful for the treatment and all that is offered to help. Bless them all.

Such a great place that serves families in need! I ve volunteered here multiple times hosting activities for the kids and making dinner for the families that are staying here. The level of care that is provided in making sure every families needs are met and that the families feel comfortable is so evident throughout the staff. This place is truly a great asset for the city of Memphis/across the US and I d highly recommend volunteering to serve the families by providing a great meal. They have a huge kitchen with multiple ovens, stove tops, sinks, dish washers, etc. Get some friends together or some co workers and apply for an upcoming date. Id highly recommend and look forward myself to serving the families again that are staying here!

They are very helpful, hard to see how many kids that have been in and are not with us anymore

We actually sometimes miss being there. It's a wonderful place. Everyone there makes you feel welcome and tries to make it as homey as possible. Amazing staff. I don't wish the circumstances on anyone, BUT if you need it, be ready to be absolutely blown away by everything they do & off to you and your child/children.

Lived here temporarily during my daughter's cancer treatment at st judes and it was by far the friendliest and most accommodating housing offered to us

Absolutely wonderful,could always use more donation vaults and shuttle buses to show the kids that the area they are in and most have NVR been to is an alright and awesome surrounding place

This place is truly amazing and a blessing for my sister, her son and family while he goes through treatment. They are wonderful and so very friendly. I was amazed when Dee Wilson-Henderson remembered Erin and Paydon by their names when we entered the common eating area. Not just another patient here. She also helped me find a good restaurant to get a good meal that I could bring in for Erin. Thank you Dee. You make a difference.

This is a home away from home for anyone going through adversity with their children. It is super clean,super friendly,and family oriented. We were there for 3 months while my son had surgery and then radiation. I honestly miss the staff and families that I met there already. Thank you all for your support and love during my families time of need.

While undergoing radiation therapy at St. Jude children s research hospital in 2010, me and my mom stayed at the Ronald McDonald house for about 5 months. Staying here truly did make things a lot of better and easier for us during this time. The staff was always so kind and truly cared about how we were doing. Something I remember really enjoying was the big pantry filled with foods that I and many other kids liked to eat. Overall the Ronald McDonald house was a very great experience that I ll never forget.
