Chipotle Mexican Grill Review

Worst Chipotle ever. This place deserves negative stars. I just left your location on Colorado Blvd and 8th Ave, I have had it with this location everytime I come to this location I'm served with bad service and a bad burrito. The proportions they give are terrible. I always have to ask for them to put more just to get a regular proportion. Today I asked for a half chicken half steak burrito. I was given maybe a quarter spoon of chicken and a quarter spoon of steak when I asked for more the lady preparing the burrito gave me 2 extra pieces of meat. Then when I was asked for my salsa I didn't even get a half scoop. Finally when the burrito was wrapped it looked like a 99 cent taco bell burrito so I refused it and told "that's fine you don't have to buy it." Every other Chipotle I go to makes great burrito but I always have problems with this particular location. This is it. With Chipotle going through all that it is going thru quality and customer service should be at a premium. CHIPOTLE needs to remedy this and discipline the store manager, and the employees at this location. I have never been treated so rudely at a fast food restaurant.

If I could give this place zero stars I would food was burned so bad it almost broke my tooth the staff was very rude never ever again

Maybe the staff shouldn't sit looking out the main window by the entrance making jokes about people passing by.... do that from the back like respectable places do....

This was a good spot to come to, but they dont even keep chips prepared had to wait 10 min for a bag of chips, and the cook was eating while cooking.

This location provides consistently good food and service!

Chipotle is slowing becoming the new subway. Used to be amazing, but the more stores they've open, they've become a "chain", thus subpar food. This location has terrible service btw. You ask for something and the employees get all mad about the request.

The service is always fast and they aren't the Chipolte that only gives you 3 pieces of meat. They will load your burrito up.

One of my top spots for tasty mexican food. I was so full. I'll return friends next time. Not so close to my office, unfortunately.

I think there was some employee turnover, or new management. The portion sizes are now plump. Order has been restored to the universe.

It's a clean store, nice and big and the staff was friendly.

The place was clean. The staff was very nice. I had the steak bowl. It was flavorful but the steak was fatty and chewy.

Good, quick food as always. The parking lot was packed around 9P on a Tuesday!

I love Chipotle and this one doesn't disappoint. It's nice and convenient in relation to the hospitals. I've stopped here several times after visiting someone. The service is good and the food is good. Colorado Blvd can be a bit hectic which is the only draw back to this one.

We came for lunch and weren't disappointed. Fast service, attentive staff, and tasty Mexican food. I had the Chicken Burrito; ate only half of my portion as it was huge. The other one I took with me to eat letter. Very good and clean place! We will definitely be back soon.

Chipotle seems to have changed their recipes or something so that there's no longer a need for 'Chipotl-away'. still doesn't seem like the cleanest restaurant in town but at least it doesn't give me a stomach ache anymore

As a former Chipotle employee and frequent visitor to this location; I can reliably say that this store skimps on its portion sizes. It still tastes good and the staff are nice, but I just received the smallest burrito I've ever gotten at a Chipotle. No more half-spoonfuls, the people want big burritos!!!

Its a Chipotle, good food, good service, place was clean and quiet.

Any Chipotle is good food. This one just happens to be situated in a spot that I'm frequently near. Staffing seems to experience high turnover but whoever is behind the counter has done a fine job. Indoor and outdoor seating. Vehicle parking is tight but there is a bike rack.

I actually always have great service and food here. Everyone is always very friendly and polite and I come here a lot since I work just down the street. Food is always good and the place is clean and well maintained. They have given me free lunch and chips several times for reason which really makes my day, maybe its because I am a regular? Who knows but they are awesome there

Placed an order thru the new app for delivery and waited an hour and a half. Ended up having to walk down and pick it up, while still paying the delivery price, tip and all. I know this isn't the inshop workers fault, and they were super friendly and polite about the whole ordeal. Tried calling doordash, who the order was supposed to be delivered thru and was on hold for an hour before the line just hung up. Food was good, in person service was good, Chipotle app sucks.

I really like that I can choose what I want in my bowl or burrito. The food is very good and quick.

It's a Chipotle. What do you expect? Decent people and food, but nothing to write home about.

Customer service is difficult as many know. My experience at Chipotle has been outstanding!! I don't have the funds to visit often.. But EVERYTIME I do I am happily surprised! Have even given my food "on the house." Right when I needed it! 8th and Colorado Blvd. Thank you.

This location is EXTREMELY stingy with the ingredients! Meat, cheese, salsa, all very light scoops. The meat serving was super light. So I asked for more, they said it would be extra. I had to battle her on if what she put on my burrito was a serving. Wow. I saw it happen on my burrito and everyone in line next to me. Bad practices Chipotle. I will go elsewhere if this keeps up.

Amazing quality food, amazing people serving me, two young men helped me get my food and were quick and very polite and kind.

Sat down here with my girlfriend to eat dinner. One of the employees sat down next to us on his break and started playing terrible music on his phone, louder than the ambient music. This continued for 10 minutes.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever been to and I am not over exaggerating I opened my bag my chicken bowl had no chicken my chips and salsa had no chips and I took a bite into my bowl only to find veggies that were so over cooked and burnt they were as hard as a rock and I found a good 20+ pieces in my food this place had ruined chipotle for me and I will never be able to eat chipotle ever again because of this experience gross

Online delivery doesn't work reliably. Sometimes their "system crashes" and they don't get your order or other times you place your order and the store closes before the doordasher can pick it up even though the system let you place the order during business hours well before they close.

Burritos are great, wish the ingredients were mixed before wrapping.

My experience with Chipolte is $537.75 worth of fraudulent charges on my credit card!!!!!!!!!!!!..I don't live in Denver or the state of Colorado...Someone at this location allowed my card to be charged 3 and 4 times a day for an entire month!!!!! Unbelieveable!!!.. You know good and well that place has not been that busy during the pandemic ..The worst part about it is they do not answer their phones nor does the Headquarters!!!! hummmm.. gosh ..if they can just fraudulently charge up my card when I don't even live in the state...I wonder what they are doing to everyone who does..They want to force you to go on line and subject you to their tracking cookies I do not want them to have!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!

The crew here was awesome! I needed to cater an event for 40 people and they had my order all organized and ready to go when we picked it up - no hassles and excellent food enjoyed by all! THANK YOU!!!!

Just came in at 8:05, the line was already pulled back as if they were cleaning to close. After waiting to order I looked over the sneezeguard to the floor behind where they were trying to sweep only to see a big bunch of ants, which were left be, and we were asked to order. Needless to say we left without eating. Pretty disgusting
