Excellent professional climate and quality of the place
I do not recommend the colors of this brand, I had a problem with a color that stuck to my hair, damage to the quality of my hair, customer service said to be listening but who did not follow up on my requests for compensation, very disappointed, today my hair which was straight is frizzy because of one of their coloring, I was told that it will pass over time but nothing I can not find the quality of my hair especially that many customers have had problems with their brand color.

My daughter uses a product and is satisfied about it. I wanted to buy a new one but there are a lot of variants. So i asked Loreal which product to buy. I gave the old identification 26N503 because all the rest is not visible anymore. But i got an answer that this number means nothing to them. Amazingly because they printed this number on their product. Either i dealt with an AI robot that was badly programmed or they did not really want to help. So the 2 stars are for the product. For the rest they deserve zero stars. Making a good product alone is not enough. You should also respect the customers that buy and are willing to do so.
The hostess on the phone is super rude. Don't give you the information correctly. Very bad image while the academy is top.

Charming welcome except that we have been peat in circles for 3 months mascara allergy supposedly waterproof Bambi doe eyes and I made a reaction on my burnt eye we took my complaint except that not even one we are sorry impossible to have the service by against the switchboard operators are very professional and sorry for me. In clzit we take your request in account and after by ln especially not want to talk about it personally archi disappointed with after sales service in case of allergic reaction
