I ve lived, worked and visited several of the communities managed by West Wind enterprises. And though I ve enjoyed them all, I love my current community its a quiet, lovely country style place filled great amenities, pond, pools(yes more than one) and amazing residents. In addition the staff from maintenance to upper management have always been there with a encouraging and helpful disposition.
I am a tenant at lake perris village i have been trying to get ahold of corporate for the passed month
Last month i called the office to have management charge my space rent. I spoke to a lorie and gave her permission to charge my sp rent after she said okay you are all good i assume she had charged my rent to my account. But she did not charged it did not do her job.
Be for we hung up i let her know if they could leave our statement on our door like we have had for the past 7 years. The last few months they have been leaving the statement on car windows or house windows places that they should not be because they fall and or we wont see them.
Lorie started yelling and cursing was very disrespectful
Her response was that it was her that had been leaving statements and that She does not get paid for extra hours nor for doing any extra work and that that was not her job that west wind interprises did not pay their employees for after hours. i am pretty sure lorie was lying about not getting paid because she is still here.
Worst employee i have encountered with. you can tell she has no experience for managing a place lorie is rude not fit for the job

I have been an employee with this company for over a year now. I've learned that the company has had a bad reputation in the past but we have such an amazing team that is working 24/7 to change this. Westwind Enterprises is a fantastic company to work for and be a part of. We're changing lives whether it be within our own company lifting others to reach their goals or helping everyday people become homeowners and invest in their futures. I enjoy what I do as a property manager and there's no other company I'd rather be a part of.
The manager of Canadian Shores MHC has a problem with running her mouth. We purchased a mobile home FSBO in this community which is up-to-date with lot rent through Oct 31, 2016. The manager lied and told us they controlled the home with a contract through the previous owner. There is no lien on the title and, as stated, the lot rent is paid through the end of the month. She then demanded a new deposit and lot rent otherwise she would "throw us out." This is a great example of a tyrannical community manager trying to squeeze tenants who wouldn't normally know any better. She should be ashamed.
Do not let this community manager bully you into paying unnecessary fees that go into her pocket. She also shared details about a previous employee of West Wind Enterprises (corporate owner of Canadian Shores MHC) that clearly crossed a professional line. Very unprofessional and we expect someone from West Wind Enterprises to contact us as soon as possible to discuss this in further detail.
This is the worst company ever!!! The Mansfield Texas location Breezy Oaks is a joke! I can t wait to get out of here!!!! Another notice of lot rent increase by next year I will be paying the same as my mortgage! And all the while they will be moving in a house behind me where I have to share a parking spot that I am paying for. This lot rent increases every year for repairs in community and so far nothing other than the playground and new office has changed in the last 3 years. DO NOT do business with these people.
