Wood Village Mobile Home Park LLC Review

To not accept German Shepherds, Pitbulls, etc in this day and age is absolutely retarded. You people need to get it through your thick skulls that it isn't the breed of dog, it's the human raising them. So it's too bad you won't get our presences in your park. Hope you love your tiny lap dogs.

Very beautiful mobile home park that's conveniently located.

Its got a pool and losmts of kids great old school neighborhood enviroment

Lot is a little too expensive compared to other lots. It's getting crowded little space between trailers. And management are rude.

I can never forget the memories of being there as I live there through my years as a child, a teen and an adult. I remember the old playground that I went there before it was taken down and was renovated in the late 2010s, I also remember the swimming pool that I went there once or twice, I remember the old store back in the day called Citgo before it was changed into Chevron. I remember all the good memories of being there, especially a few friends that I know from high school and the neighbors whose names that I remember too fondly. I also remember driving to places that are closer to home and back. I gotta tell you, being there for 10+ years is like a mental scrapbook filled with memories. Once you lived there, you can never forget it. And even though I moved last October, I still consider both Wood Village and Rice Mine as my favorite place and my favorite address in all of Alabama. And for that, I say thank you for making me feel like I'm welcome there. Even though the rent is a little bit high. But still, thanks for the memories and the hospitality of this lovely environment.

It is an alright MHP, not somewhere I would want to live or even spend much time at. The cost are above average. Lots are very small. Management has numerous rules to protect their interest and very few to protect residents.

Bumps in the road holes in the road speed bump messed my car up

This trailer park is quite, that's the plus. The minus is the mobile homes are seriously too close, very limited privacy!!!

Cramped and overcrowded, but also neatly maintained.

Its quite and clean also has an pool but it's way to EXPENSIVE to be only an lot fee it's like you're rebuying your own trailer $415 yes water is included but they only pay like $15 if it goes over you have to pay the amount so you never know how much more you're going to owe because if you have an washer it's easy over normal lots usually range from $190-250

Not many parks in Ttown to pick from that's anything at all. Wood village is my top recommended park for a family. Nice lots..but a little pricey. Many restrictions which is a good. Been affiliated with this park many years. They seem to raise the rent every Oct. Around 360.00 now water included. But still better than any other parks around

They entered our trailer without prior notice changed the locks and threw all of our stuff away everything we owned was in there . I'm getting a lawyer because they had no legal leg to stand on

Lot rent is about 60% higher than other options in the area. They tend to neglect areas not in the front of the park. No 24 hour pool. No one is ever in the office.

Horrible manager. She also deleted all the true pictures here on google. Ride through there, see your self. Never in office. Says no basketball goals or pit bulls. I counted 10. Lol

I have to give this a 5 star due to there is no violence and It s very quiet!!! The management is very helpful when I need them

Wood Villiage has definitely cleaned up a lot over the past year or so. It's a lot more quiet and looks a bit more safer then in the past

Good trailer community. Never have any problems from the neighborhood when I visit. Nice people
