I m a perpetual member here. Cost me $100 a few years ago and I never have to pay another membership fee. I get discounts on food and drinks. There s plenty of choice. If I played the pokies I d think I was in heaven. It s open til late, has entertainment, different bars, a motel attached, just a superb spot.

Great food at great prices.
Needs more range when it comes to the beer list.
All beers are foreign owned not and Australian owned and brewed beer to be found.
Very disappointed.

Very friendly staff. BUT. Went to Chinese upstairs and was extremely disappointed. Ordered sweet and sour chicken. Have had it there a few years ago and it was so delicious. Not this time. I got tempura battered chicken breast, whole and sliced with a small tub of sweet and sour sauce with a salad of rocket, 3 strips of cucumber and half a cherry tomato. Apparently the Pork comes in its traditional sauce but we were not told that. It also had nothing to do with the virus. The menu changed a few years ago. Will not be going there again. Was so looking forward to my meal I ordered a $20 glass of wine to go with it. What a waste at least it washed the chicken down.

When I am a member and get charged 8.85 for a schooner on tap and go today not happy. When schooner of beer normally 5 .70 this is just a over the top won't be doing that again

Great choice. Went for dinner with the kids and no hassles with selection.

If you can find the pizza shop inside you must try it. Best pizza's..........

Also great food, from different cultures. Friendly staff and bingo and hoy on various weekdays.

Front staff not very friendly, bar staff better. Prices reasonable.

There's a wide variety of games, people and bars with plenty of options other than gambling. They have food 24 hrs and a large parking space

Went to Wests leagues Club after a funeral. Friendly service, food was amazing & plenty of choices.very clean

3am lock out for Members, friendly staff, open til 4am & 5am Friday and Saturday nights, Excellent value for money Bistro dining and seperate Fine Dining in club Restaurants, massive gaming areas and 2 huge smoke friendly alfresco pokie rooms.

Not enough staff focusing on patron services. Waited more than ten minutes for someone to take our drink order whilst having a flutter.
Some of the main bar staff need to learn serve customers and not chat amongst themselves. Great meal at the Emerald Gardens

Burnt burger patties, overcooked rump and undercooked t-bones. Sad when the Asian buffet is the best you have to offer

Lots of Pokies if you're into them. Friendly staff and the Lure Restaurant was amazing. Not a very big menu but it really doesn't have to be. Professional staff at Lure as well.

The Chinese restaurant clerk on the 2nd floor has a poor service attitude. Everyone's face is super smelly. We didn't give the menu to take the key points. It's not good to eat. The fried rice is cold. The iron plate is super salty. We ordered the drink and forgot to send it. Come. Very disappointing

Ive got one word for our lunch on Sunday - DREADFUL! We had the half lobster special and could barely eat the dry, rubbery flesh of the lobster meat. My daughter couldn't eat hers at all. Then there was the overcooked, mushy beans, carrots and pumpkin. Seriously, Wests, if your bistro cannot handle producing edible meals, don't put them on the menu!
This will be the last time we eat in your bistro (is not the first unpleasant experience but by far the worst)

I came here for dinner at the mexican restaurant. The food was great! The service wasn't that great, I had to keep getting peoples attention as they walked past quickly in order to get drinks. Nice looking place and good for kids as well.

The Bistro food is awful, spoilt what was otherwise a good night out.

Good cheap club feed. The staff are fantastic and nice.

Hello This is Aimee , We have been coming to this Wests venue ( Head Office ) for many years now and pretty much most of the staff are helpful and friendly , The bar staff including Yvette , Lewis , Scott and Harry ( food court bar ) like to have a chat more so when they're not busy and do a great job , The dutie managers , Michelle , Garry , Claude and assistant managers , Dexter , Jai , Lilly , And others are really polite and caring , Welcome also goes out to Alex ( New Dutie Manager ) hope you enjoy working with the team and look forward to getting to know you from a regular customer point of view , This place does have it's issues as a lot of Venus do , The food you really need to get there right on lunch and dinner time as it's fresher then it is at the end of lunch/ dinner sessions could be better tasting and less expensive , there is some staff throughout the club that could do with a attitude adjustment and not be so rude otherwise great work from staff and some security guards as well , See you again . Absolutely amazing, could not fault it. We had a large group of 18 and their preselected menu was just perfect.

just so expensive even for a member with 10% off,can't get any mashed potato.,Told serving lady no chips and she gave us chips,Didn't want salad ,wanted to swap salad for vegetables cost an extra $4 each,even though you we were not getting any chips or mashed potato or salad !! Meals supposed to come with gravy,one did and one didn't.The salad on one plate was mostly carrot and the vegetables on the other plate was such a tiny amount,maybe 3 or 4 tiny pieces.Used to be good but none of us in any hurry to go back,plenty of other clubs around rather than this disappointing place..sorry

The roulette machine scammed me 1 dollar hits into 25 dollar hits and made lose 100$ and was not refunded would recommend not to play the roulette machine

The best West's I've been to. Great place to gamble, get food and drinks, and see some shows.

Roast was terribly dry. Veggies were cold, soggy and over cooked. Pretty disappointed

I go here for Emerald Gardens which is bomb. I'd live off their garlic chicken and prawn toast if I could.
