Epic fail. Parents were faithful to Netia for 6 years. Last week, telephones began with persuasions for a new, timely contract, which parents did not want and refused. The phones finally became so intrusive and rude that the parents gave in. When they saw the conditions irritated, they went to Ta mowa St. and uttered the annex. In response, Netia also terminated the old teleon and internet contracts. My parents have moved to T-mobile and are very happy. After 4 months, invoices from Netia began to come and the harassment began. 1 complaint, they apologized and promised it was the last. Second month, another invoice, complaint, apology. The third month is the same and my threat of complaint to UKE. Fourth month and another invoice for PLN 200 for some router from 3 years ago. I am writing a complaint to UKE regarding this item. I said I don't need this software because the company he works for provides me with an anti-virus and I won't pay for anything I have for free from the company. Never take netia because if you move house you have a big problem.
For 5 months I have neither internet nor contact from them.
I was told to give up tv so that I could install the internet on a new address, and after a month they wrote that I can't have any services on my address.
Uokik can't even help because changing their address is voluntary, now you have to pay 20 months for nothing.

The worst internet and tv provider! Throughout the contract period (1.5 years) there were only a few days when the internet and TV were working flawlessly. Every day no wi fi connection, no tv.
A total failure for several days, I have been calling the helpline six times and nothing to do with the failure
When working remotely, I am without internet access! Incompetent consultants sell the client. You need to waste half an hour the least for a connection, give pesele and listen to offers that don't interest me.
Tomorrow I terminate the contract because charging for the service and not giving NOTHING in return is pure thievery !!!

Probably the worst possible choice when it comes to internet and television. I would probably have a better range in the middle of the forest, somewhere in Siberia. When terminating the contract, taking the equipment back, the amount provided by the employee was settled. Two months after this event, the letter "final call for payment" comes.
The employee, who was able to call after an hour, gave a completely different (higher) amount, informing that the previous employee had to be WRONG and the equipment should be sent back, not taken personally to the facility. Which also contradicted the previous employee's instructions. In summary, the total lack of organization, competence and information flow. The icing on the cake was the employee's question at the end of the conversation: "Don't you want to connect the equipment back?" Unfortunately, Google did not add the "zero stars" function, because that would be my rating. With all my heart, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
