I definitely do not recommend the products of this company. Unfortunately, the quality has descended to the level of China 1990. Most of their monitors spoiled in the same, I suspect that the planned way - pink, vertical lines appear. Just check in google - "dell lines" - how many people have the same problem. Besides, someone who has designed a touch switch is a sadist and now has a lot of pleasure when he knows how many people suffer through his "project". You do not want to have problems - do not buy Dell hardware.

In addition, the spice is added by the fact that Dell completely does not care about the environment and its actions are irresponsible, because in many cases the problem is badly contacting tape, and Dell writes to replace the monitor with a new one. It's as if the employees of this hopeless company, every time they get a cold, are killed and replaced by new ones.

Hello.
Notebook purchased used with a 3YNBD warranty. After a week I found the speakers damaged. To my surprise (after reporting a complaint - trouble-free and lasting about 10 minutes), the next day the service technician appeared and removed the fault (in the address provided). He replaced both speakers with new ones. MEGA FAST REPAIR. It is worth paying extra to a 3-year warranty with repairs at the customer.
PS. Replacing the charging socket costs about PLN 300. In Asus notebook for PLN 10,000, the cost of replacing the charging socket on the website is about PLN 4,000.

I am sent back for repaired equipment in a replacement package that looks like a sack of potatoes because they have no obligation to give me my brand new one purchased in the store. After turning on the computer, it turned out that one of the two defects of the NEW EQUIPMENT was repaired.
Thieves and crooks! I will not leave it that way for sure

The purchase of two identical was obviously deliberate due to the fact that I work with graphics and identical color reproduction is very important to me. I reported the bug via the website but unfortunately no one spoke. It wasn't until I called the hotline that things got pace. The service technician himself stated that, in total, no-one is reporting "read" and it is better to call ... After remote diagnostics, it turned out that the monitor is to be replaced and I will receive a new one .... and I received ... without warning another, with different parameters. They sent what they had in stock. Somehow I tried to clarify the matter, get a refund to buy the same but on the secondary market. Failed to. Currently, the service person I contacted ignores my emails. The matter for him is "closed". I do not recommend, avoid wide angle! The famous Dell is over.

The computer bought in the Polish dealer network, the defect revealed itself a week after receiving the computer.
In the past, DELL was synonymous with quality, now it is not worth overpaying ...
