Westminster Toyota always takes care of their customers. I've been coming here for almost 10 years. I've always received impeccable customer service, trustworthy advice from the technicians and that is why I keep coming back.
Sales Manager Kartik Is also very nice as he helped me leasing the Tundra.

An excellent experience! The moment I walked in the dealership, Brian Lau, Sales Advisor was very helpful and I am thrilled with my new 2020 Highlander Hybrid. I returned the following day to test drive the vehicle and negotiate a deal. The sales manager was polite, listened to my needs and wants. Brian Lau, answered all of my questions, texts and emails and I highly recommend Brian Lau and Westminster Toyota.

Me and my husbant bought a new car from Westminster Toyota recently and were really impressed by exceptional customer service.
Dealership is well organised, staff is knowledgeable and pays attention to customer's needs.
So, when my husband's old van started falling apart we have no doubts where to go to get a new one.
Harvinder and Rolando did fantastic job and made it happen. We were offered a great deal including Red Tag discount and trade in for old van.

Great staff. My product advisor Colin was very helpful and even came in on his day off to meet me. The sales managers are very knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed with Bette the finance person who helped me run the numbers. Great crew all around.

DONT BE FOOLED! This dealership might seem good when everything is going their way but when you start to negotiate the price they use their truck and skills to fraud you in to thinking your getting a good deal. I made a deal with a manager on the phone, when I got there the manager was gone on vacation and they couldn t sell me the car because I wasn t purchasing extended warranty, after coming all the way to do the deal we first agreed on we ended up waiting outside in the rain for our Uber, but if we paid an extra $200 they would scratch the extended the warranty..... they literally tried to drain every penny out of us. Disgusting feeling.... these are the people that give car sales men a bad name.
And for the record the reason they have such good reviews is because the reviews are altered in the office upstairs.

Went in for the first the time, and had a very nice and comfortable feeling with the staff. Apart from my budget they had pretty amazing deals, especially one have a tough budget. So, highly recommended, and also when u go there ask for Sam Matharoo, for best services.

Bought my 4runner from here, an overall good experience. My only problem was I was not offered a fair price for my trade in, they offered me 2k less than Canadian black book trade in value of my vehicle.

We bought 2016 Sienna from Westminster Toyota almost a year ago. I didn't get chance to leave them a review then. I have visited the dealership many times since then and they have been excellent from day one till now. I would like to warn everyone about dealing with this Dealer. For us, this dealer does not deserve even one star. Below zero. The employees there are very unprofessional, rude. My husband and I have never encountered such so unprofessional dealer in our entire life. And I would like to mention that we have bought new cars from various dealers several times and not only in Canada, but also in Europe, we have not met a so unprofessional and not honest manager. We regret that we lost a lot of time choosing this dealer. We are very indignant at how we were deceived and treated unfairly. We lost 4 months waiting for the ordered car, and at the end we didn't even hear the word sorry from the mouth of the Manager who repeatedly promised us to buy the selected toyota tacoma car. If we knew it would end this way we would have chosen every other deel except Newstminter. We have been deceived. They lied to us for four months. We've lost a lot of time. We went to the salon several times to find out about our car. They never wrote or called us for 4 months. When we arrived they tried to persuade us to buy another model. It is likely that the car we ordered was sold to someone else. The manager did it. Our salesman told us that. On October 13 we made a prepayment for the selected Toyota Tacoma model, and on February 8 we received a refund because the manager stated that they no longer produce this color and there will be no model. We didn't even hear the word sorry. This proved to be a lie because other dealers (in Malpe Ridge, Burnaby, Squamish etc.) bought cars of the same color and model in December and January and had them on sale. We checked it out. The same day, when the money was given to us, we paid for this model and color of the car with another dealer. Now we are waiting for the delivery of this car. Avoid this seller. They are not honest and are not loyal to each other. The seller, after 3 months of waiting for the car, gave us non-verbal messages behind the back of his manager, informing us that the manager lied to us. This is the worst seller of the worst possible. Their behavior towards the client is very outrageous.

As soon as I walked in here the energy was very good . Friendly and nice staff members, good atmosphere. I would buy a car again from Jag any day. Very upfront guy.

last year I went to visit Westerminster TOYOTA,met LEO . He introduce the TOYoffer to trade in my old carar I was very interesting,answered me lots of questions about the features of the Carmy hybrid.
but at that time I was not ready to buy.
So this month,which is November 10,2017. I came back t.o visit LEO again, he gave me good offer for trade in old car,we are very happy to made the deal.

Fantastic experience with this team! I reached out to them after being let down by another dealership, for a popular model that is supposed to have a 3 months waiting period. Not only did i get the car the same day, in a color of my choice, but they were also kind enough to throw in a bunch of freebies for me! They treated me well from beginning to end, and as a customer it feels good to be treated with courtesy.

Bought a Certified Pre-Owned from here that had 6 year old tires on it. Didnt know at the time that 6 year old tires MUST BE REPLACED REGARDLESS OF TREAD DEPTH or I would ve argued with them a lot harder. I wanted new ones and asked repeatedly for new ones, but was told your tread depth is adequate for safety and traction in all weather conditions. You still got LOTS of tread left! And I trusted them because, why wouldn t I? Then I start having traction issues, even sometimes in dry weather. I slid more than once at considerable speeds, and might ve crashed if not for the traction assist. I just thought I was driving too fast, never occurred to me that there might be something wrong with tires, because I bought my car from a dealership and they told me they were fine. But when I took it to a mechanic, he told me that although the tread depth was in fact, fine; that my tires had advanced dry rot and had to be replaced immediately. And tires, of course aren t covered under the warranty lolololol. You do you I guess, but I think thats pretty messed up to send someone out on the road, on tires like those. I d strongly recommend you bring someone you trust that knows about cars to look over one you intend to buy from here.

I messaged her on FB messenger to start with looking for a used car and i literally ended up buying a new car all because of the way she explain the pros and cons of used/new one. She was so confortable to talk to as unless other few salesperson she was in no rush to send me options.Pretty calm n relax she was.

Thanks to her skills her effort and her precious time she gave me to look for the perfect car i was looking for. She really really had in depth knowledge about the cars she was showing me according to my budget.

Very disappointed. We called to book a drive for a specific model and when we arrived they actually did not have it. They confused us with someone else as well for some reason.
Then, they showed us another model. We only had the chance to drive it for 5 minutes before they realized it had no plates on it so we had to go back.
They told us it was a great deal to finally realize it was actually already sold. The salesman only talked to my partner and not to me at all.
It lacked a lot of professionalism.

It was my second time leasing a vehicle Toyota New Westminster. It was a pleasure dealing with Will Zhao and manager Harvinder. Will was very knowledgeable and Harvinder helped close the deal for me. Excellent work!!

This particular Toyota branch was very welcoming, ready to put every energy they have in helping out their customers, and treated our family like their own. The sales team, in particular Mr.Kartik Sharma and the manager Mr.Harvinder Tinna were wonderful in assisting us in our trip to purchasing a branch new Rav4 Hybrid. We weren't rushed, in fact, both the sale clerk (Mr.Sharma) and manager (Mr.Tinna) stayed after their work hours just to make sure that we were satisfied with the vehicle we were going to purchase and with the total price and payment plan, great at negotiating. No one was rushed, in fact, They walk step-by-step with you, not rush everything and force you to buy a car. No sugar coating information during conversations to make sure a vehicle was sold. They explained everything in detail, and made sure we left with no questions or doubts in our minds. Would definitely recommend!

I won t recommend this dealership to newcomers as the salesmen here are are very cunning & rude. Went to see 2012 KIA, salesman started to using tactics to sell a new car instead and demotivated us with buying the car & never coordinated back with us.

Finally, I got a used Honda HRV from Destination Honda they were really supportive and help us getting the car.

Beware this dealership are they emotionless & with ATTITUDE PROBLEM. Toyota must give salesmen here personality development classes.

Hannah was pretty awesome helping us. She's a newer salesperson so we didn t get the up selling we were expecting which was P E R F E C T! (we had some uncomfortable "pushy" experiences in the past and she just nailed it!). She was also helpful and was very patient with us. The manager, was straight to the point and told us what we needed to get the deal done, which we appreciate. We will be coming back here for any other vehicles I may purchase in the future.

I want to select 10 STARS for both Westminster Toyota and LEO , their SUPER SALES but I can only choose maximum of 5 stars. Westminster Toyota is the VERY BEST dealership I ve ever been in these 40 years in Metro Vancouver. Everyone at this dealership provides excellent help ABOVE , and FAR BEYOND my HIGHEST EXPECTATIONS !!!!! As such, I leased 2 brand new SUV in 2 years with Great Advice and BEST possible deal from LEO , TOP SALES. Everyone waited 5 months for a RAV 4 hybrid but LEO promised and I got my RAV4 hybrid within 3 weeks quicker than anticipated!! I must say I will ask all family and friends to come to Westminster Toyota and call upon LEO whenever they need to lease or buy a brand new Toyota or other pre owned vehicles as well as regular vehicle maintenance.

TERRIBLE experience! They dont even deserve 1 star. I had some issues with my brand new truck, interior and undercoating. After a long battle, and 2 visits, they made my interior look worse, and told me there is nothing they can do for me, absolutely terrible customer service. Now, i have to deal with this on my own, this dealership does not care about the customer, they just want your money.

Same with undercoating, i was told there was nothing they can do, so i had to take matter in my own hands. Month later my undercoating was redone and looks like it should.

Absolutely the worst customer service i have recieved! I will never set a foot in that dealer and i will make sure to tell all my family and friends not to buy cars from there. I never leave bad reviews, but i had to after my experience with Westminster Toyota.

I decided to return after my first service with New West Toyota after they opened 2 years ago. The service was done quick and I was able to go to work after. I would recommend that you not leave your seat (social distancing) as there are limited. I went for a cup of coffee and my seat was taken. I had to stand at a corner for 30 mins until my vehicle was ready. appreciate also if they could announce on their public address system that car was ready. I had to hunt for my keys as they were washing my car!

Our sales Talia is the best!!!! She s very patient, knowledgeable, helpful and definitely super friendly. We got our car with her and we love it! She is very considerate and she takes care of everything for us. If it s not during the pandemic, I would give her a big big hug because we are so excited and full of joy! The insurance agent (forgot to ask his name) is super friendly and professional as well! The whole leasing experience from the very beginning to the end is just so great and delightful. Will definitely come back here for these amazing people!!

Yesterday I purchased a used vehicle from a rep named Melvin, being that I had visited 4 other dealers trying to find the right car I was happy when he had the vehicle I wanted and the attitude I like. He gave me all the info on the car I could ask for and understood my needs.

I picked up a used corolla without a warranty available because they were the only dealers I felt I could trust. I will update this within 6 months!

I'm really glad that I gave Westminster Toyota a chance. I dealt with Jag, who was excellent, and was able to provide me with all the info I needed! Overall, I had a great experience here, and I do recommend checking it out.
