An excellent experience! The moment I walked in the dealership, Brian Lau, Sales Advisor was very helpful and I am thrilled with my new 2020 Highlander Hybrid. I returned the following day to test drive the vehicle and negotiate a deal. The sales manager was polite, listened to my needs and wants.
