Yesterday my wife and I walked in and had some questions on one of their used car on the floor. We went up to the reception and told her the reason we were there for. All staff were busy helping customers at that. So we decided to walk around the showroom to look at car. There was a salesperson (forgot his name, but he's asian.) came up to me with his business card and offer us help. I saw he was with another customer and told him that we can wait until he finishes. While my wife and I were still looking around the cars in the showroom, we happened to walk near the reception desk again. The reception was concerned and ask if somebody can help us. She talked to that same salesperson about us. He came up to the desk somewhere near us and said: "They are okay. They don't want me." with a very bad attitude. The reception asked us once again if we needed help from him and willing to get him to talk to us again. I said no, I don't want his help any more. As were about to leave the shop, Lance, another salesperson came and attend us. He was very patient and helpful to us. Also the reception was sweet too. I really hate how small family-owned shop with poor customer service. This is the third time I walked into this shop and leaving with bad experience over the years. My family and I bought 4 Toyota cars (new) since we moved to Canada. We did pay a visit to this dealer every time on all 4 purchases. We ended up going somewhere for better deals or better service.
