The only reason I gave 1 star, is that it is the lowest. But really, I would have given it negative!

I'd been going to this branch since 2008. The common experience I have is that they can never keep the time, appointments were bumped up. My appointment is at 930, Aug 23, I was told they needed an hour. As I am working and cannot drop it off, we left the car the night before. We played tag since 8:23am, with me calling them back and leaving a message at 8:52. I never got a phone call and had my husband to call at 11:15. I needed the car at 12. Only then, they act on my car, and the excuse is that they haven't talked to me yet. Whatever happened to my 930 am appointment!? Let's say they never got my message when I called at 8:52 .... aren't they supposed to follow up at 930? And I'm not sure either what is it that we are supposed to talk about before they attend to the car. They got all the information and asked to call me with the diagnostic. Normally, the conversation is AFTER they looked into the car, and they tell me what the problem is. So if we are going to talk, the car has been attended already, and not just being pulled in.

I brought in my Rav 4 2018 as the engine died on its own while I'm driving in the middle of the road. Again, the engine died while it is being driven! Terri offered to get the car if I need it at 12 and I can drive it away, and that is without being tested on why this is happening. That is the kind of service I got: no sense of keeping their time and safety in mind.

Needless to say, this is the last time I'm bringing my car in there, and with what malfunction is happening right now, last Toyota I'll drive. It was one thing for them to screwed up, and just admit it, but for them to actually blame it on me and act as if it this is not a matter of safety, IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

If you want to get your car back in time, then wait with it. Never leave it, as they tend to procastinate on their schedule.

This branch moved to south of New Westminster, very fitting, as that is where their service level is too!
