I have an interesting experience where i had pre-sale (testdrive), the actual sale, and post sale. All three in this transaction. Actually 2 for now (post sale will be in 2 weeks). I bought a Lexus RX from Westminster Toyota and was helped by Lance. I will break down the review in 2 parts, the service and the product.

Service:
5 star hands down. Lance worked so hard to make this deal work. Stayed late, response to sms, emails, and made sure he addressed all my request. The experience is not like buying a car, but more like talking with an old friend. Catching up on stuff, and talking about cars as one of the topic. We did see a few Lexus RX, and we bought it here purely due to the service Lance provided for us. The car price was not the lowest, but they provided a fair trade off with other services they could provide from their facility. The sales manager is pretty cool as well!

Product:
Car itself is awesome. Lexus quality! However, this is a used car and nothing is perfect. Mine came with interior lights not working (dome lights, visor, trunk). The tech spent hours to make sure this is fixed. It is not an easy fix as it is not the fuse nor the bulbs. It is actually a damage wiring harness. They ordered it from Lexus and it will arrive in 2 weeks. They will install the part for me at no cost. I will update this review in 2- 3 weeks depending on the outcome. Of course, if the issue is not fixed, I will update the 5 star review.

Conclusion:
If you want great service and no nonsense sale experience, buy a car here! Beats the big Lexus dealers I've been looking for this car for a few months, so I have been in a few dealerships (including all the Lexus Dealership in the Lower mainland). Make a reasonable offer, and they will make sure to work with you. Be fair, make an offer based on the current market (and your own budget). They have to make a living as well. Especially in this uncertain time.

Post Sale:
As promised Lance texted me a week after we took the car home. He advised that the part to fix the interior lights came. This is 1 week earlier than anticipated. This morning I dropped my car, he prepared a loaner for me. I went home and continue going about my day as usual. At around 2pm, my car was ready. Picked up the car and now everything works. Just like a new car, drives well, only a fraction of the price of a new car. Lance kept his word, kept every promises he made during the pre-sale and did not give me any less of a service AFTER the sale was done. Very impressed. Ask for Lance folks.
