Can only say great things about this hotel. The heavenly bed and shower are just that. I dont know how they do it but all of my friends agree that this is the best bed and I wish I could achieve it at home.

Nice place. The man on the reception was helpful. I went there for an event. I asked where to go and stuff. One of the employee not only stopped what he was for helping me, but also went to all the way other side to check the info's I asked about. That's something exceptional.

Great location! The Westin is located just a bit off from the center of Times Square, so it's great for having some quiet at night and easy for getting to the heart of it all. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfy beds and a rose rain style shower heads. Helped to keep the stay quite relaxing! Additonally, the staff were all helpful with my requests, and their friendly service topped it all off.

Solid Westin in Times Square. It is neither the newest nor the oldest Westin I ve been to, pretty middle of the road. Like that they have three Peloton bikes at the gym, but gym is otherwise pretty small for the size of hotel. I find it a little annoying that NYC Starwood hotels don t do Green Choice.

I stayed here with my adult son and we had a great time. The hotel staff was helpful and the room was clean. The lobby was busy but not out of control. I felt safe here at all times and was glad to have a comfortable place to rest after long walks through the City.

Poor service. I m paying over $400 a night and it doesn t seem like they care too much about their customers. Customer service and happiness doesn t seem like a priority because of the location which is highly unfortunate. I should have gone to the W for the same price.

Spent 2 nights here, what a great hotel! The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the hustle, bustle of Times Square. Close to everything and easily within walking distance of most major attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious for NYC. Highly recommended and would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights while we were on vacation in NYC. This hotel was wonderful! Checkin was a little slow, but the staff was nice and brought around complementary water bottles and granola bars. Our room was clean and spacious for a NY hotel. The views from our 32nd floor room were spectacular! We could see the Empire State Building and outskirts of Times Square from our room! The hotel is also in the perfect location. There are a lot of restaurants and activities nearby, and we were able to pick up the Big Red Bus in front of the hotel and the subway right down the street. The hotel was also one street off of Times Square as it was both super close, but was not as busy and congested as the center of Times Square. We got this hotel through a wonderful deal on Expedia, and when we return to NY, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Very good location in the city center near central park. Very helpfull Louis Diaz at the reception go to him if you want information, shows great concern for the guest. rooms were comfortable and convenient but the bathroom was too small and tight. The other woman at the reception Shimea was unhelpfull and she does not want to check something for me and everybody expect from Louis were rude and does not show concern for the guest.

Checked into a room that was supposed to have two beds but ended being one bed. Called service desk about switching a room and were told the hotel is completely booked. Went down to a service desk to talk in person and were able to get a different room (told there was multiple rooms available).
Our rooms s bathroom sink wasn t draining well and toilet was spraying water off to the side.
After check out, we left our bags at a luggage storage and didn t get a receipt, which created a major issue afterwards. Bellboy, John, was rude and didn t even want to talk to us because we didn t have a receipt. He called the manager who seemed confused as to why John wasn t dealing with this himself. Upon retrieving our bags, same bellboy didn t offer to assist us with bags and didn t let us take the cart full of bags outside either.
Not staying here again and would NOT recommend it to others.

This property is nice for the price, and is in a great location. They do charge a $35 destination fee which is pretty typical for that type of hotel in the area. They didn't mention you also pay tax on top of the destination fee (both a sales and a city tax). The concierge service and workers were excellent. The front desk clerks left a lot to be desired. They were not particularly friendly, and while they did their job they acted as if they were annoyed to have to do it. Lastly, this facility has the new modern barn door style bathroom doors. Ours did not close all of the way, so you basically woke up the entire room when you used the restroom in the evening. We also had cocktails in the Foundry restaurant which provided a nice environment for and afternoon drink.

Horrible management and customer service, after booking an additional night prior to my morning arrival to ensure I could check in at 9am when my flight arrived, I was told my room "was not ready" even 17 hours after check in and having informed the front desk of my exact time of arrival the day before. In the end I was given a lower level room than what I booked, and offered no apology.

I had a really nice experience staying at the Westin Hotel. The room was very clean (I'm VERY picky on this subject), but the most impressed I was with hotel staff. The front desk was very helpful and professional every time I had questions and the room service, particularly Mrs. Eavlyn Williams from housekeeping was extremely helpful, very pleasant and professional. I wish I could have an employee like her in my company greeting my guests. She is the BEST representation for the Westin hotel, the company can get. thank you Mrs. Eavlyn for your patience and help!!!
The one thing I was not impressed with was food in the "Kitchen", most of the dishes are much too salty, very low selection on soups. Adding light chicken soup with low sodium and warm vegetable plate could be very beneficial for many guests that stay there for business ...:)

Great hotel right next to the Harry Potter show. The Foundry had some of the best food and drinks in all of Times Square. The breakfast is a really good buffet style hot breakfast with everything you could want. The rooms are clean and well appointed. I had the best sleep in a long time on their beds. Looking forward to this hotel converting completely to a Marriott so that all the Marriott niceties will be available like the M Lounge.

So far the experience was nice, room service is great. They don't have a pool but they have a really well equipped gym. It's really close to Broadway so it's well worth staying there even though the candy and drinks are amazingly over priced, $7 per bar

Great location if you want to hang around Times Square. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to just about anything you need besides a decent brewery, but those are just a quick ride away. Beds are a little hard, no fridge (only super sensitive mini bar), 10mbs of free wifi and a decent size room. It's pretty much like every other Westin, you just get slightly less amenities than other big cities. Welce to NYC. Now go have fun!

We stayed 6 nights and found our visit as SPG guests to be good. Beds were comfortable; the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, allowing for us to travel easily to all of the sites we wanted to visit.

This location will forever be one of my best memories of New York city. I told the Bellman and front desk person my name once and they remembered it. That's pretty cool. I came for New Years. I got a escort to times square from the police in the hotel. I was able to watch the ball drop. It was awesome. NO LINESSSSSSS

Original allocated room on the 17th floor had the most obstructed window view that we have ever encountered.
All that could be seen was a metal wall that completely blocked any surrounding views.
They might just as well brick up the windows.
We immediately asked reception for a room change and were somewhat disappointed that we had to pay extra for a room "upgrade" located on a higher floor level which did at least have an unobstructed view.
