Meeting rooms are comfortable and good size. WiFi had been bad at two separate events here... Have a backup! Nice stay and clean, nice decor.
Was treated at the front desk like I couldn't afford to stay there because of my age. Also they don't have a hot tub. Which seems ridiculous based on the size and prestige of the hotel.
Love this place, sad to see the Palm restaurant closed.
Stayed at this hotel and the service I got from Gina Martin was phenomenal!! I barely stay in hotels so when I do I m always suspicious of service but her service to me was top notch and that alone means the world. Thanks Gina.
Absolutely loved my stay here. Staff rules, everyone is super friendly and helpful and genuinely enjoyed working there. They were super kind to our two dogs we brought with us and let us know about a dog park across the street! Room service was awesome, breakfast was amazing, you can tell they care about who they hire on and they made sure we had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Check out was fast and I ll definitely be coming back to stay again. Thanks!
Easy access to all the bars, restaurants, and everything you could want in Denver. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Very friendly and accommodateing staff. We had a great stay, can't say enough how much we loved this hotel.
The room next to us was having a party at 3-6 am whose noise forced us to check out at 6:30 am.
Ample room for company meetings, excellent service by anyone and everyone in the hotel staff, The Palm restaurant in the lower level and the bar in the lobby gives you plenty of food and drinks to enjoy your stay. Top on my Denver list of great spots to stay during business travel.
Great security staff! Robert was especially helpful!
Nice hotel with decent amenities but a little more pricey than other hotels which offer more.
The Westin Denver Downtown hotel was undergoing renovations but well worth it. Great gym and pool, discussion rooms and good views. Walking distance from the train station and LoDo.
The food is always great. Rooms are super clean. Beautiful
Friendly staff. Great location. About a 10 min walk from the airport train.
Long story short I still got charged the pet fee and no good customer service.
We always love the Westin but I have to give the downtown Denver Westin a shout out today and especially Walden who checked us in. I forgot to bring the photo of my young son's favorite DJ Slushii he wanted to ask Slushii sign and Walden went WAY above and beyond the call of duty to print a photo on card stock for him to take to meet Slushi. Walden saved me!!!
Clean rooms, nice and quiet. Housekeeping came into my room at 830 am to clean the room as to which I was sleeping. This was corrected the next night. Overall room was great!!
Great location. Staff was very helpful. Our room was great, bed comfortable, view was amazing, and everything was in walking distance.
We were traveling around colorado and got a deal on this hotel for two nights. The rooms were spacious and the large window overlooking the city were cool, but mold was growing all over the floor of the shower. The people at the front desk were nice, but the bell hoppers and people that greeted me when I arrived were jerks. It took them over 45 minutes to bring our luggage to our room (we should never have let them do it) and when I asked why they were jerks about it. I would only stay here again if given a good deal, I would never ever pay full price for this place.
The customer service at this place is horrible , my nephew left his key card in the room after a night out knew the name on the rooms reservation and they denied him use of the bathroom and even tried to threaten kicking him out of the hotel , the name of the receptionist is MISSY she was very nasty and very rude , you hate you job that much ? Sheesh
I enjoyed my stay at this Westin location. Everyone from the doorman (who was INCREDIBLE!) to the front desk staff, everyone was friendly and welcoming.
I was so happy to see that they read the requests for extra pillows, blanket and personal care items. They were already in my room upon check-in!
I was concerned about traveling but I felt very safe at the hotel. The hand sanitizer was always full in the elevators and guests were respectful.
I would absolutely stay here again!
Absolutely AWFUL! They didn't have the room we paid for so 2 adults and 3 kids crammed into 1 king bed. They refused to bring 2 roll-aways for safety reasons. And their "heated indoor pool" was freezing. The kids couldn't be in the water for more than 10 minutes. Pathetic pathetic pathetic. Will not be back to a Westin or any sister hotel ever again.
Started off really bad denied early checkin and late checkout because of suite upgrade. Was able to fight for noon checkout instead of 11 and 3:30 checkin instead 4 which is still worse than any standard Marriott. Because of suite upgrade hotel, unlike all others I had upgrade in, had policy to split reservations into 2 and I was double charged on points. Had to call Marriott customer support to get my points back and cancel 2nd reservation so would not get double charged on dollars. Tabor suite was nice with 2 of everything. 2 rooms, 2 thermostats, 2 full baths, 2 King beds, two Mini refrigerators and 2 very large flat screens. Room was dated and musty smelling. Air was great with 52F one air intake and 57F the other. TV was modern LG as well. Bed was as comfortable as they come. Closet light was out on one side and the other keep falling off making crashing sound. One light above Murphy bed bad as well. View were great but probably better on 19th floor. I was put on 16. Pool looked good, but was full of bugs. No idea how thousands of bugs were floating on pool 4 stores above downtown, but they were. Premium internet 41 mb down and 34 mb up. I was able to stream video without issues. Finally, digital key was requested but never issued. Why always good idea to get keys at front desk. Other things missing are no hot tub or spa.
Great location, nice rooms, clean gym with enough equipment. There is an indoor/outdoor pool with a great patio. There is a nice view of the mountains from the patio. There is a restaurant and bar in the lobby as well as a Starbucks on the ground floor.
I was here to attend the FME world tour. The conference room was clean and inviting, and the service was spectacular. I would highly recommend it.
Clean, excellent location, great service, friendly
I was so disappointed in this hotel, the staff was very nice but the room was horrible. It smelled like mold, very outdated, the robe and towels had yellow stains. The shower had a dirty appearance. I love the Westin but this one was pretty bad. Very disappointed in choosing this hotel!
The place was nice and clean. Besides having most amenities not available due to Covid-19 the place wasn't bad.
The rooms were awesome, the building is clean and the location is perfect if you want to go walking around Downtown. The view from our window was nice too
Everything was really good actually! Valet was easy, checkin was quick and helpful. The room was clean and well done. Bed was very comfortable. We ate dinner in the pool deck, from room service, and watched fireworks from Coors field, Mile High stadium and Elitch Gardens from there. Great stay!
Staff was "something"... Pricey but nice rooms & accommodations
Overall good experience. Staff were very friendly and inviting. Great food choices but a bit expensive for what it is. Walking distance to just about everything. Pool could be warmer but it was still nice.
Was here on business and found the whole place surprisingly good. The staff were helpful and very nice on check-in, even upgraded the room too which was nice. The layout is that of a normal city hotel making it more level based than spread out, but navigating was easy. The rooms are nicely turned out. When staying in Denver I don't think you can past this hotel.
I got a very good deal for a 2-night stay, as I was road-tripping with a friend of mine and my two small dogs. The hotel and the staff was very impressive from beginning to end. We were even offered a flexible check-out time, which unfortunately we were unable to take due to our schedule. The parking is a bit pricey, but conveniently located at the bottom of the hotel. Elevators are quick, and the hotel has many amenities like a great gym, rooftop area and heated pool. The view from the hotel room is surreal. I also have to overemphasize the kindness of the hotel attendants, I hadn't received that type of hospitality in a while. It was also extremely helpful that I could reach the streets directly through the elevator, that way I could walk my dogs and avoid any little accidents. I hope to be back here one day.
House keeping stole $600 worth of jewelry from my room and the Westin Hotel and their insurance company won't take fault for the incident, find the jewelry or pay me for the lost items.
An older property which still needs some work to earn better ratings. Good location for business travel downtown. In the middle of everything. Rooms have been renovated but my bathroom is lacking. Very poor job of trying to maintain tiling in very dated tub/shower (see pic). And still have pink/red countertop put in who know how many years ago which now matches nothing else and seems very out of place. Doors are a giveaway of property s age as well. One nice thing is hotel gives passes to next door Denver Athletic Club for lap swimming pool if asked.
Great location and a very nice hotel. Room is spacious and has nice furnishings. The restaurant is very expensive. Which is ok, because there is lots of restaurants within walking distance.
I'm in love with the scent the bath products have. Even the lobybhas it! It's very calming. The bedrooms are spacious and the ammeneties are perfect. I didn't get a chance to try it but they have a guided running club on Thursday mornings though the downtown area. Seems like a fun way to see the city before it's busy.
Great service, went here for a reunion and very well accommodated.
Friendly and accommodating staff, excellent accommodations.
Front desk staff was awful. Flat out rude. I wouldn t recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. I paid good money to get the treatment equivalent to a motel6.
Great hotel, rooms are clean, service was helpful and the location downtown made it easy to get to great beer and food venues.
What a great experience for such a great price! Would definitely recommend.
Do not tell PETA about this place, they use baby lambs for towels so soft! Super nice clean hotel with a great staff.
Not bad. Had a comfortable short stay. Nothing to complain about.
Great two night stay here. Terrific hotel with super comfy beds and robes. Also loved the bath products and all of the outlets. Would stay here again for sure.
Wonderful hotel, very helpful staff, large rooms, great pool and workout room, right in the heart of Denver. Close dining in the 16th Street mall. All requests addressed quickly. Parking is a mess (but not hotel's fault).
Just stopped in to check in my dad. Lobby and room looked great! They were able to check in early without any hassle.
Staff is very quick, helpful and attentive to detail. The rooms are nice, clean and well maintained. Location is close to many amenities.
This hotel is definitely one of the better SPG locations in downtown Denver. The service is much better than other locations and the rooms are nicer.
The room service is very nice. The location is great, there are a lot of places to eat close by, and places to shop.
There is also a shuttle that takes you up and down the mall for free which is super nice.
I couldn't believe the great deal I got with this hotel! Right downtown with great view. Room had robe, lavender aroma therapy bottles, and two bottles of water for free! Staff was great as well. Pool looks super cool with awesome views. I will definitely stay again.
The place is very nice. Centrally located in downtown Denver. Everyone was helpful.
Interior getting a bit tired, but amenities were good, particularly the heavenly bed.
This was super nice. Room was upgraded and the location was stellar.
Fantastic!!! is all that I can say about this place.
Room was awesome, their is some little flaws with the room like the shower wand with half of it working or the sink that has cracks in it. Lastly when we entered our room it had two waters that were already opened.
Very nice hotel rooms and view with good customer service. Great location in Denver as well.
Can't give it a zero and still post. 3 HOURS LATE FOR HAVING ROOM READY! Then some drunk, in his underwear, banging on our door, trying to force his way in our room, at 2:30 AM!!! So unimpressed. And just to top it off they are pricey
The service was nice, and the employees were friendly.
Had an awesome dinner at the palm then the Valet staff proceeded to ruin the experience by being rude and uncanny because we had a car picking us up,... I d suggest better customer service in positions that matter.
The bar was a fantastic place to go and socialize. Luckily we got there before the crowd. After people started coming we realized how terribly it is laid out. You have to literally walk over people to get around.
The room was fantastic. Very clean, high class and comfy. I particularly liked the beds, which were extremely comfortable.
So far so good but only just checked in. As expected everyone is as professional and polite as you could ever expect.
Was a very nice stay. Power went out so we got a complementary breakfast.
Enjoyed a quick one-night getaway. Wonderful clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff.
The staff is friendly (only one uber-stoic receptionist) the rooms and room service are great
